- Thanujad (6/5): Great location if you don't mind the pests - Location and beach was really nice. Staff was nice too. Bed was comfortable. Looking from afar the accommodation looks very nice. However taking a closer look there were a lot of small things that made our stay very uncomfortable. Firstly the pests. Geckos galore. We also had a cockroach too and soooo many flies. Couldn't have breakfast without flies landing all over our food. Room fittings came apart once opened. Like the cupboard and the drawers.
- Claus (5/5): Passable - Great location, friendly and helpfull staff, Ok price. City is approx. 2 kilometres, you can walk. Tuc tuc is 2-300 We booked Luxury rooms, in the main building, sadly, the rooms was rented to russians. We where relocated away from main building. We felt outside the "hotel" Now luxury was, towels, aircon, handsoap, and water on the bathroom floor. No glass, no shampoo, no waterheater, no furniture on balcony, no waterbottle No hot water.
- Glenn_67 (7/5): Acceptable. Served it's purpose - Huge rooms. Comfortable There's not a lot to do there. It is difficult to find somewhere to eat/drink. No drink facility in room, but they will make you a tea if you ask/pay.
- Helena (9/5): Very nice and quiet place to stay and just chill and walk on the beach. - Cool room, very quiet. Super walk along the beach all the way into town. Extra plus was to see and help the village fishermen with their big net. There are monkeys and other wild animals in the backyard to watch! It is a fairly new development and the place still needs a few tweaks - for example some of the water in the shower room stayed on the floor. Swimming may be difficult due to rough waves.
- Anna (10/5): Exceptional - The Beach Bungalow is in a fantastic location on the beach and the staff are very helpful.
- Bersh (9/5): Superb - The place was very cute and cozy. Perfect location 60 second walk to a beautiful red sand beach. The staff was very friendly and attentive. We had to switch rooms because of a party that came in and we got blessed with an even bigger luxurious space for a night. We would stay again :) The hot water and wifi did not work, but it wasn't a huge deal since we were only there for a couple of nights. The bathroom in the second place we stayed was not clean and did not have toilet paper, which was a bummer. And each space had a slight mildew smell, but it seems that's the normal here in sri lanka, at least all the places we've stayed so far.
