• Jeanette (8/5): Same lovely hotel we knew and loved. Just with different staff and a more eclectic mix of guests. - Having been here numerous times before, it was lovely to return after a 10 year break. The hotel is still the same with some improvements. The rooms are comfortable, and we had a balcony overlooking the pool. The pool is large with plenty of sunbeds and we often had the whole area to ourselves. The breakfast is ok, reasonable choice, with the benefit of being able to have fresh omelette or fried eggs cooked to order. Evening meal was plentiful and changed every night. We found the staff, from the receptionist onwards to be friendly and helpful. Our chambermaid Nannie was lovely and we often had towel hearts and flowers on the bed. I used the spa on site and had a very intense aromatherapy massage. Well worth trying. Rooms are a little small so nit much room between the bed and dressing table. We did have some drinks put on our room bill in error. But they rectified it when we could clearly show we had not signed for them. Well worth keeping a tally, or paying up front. But they do keep all the receipts so no problem querying it.
• Ganna (8/5): Excellent value for money, and the beach is only a 5-minute walk away - I would like to especially mention the receptionist Sinan, who helped us throughout our entire vacation. He was very professional, attentive, and friendly. We also really enjoyed the food at the hotel — everything was delicious, varied, and of high quality. The hotel itself is lovely, cozy, and very clean. I highly recommend this place! As for the downsides, I would like to mention that the girl who checked us in gave us rooms that did not match my original booking request (double bed). Unfortunately, we were only able to resolve this issue a day later with the help of another employee.

Музыка из соседнего отеля каждый день с 21 до 23 очень громкая, даже если закрыть окна - ощущение будто дискотека у тебя на балконе. Напитки (вода, чай, сок) включены только на завтраке, на ужине всё нужно покупать, приносить свою воду нельзя - это было не приятно. Впервые с таким столкнулась. Персонал не особо общительный и приветливый, за исключением одного бармена 😁

Игнорирование при обращении. Кофе при заказе на баре так и не дождались.

• Sharon (7/5): No WiFi but great location and hotel pool at Perdikia Hotel - Reception staff was great. Housekeeping was helpful and great. Room very clean. AC worked well. Plenty of pillows. Pool was terrific...clean and in good shape. Ölüdeniz is paragliding paradise! Must plan to do this activity. Also, most places (except restaurants) prefer cash. There are lots of ATMs in town. Beaches are rocky (not sandy). Water shoes are good to have. There is NO WiFi in the rooms. Free WiFi is available in the lobby and sitting area next to front desk. In this day and age, no available WiFi is really not acceptable. There is no paid WiFi option either. Tea, coffee is NOT included after breakfast. Must purchase water. This was a deterrent to enjoying dinner at the hotel. Would need reliable in-room WiFi and tea/coffee AND water included for dinner to return to this hotel.

• Maria Rosa (8/5): Buona soluzione per una permanenza di qualche giorno - La struttura è accogliente, con un bel giardino, ottima posizione per raggiungere la spiaggia, ma un po' defilata riguardo il caos cittadino. La colazione varia e abbondante, la cena altrettanto varia con piatti tipici e altri presumibilmente di cucina internazionale. La biancheria da bagno è cambiata quotidianamente e la stanza viene rifatta anche fuori orario L' aspetto fondamentale che va assolutamente rivisto è la pulizia delle tovaglie sui tavoli e dei materassini sui lettini della piscina. Le tovaglie non vengono cambiate nonostante le evidenti macchie. Nella stanza con tre letti il terzo letto era rappresentato da una poltrona letto abbastanza scomoda, pseudo surrogato di un terzo letto. L' uso della cassaforte è a pagamento e la connessione wifi è molto scarsa all' interno delle stanze

Pour avoir de l'eau après le petit déjeuner il fallait payer un supplément de 60 lira turque par bouteille de 1L5 je n'ai vraiment pas aimé car pour moi l'eau et une source vitale qu'ont ne devrais pas payer même si ont prend qu'une demie pension et le personnel très froid sauf les femmes de chambre qui étais adorable et le jours de mon départ ils ont essayé de me faire payer 2 café turque d'une valeur de 246 lira turque alors que je ne bois pas de café, une personne malhonnête là mis sur la note de ma chambre donc faite attention lors de vôtre séjour vérifié tous les jours et pour finir l'histoire je n'ai pas payé et ils ce sont excuser.

• Peter (7/5): Our oktober ' s holiday - The hotel is situated in the calm arrea, next to the street principal, Breakfast is sufficient, but not a large selection, the best is an omelette or fried eggs. Dinner is a better choice, but you need to be among the first to arrive on time. Staff very helpful, pool clean and large. Your room is cleaned every day and towels are changed.. Staying with half board for this price is really very good in this location. The next day after our arrival we had to change the room, as we arrived in the evening and were accommodated in a small room with old furniture. The new room was larger, but the walls were not clean. The furniture was older in the room

• Slavomir (8/5): Very good - By arrival the receptionist (the only man who was there) made tricks with exchange rate on us that coma on their list is zero and he gained small sum for his own and he did not provided a bill to that, which was different by other receptionist (ladies) who shared related bills and use their declared exchange rate 1:1. Hotel food offer by breakfast and dinner was after a few days boring. Bar man gave people feeling that they disturb himself, but he served somehow at the end.

• Sarah (7/5): We had a lovely time, the staff were friendly and the location was great. - The location was good, just a few minutes walk from the beach and bars/restaurants. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The breakfast was limited. The internet was not good.
• Nada (5/5): Great location, not a great hotel - The location was really nice, a few minutes away from the beach. The room smelled moldy and was very old. It was really cramped. There was absolutely no phone network and no wifi in the rooms. TV only had turkish programs. AC smelled of pee. Breakfast buffet was extremely limited and honestly not yummy at all, there was not much to eat. The staff weren't very helpful as they couldnt book us a private airport transfer.
• Alejandra (8/5): Very good - We love the location and the staff unfortunately the hotel was full and instead of having a double room we were given a family room full of beds and not even a sofa, after reading the reviews I have my doubt about the hotel but in general exceed our expectations, when you put under consideration how much we pay for it, having our breakfast and dinner included was amazing, there were even some shows in the evening!! Overall a great experience. THE LACK OF INTERNET!!! EVEN IN THE COMMON AREAS WAS HORRIBLE NOT TO BE ABLE TO HAVE INTERNET, SPECIALLY WHEN YOU GET TO THE ROOM AND EVEN THE TV WAS IN TURKISH OR GERMAN :(

Hotel is 5 min walk from the beach, 5 min from the main street, 1 min from the supermarket. • Eliza (6/5): Pleasant - This place is fine - we spent 4 nights here which was probably too much. The rooms and facilities are quite dated and not exactly sparkling clean. The breakfast spread was decent but we were continuously disappointed in the dinners. We had a problem with our AC one day that created a large puddle in our room and we were left to clean it up ourselves with our bath towels. For the amount that you spend, both the hotel and the town as a whole is not that nice. Sadly, I’m not running back here.
• Sameera (7/5): Memorable and had cosy aesthetic vibes - I liked that they offer a vibrant Turkish breakfast and dinner and it comes with the room which contributes to its lively atmosphere. The pool is nice and big the restaurant staff manager is very nice and friendly. He mingles with the guests and knows pretty much everyone. The hotel accountant was also extremely polite to help us sort out payment and ensured our arrangement to the airport was finalized way ahead of our flight time. The hotel is decent and affordable, close to all the bars, beaches and restaurants. Had a wonderful time. I feel the rooms need a bit of renovation and refurbishing. The first room given to us was very old with very rusty bedding. The second room was a new design but was not clean. The walls were dirty. There was a shoe print on the bathroom wall. That made me think the room had not been prepared before our arrival. The coasters were not replaced with new ones made me think what else has not been replaced. So a bit of proper maintenance and management is required.

• Elena (8/5): Best choice for half-board in Oludeniz - Exceptional quality and variety of delicious meal for dinner, though breakfasts were also very good. Huge kudos to the chef! Cousy small hotel in a quiet corner of Oludeniz very close to the beach and the main street. Very clean, the staff are super friendly. The hotel is quite old, and it would improve the experience if at least towels are renewed. But their cuisine and friendly staff beat all downsides you may find.

• Antje (7/5): Lovely feel-good hotel but thanks to the hotel next door, it is too noisy there for my taste. - The hotel is a very nice and cosy middle class hotel. The staff was very nice and accommodating. We needed to move rooms because it was very noisy from the neighboring hotel and the staff did everything and tried to find us a calmer room. The garden area was small but very beautiful and well kept. The hotel itself is beautiful too and has a nice atmosphere. The location is perfect. The beach, restaurants and stores are a 5 minute walk away. The food selection is not great but every single meal and dish they had prepared was delicious! I liked the seating area around the pool and really enjoyed having breakfast and dinner there. What really bothered us was the noise from the hotel next door. Unfortunately to my taste, it seems to be hard to escape the noise in this area. Only for this reason I would not come back to this hotel, which is really a shame, as the hotel itself is jolly and beautiful.

• Natasha (9/5): Superb - Delicious breakfast and dinner buffet. Lovely pool area and lush gardens. Staff were very helpful and it is a short walk to the beach. In a quieter area of Oludeniz but still close to the beach etc.

This is an older property that could do with some updating and gardening. Would I stay again? No, there are other hotels in the same area and would look elsewhere. The furnishings were old and scuffed walls. The cleaning staff did the best they could. At night we could hear rats scurrying in the bathroom drain! Very poor wifi which was only available in the reception and bar area.

• Babek (9/5): Perfect vacation spot with great dinner and location - Perfect location, close to the city center, also in an ideal distance from bars/pubs street so noise is not disturbing you. Just 2 mins walking from main street and 5 mins feom the beach. The breakfast was good, the dinner was amazing, delicious and with high quality. It save us a lot of time for searching dinner places as most of the restaurants in Ölüdeniz is not good. Nothing to mention.

Helpful staff. Great performance of African acrobats in the evening, just incredible. We were not given the room we asked for. Our room was old and stinky, especially the bathroom. Mosquito nets didn’t do a good job. The Wi-Fi coverage is limited to the reception & restaurant area but the signal was actually sufficiently strong to talk on Whatsup.
• Emine (1/5): Not worthy for the price - only good for the hotel is the location. - it is not possible to choose half/full board when booking through booking. but when we went they said we were half board and we had to make extra payments. (please see the screenshot to see it is not possible to choose. and it is never mentioned in description. what a bad surprise!). when I discussed this with the employee at the reception, he said that it was the problem of Booking.com. when I spoke with Booking.com, it was the hotel's problem. no one fixed the problem. - everything is extra. (even water, all soft drinks and alcohols with/without dinner, yes!) - no wi-fi in the room - there is only one socket in the double room. it stays behind the closet and you have to pull the closet to use it. the room is already small and when you pull the closet into the remaining space of the room, there is no place to move. - no kettle, no coffee, no tea available in the room - room is too small for two person. uncomfortable bed (too hard), old furniture i would not book here again.

• Alexander (9/5): It was awesome! - Taking into attention the direction of recreation (beach vacation), I liked everything: the sea (a fantastically beautiful color, the absence of algae and jellyfish, convenient (including for children) entry into the water), amenities and service on the beach (sunbeds, umbrellas, showers with fresh water, changing rooms and toilets), proximity to the beach from the hotel, hotel cuisine (variety and quality of dishes, freshness of products), surrounding views, length of the beach line. Grocery stores with normal prices are literally within walking distance. P.S. A kettle in the room would be the perfect point :))

• Anindya (9/5): Great stay - Excellent location. Very close to the beach but away from the beachfront noise. Good quality breakfast and dinner. Staff were very friendly and helpful. We were given a bad room initially with no view but they were kind enough to change it to a pool view room which was fantastic. Rooms are a bit dated but fair. Would appreciate water in the dinner.
• Natalia (8/5): Great place if you don’t want to spend much! - Perdikia is a great choice if you are looking for a budget place to stay. It is located very close to the beach, they have very friendly stuff and they also have some after dinner entertainment twice a week! When I stayed, it was a belly dance and a dance performance. The territory is green and pretty with flowers and other plants around. And the hotel swimming pool overlooks the mountain! From negatives, I’d mention that the beds are not very comfortable (quite hard), they also have this policy where they ask not to flush toilet paper in the toilet and throw it in the bin instead, which I didn’t like. The plates/cutlery during the meal times were not always clean, so you need to be careful and have a look. But then again, I think it’s great value for the money! And also the staff is always very helpful.

Entire 5 day stay after that was amazing, location of the hotel is perfect! Breakfast and dinner provided was great! Nothing as such!

Do not even hope using it. - rooms are clean, but furniture slowly comes to it end of life. Somehow I feel that I either did not get needed quality for paid money or I simply would never book it again.

• Victor (9/5): Anne and I were totally satisfied with the Perdikia beach hotel and we would happily go back. - We didn’t expect full English (we are in Turkey after all) varied selection that was totally adequate- would have liked fresh orange juice! But that’s not a complaint. Only a small point, the reading lights above the bed were very bright so either person would inconvenience the other if they read. Again not a complaint but a small point!

Burcu and Estra on reception answered all my enquiries in a very friendly manner and always seemed to be smiling. Great front desk promotion for the hotel. Sometimes the evening meals were lukewarm/cold and there was no microwave in which you could heat up your meals.

Dinner is mostly good, nice variety of traditional Turkish food. Not much, but enough and it's tasty. Breakfast could have been better, but they tried to accommodate: I asked for cereal and there was cereal the next day. Currency exchange rate is better than in the city. When I asked for some basic sheets instead of those strange rough cover-cloths that hotel provided: the girl made some notes, but the sheets never arrived...

• Fatma (8/5): Fabulous location! - The location of the hotel is excellent. Five minutes walking distance to the beach and high road but on a quite street. So, no noisy nights. Rooms and bathrooms are modern and very clean. Rooms are cleaned every day. Rooms have a balcony which is very nice to sit and chill out. Swimming pool is facing to the mountain which is gorgeous. Breakfast is very basic, would have been nice if there were more selection. Dinner has a decent selection. Waiters seem to rush to clean the tables so, they may collect your dishes before you actually finish. Would have been nice if they smile a bit😊 Receptionists are friendly and helpful. Nothing really
• Karen (7/5): Good - Clean and well organised hotel with a lovely pool. Great location in town but still quiet. Greeted warmly and able to check in early as our rooms were ready. Friendly staff. We were half board and both buffet breakfast and the evening self service selection was good. We only stayed 2 nights so can’t comment on variety over a longer stay. No WiFi in the rooms

• Anita (9/5): Loved it! - Excellent location- close but quiet. Evening meals lovely with lots of local food. Staff amazing and helpful - outstanding Rooms cleaned daily and no issues with hot water Lovely pool, and often quiet, despite hotel being full. Room was disappointing on initial arrival BUT its just decor and everything else made up for that- and this is not an expensive place to stay, so can't expect 5*. It was 5* where it counts, bit dont expect a super posh room.
• Serik (9/5): Cool place to stay - The hotel overall is super nice place for vacation, very close to the bar street and at the same time hidden away that you dont hear the noise from there. The receptionist was super friendly and tactful. The breakfast and dinner variety was good. The room was comfy and cleanliness was at very good standard. Unbelievably beautiful beach was just 5 minutes walking. Nothing to mention about.

• Eve (7/5): Beautiful setting in a stunning area with lovely staff - The location was great on a quiet side street walking distance from the lively area. The staff were lovely and very helpful Very loud music by the pool from each day at 10am, if one wanted a lie in, the music was too much. The place is stunning and the music is uncessary
• Ahmed (7/5): Good - Good location and clean rooms Breakfast could be better. Room are much smaller in reality than what they appear to be like in the photos. Not a lucury hotel at all, but it does what it should. A bit too pricey though.
