- James (3/5): Disappointed - Staff were lovely We didn't stay in the villa that we booked. The owner said it was her error and offered to provide us daily breakfast as compensation. The breakfast never materialised - just words, no action. Am seeking compensation via booking.com... Villa that we did stay in was filthy on arrival. Stay clear of this place.

Communication with them via booking.com is very slow. No number to contact them When we arrived at incheck time there were electrical maintenance things going on. A heads up would be nice. They left at 15:30 ish. We did not go in the pool. When we arrived the water was looking dirty/cloudy with dead bugs floating in it. As if not been cleaned for a while. We tried to clean it with the net/scoop thing (sorry don't know the word in english). No hot water to shower or take a bath. Design of the shower love it but it super slippery. Empty wine bottles from the previous guests were still there. In the sink there was still left over food. No cloth in the kitchen to dry your hands or dry your dishes. A bucket of dirty water from cleaning and garbage bag left in front of the room With glass walls you can see everything. We could see exactly where they stopped cleaning. No place to hang your towel in the shower only next to the sink (that is in an other part of the shower). No bin near the sink. There is an iron board but no iron. Unfortunately I can only post 5 pictures here the rest will be posted on google. Grab or gojek can be delivered on this address.
