• Blanca (9/5): Experiencia Japonesa - Si quieres vivir una experiencia total japonesa, este es tu sitio. Que no te dé miedo el compartir baño, estaban más limpios que unos de habitación privada. Las habitaciones muy tradicionales y con las camas típicas. Los dueños son geniales y super simpáticos. Nada que decir negativo, únicamente que tengáis en cuenta que sus camas son en el suelo, algo diferente a lo que estamos acostumbrados (para mí no fue nada negativo).

• Heide Sophie (9/5): Schöne Unterkunft in Kanazawa - Das Personal war sehr nett und die Zimmer gepflegt und ruhig. Die Lage ist etwas außerhalb aber mit dem Taxi in 10 Minuten zu erreichen. Dies kostet so um die 7€.

• Mathew (7/5): Extremely welcoming staff who go above and beyond - The staff were exceptional and the highlight of this stay. They were super friendly and made us feel right at home. They were able to make personal recommendations without being asked, based on our conversations, it was greatly appreciated. The rooms and restaurant were extremely clean. Location was away from busy areas which added to the relaxed environment of the hotel. The double room unfortunately felt too small. There was no where to put bags, hang towels, or just keep the room tidy. The room would benefit from a lamp or a dimmer in the main light so it's more relaxing. Due to the cost of the stay, would have expected more than one toilet and shower for men, as well as it not being so cold when you get out of the shower.

Walking distance to the Samurai district and a short bus trip to the market Nothing really. As western people we are not really used to futton mattresses, so it was a bit difficult for us to adjust.

Incluso me enseñaron un poco de japonés. Es verdad que queda un poco lejos del centro, pero la parada del bus está a 5 minutos andando y también un Lawson. Si quieres vivir una experiencia 100% japonesa has de alojarte aquí. ¡Si vuelvo a Kanazawa me volveré a alojar en este sitio! Me encantó todo

The breakfast was the highlight, so delicious that I ordered it for two consecutive days! The room was spotless and very comfortable, I enjoyed a lot sleeping on a tatami! • Jennie (9/5): I had a wonderful time and would stay there again. - Mr Seki and his family were really kind and welcoming. It is close to main bus routes and 5 mins walk to the Ninja Tera and the Nishi Chaya district. The Manten no Yu public bathhouse (indoor/outdoor onsens/spa/sauna/steamroom/ice bath for ¥850) is also a short walk away and that was well worth using. Everything at the property is new and clean, and the room was very comfortable and spacious. You can buy meals there which were delicious and good value. The futon was a bit thin for this old body.

• Regula (10/5): Perfekt! - Sehr gemütliche, freundliche und saubere Unterkunft. Ryokan-Style. Nur vier Zimmer, unten auch Café/Bar. Das Personal war extrem zuvorkommend. Das japanische Frühstück war ein Traum- wie ein Kunstwerk! -
• Ezzedine (9/5): - Posizione ottima, il signore è gentile e accogliente, il cibo è ottimo e il prezzo onesto. Inoltre, credo sia uno degli alloggi più puliti in cui sia mai stato in tutta la mia vita. Il bagno, ancora nuovo di zecca, brillava e le camere erano piacevoli. L'unico difetto che ho trovato è stato il fatto che c'è una sorta di coprifuoco: a mezzanotte le porte chiudono e se vuoi tornare più tardi devi inviare un messaggio. Credo sarebbe meglio trovare una soluzione alternativa (magari una Key box esterna?), perché io avrei voluto passare la serata fuori, ma mi sentivo a disagio a contattare il proprietario (che avrebbe dovuto aspettarmi sveglio), e quindi sono rientrato a casa in orario. A parte questo, il soggiorno è stato perfetto.
• Fabio (9/5): - I proprietari gentili e allegri, l'esperienza di una stanza in stile giapponese con arredo minimalista e futon. Tutto molto pulito e curato. Avendo trovato una serata di pioggia abbiamo chiesto di poter cenare nella struttura ed anche la cena è stata buona. La posizione non è proprio vicinissima alle attrazioni, ma se non avessimo trovato brutto tempo non sarebbe stato un problema.

Facilities were good (shower and lavatories), and owners were amazing! The room itself could use some more furniture
• Andrea (10/5): Soggiorno molto molto piacevole - La struttura è molto accogliente, dentro si presenta pulita e in stile giapponese. Si può usufruire di una ottima scelta di sake e whisky, inoltre per chi è appassionato di cultura giapponese si possono acquistare stampe, incensi e portaincensi veramente carini e di qualità. Il bagno in comune è tenuto molto pulito. Le fermate del bus sono vicinissime e questo offre possibilità di collegamento rapido con il centro città. Menzione speciale ai proprietari, simpatici, disponibili, educati e allegri: è un posto in cui tornerei volentieri. Consiglio di provare a aggiornare la posizione della struttura sulle applicazioni di mappe (google e booking) per facilitare il raggiungimento della struttura.

• Patryk (10/5): Hidden Gem in Kanazawa - My first tatami and futon experience, which was the start of my love for this way of sleeping. My room was very well decorated, I had little experience back then, but now I can confidently state it really represents the traditional side of Japan. This place is run by a very kind family, which really made me feel like I'm at home. Every amenity I needed was available. Breakfasts are available, and those are feast for both your eyes and stomach. You can also try local sake here, I recommend giving it a try. This place is localised further from castle grounds and Higashi Chaya but in a really calm, and climactic neighbourhood, which more than makes up for it. The only thing I might find lacking compared to other similar places is traditional Japanese wear to change into for the evenings. Though to be fair I've never asked about it. Other than that one little thing, It was truly great amazing.
