• Émilie (9/5): - L’emplacement est super, très proche du centre. Tout était très propre et confortable. Le logement donne directement sur la rue donc on peut entendre les personnes et les voitures qui passent. De plus, l’hôte ne répond pas aux messages via booking. Nous avons fini par comprendre qu’on pouvait lui communiquer via WhatsApp, ce qui n’était pas mentionné. Cela nous a fait prendre du temps.

• Laetitia (7/5): Bien pour une ou deux nuits - J'ai aimé la proximité avec le port et le centre-ville de Split, n'ayant pas loué de voiture tout était facile d'accès à pied. La literie est confortable, la climatisation est un gros plus pour se rafraîchir des chaleurs, le frigo pratique pour y entreposer des produits frais. La facilité d'accéder au logement par les instructions, bien qu'un peu tardives. J'ai moins aimé la proximité directe dans la rue, l'insonorisation n'est pas existante, attention si vous avez le sommeil léger, ou prévoyez des boules quies :). L'odeur des canalisations était dérangeante. C'est plutôt une chambre qu'un appartement, à ne pas s'y méprendre. Un peu compliqué à se connecter à la Wifi mais le réseau dans le secteur est bon.

• SARA (3/5): Irresponsável - Nós precisávamos de um quarto somente para uma noite e a acomodação era suficiente pra esse fim. O apartamento não tem recepção e eu não recebi o código para entrar. Antes de ir, tentei entrar em contato com o responsável por três vezes, por mensagem no booking e no WhatsApp e não tive resposta. Entrei em contato com o booking, e a equipe me respondeu somente que também não conseguiu contato, mas não me ofereceu a opção de cancelamento. Eu avisei pelas mensagens que éramos duas mulheres e que chegaríamos tarde da noite. Quando chegamos no apartamento, às 22h, não conseguimos entrar! Não recebi nenhum contato do responsável! Por sorte, o motorista do Uber ficou esperando conosco e, também por sorte, um outro hóspede que falava croata saiu de um apartamento ao lado e se ofereceu para telefonar para o anfitrião do telefone dele, que era um número local. Só nesse contato, feito por um desconhecido, conseguimos obter o código para entrar no apartamento! Ou seja, chegamos de viagem e ficamos na rua, tarde da noite, e tivemos sorte de ser ajudadas por pessoas que encontramos! Foi uma grande irresponsabilidade do anfitrião!

• Arthur (6/5): - Close to the ferry port and centre The place is tiny, nowhere to prepare food, no cooker or microwave, there's a kettle but tricky to plug it in as there's no plug in the miniscule kitchenette. Was only sent the details of the property when we were near the door.

• Phoebe (8/5): Pleasant apartment in a great location. - Excellent location, just a 5 minute walk to the old town and to the beach. Clean apartment and comfortable bed. The kitchen facilities are nonexistent. There is only a sink, some cutlery and a couple glasses. Also, I think the drains may have been blocked as the bathroom smelt bad.
• nabora (8/5): - Vlak bij de haven . Midden in het centrum. Klein maar fijn en super leuk appartement. Eigenlijk niets. Maar verwacht niet dat je er kunt koken of buiten kunt zitten op een balkon of terras. Tis voor een paar dagen steden trip echt ideaal!

Toiles d’araignée, odeur d’égouts dans la salle de bain, meuble chambre tiroirs impossible à ouvrir, meuble et évier salle de bain tiens à peine (branlant) ainsi que les prises vétuste. Je loue aussi je sais de quoi je parle. Le prix n’est pas en accord avec les prestations.
• Andrés (9/5): Bien - Estuvo muy cómodo, agradable, limpio, la verdad es que bonito. La llegada fue complicada, porque es confusa la ubicación. En la noche como era un piso cero, o sea, literal daba a la calle, se escuchaba mucho el ruido de la gente pasar en la madrugada.
• Analia (8/5): Perfecta ubicacion en Split - La ubicacion es perfecta para moverse caminando. Cerca del alojamiento hay un supermercado y restaurantes. Aparcar en la calle es complicado, pero en las calles cercanas puedes dejarlo pagando parking, que es economico. El alojamiento es basico y pequeño pero con lo necesario para una estancia comoda. El wifi iba muy lento, y el agua caliente no iba bien. Se lo he avisado a la anfitriona pero no me ha respondido. Si bien eran dias de calor fuerte, el agua salia muy fria.

• Fleur (5/5): Good location but too small for more than one night. - Location was excellent. Can walk to old town, port, restaurant few metres away, supermarket close by. Very clean. It was not as advertised. It said bedroom, living room, bathroom, making it sound spacious. It was one room with an ensuite. A tiny alcove was the “kitchen”, with an electric jug, eating essentials, a fridge. No coffee machine as listed. Inaccurate listing of ammenities-no TV, no hairdryer, no tumble dryer, a lift out bench for the “dining table”. Very tiny, hardly space for suitcases and straight off the street. The window was part of the door, people could see into the room if curtains not shut. It should not be called an apartment. Suitable for one night.
• AIMILIA (4/5): Stay away - The room is five minutes away on foot to the old town and beach. The sheets were clean. The check in instructions were sent 40 minutes before check in time ( I had sent a message 2 hours ago but no-one answered). The room is probably an old warehouse or garage because it has a very thin wall and it is literally on the road. That means that you can hear everyone as they were near you. Also the only window is on the door so you must keep the curtains closed because everyone will see you since the room is two steps lower of the ground. From the equipment advertised to BOOKING there was no television, no hairdryer, no coffee machine, no closet and no drying rack. And no internet connection! I sent a message asking where we're all this staff but there was no answer. I paid 80 euros for one night.

• Macarena (6/5): Bueno para estancias breves - El alojamiento está super céntrico. Es bueno para estancias cortas o para personas que no piensen estar mucho en el alojamiento ya que no tiene ventana al exterior y hay fuerte olor a tubería del baño. No me gustó que escribí para preguntar si tenían consigna y no me contestaron. Me escribieron para indicarme el check in y de lo demás pasaron. Tampoco me gustó que salimos 10 minutos más tarde de la hora del check out y nos llamaron la atención. Entiendo que es su trabajo pero fueron 10 minutos y dejamos la habitación prácticamente limpia ya que estuvimos 1 noche y solo para dormir…
• MICHAEL (7/5): - Emplacement au top. Proche centre ville et surtout très proche du port. Logement propre et idéal pour uniquement dormir. Chambre (et non appartement ) très petite avec une toute petite fenêtre au dessus de la porte d'entrée. Manque de luminosité Eléments manquants par rapport au descriptif : tv, sèche cheveux, très très peu de vaisselle.

Parking is only available if you're lucky enough to find a spot on the street, otherwise the public parking costs €9 for 24 hours (depending on the zone). It's only good for a one-night stay, not for a longer visit! Since the moment we entered, there was a strange smell. There’s a router but no internet.

• Adnan (4/5): Only consider for short overnight stay - Nicely located tiny apartment. Close to the center, the port, and bačvice beach. Communication was super difficult. Messages from booking.com were unanswered, and the provided phone number wouldn't open. Thankfully I was able to add them on Whatsapp and communicate. They said they didn't answer the phone because they're afraid of spam. Why provide it then? Check-in instructions came the morning of arrival date. Way too late. Noise from the street. No coffee machine, no shampoo
• Tingyao (9/5): Great location with pretty affordable price. - Conveniently located, just a few minutes walk from the bus stop, and just next to a supermarket. Shower gel and shampoo were not provided.

• Paul (8/5): Very good - Location and neighborhood was great. Room was compact, but had everything we needed. Would stay again. Instructions for entry arrived very late. Location is confusing because the address of 30 is displayed on a different building two doors down. The instructions need to be followed very carefully. it's hard to identify the green door at night.
• Lamija (3/5): Poor - The apartment is only few minutes away from the centre. Bedsheets were clean. Apartment does not have a free parking. The parking is public (few spots) and never available. If you are lucky you can find public parking that is free on the weekend. We ended up paying for the parking spot and the host seemed not interested. The apartment is basically on the street and you can hear people outside. Since the apartment is some kind of garage or basement the smell is bad. There are no windows except small one above the door. Some of facilities mentioned do not exist like TV or coffee machine/maker. It was a really bad experience for me but it was only one night.

Tiny sink in kitchen making filling kettle difficult. Plastic bowls and minimum utensils. OK for overnight stay but not suitable for eating there - no cooking facility such as microwave.
