• Sefian (1/5): War insgesamt alles sehr enttäuschend und hat leider nichts gepasst und es hat uns nicht gefallen - Leider nichts Die Unterkunft hatte keinen Parkplatz. Es war sehr klein. Es wurde uns angeblich ein Upgrade gegeben. Es war aber eher ein Downgrade. Es haben sehr viele Sachen gefehlt. Seife für das Geschirr oder Shampoo allgemein oder wenig Handtücher. Es hat an einiges gefehlt, so dass wir da nicht uns selber verpflegen konnten. Zudem haben wir ein Zimmer bekommen, was direkt an der Hauptstraße war und wo direkt gegenüber ein Restaurant war, so dass wir kaum Privatsphäre hatten und nicht zum Balkon konnten. Dieses Zimmer war von uns aus nicht gebucht. Wir mussten alle Gardinen zumachen, um zu duschen, weil sonst uns von jeder Seite aus uns gesehen werden konnten. Und das Zimmer war allgemein sehr dunkel. Auch das Wasser war leider sehr schmutzig, so dass wir immer selber Wasser kaufen mussten, um zum Beispiel die Zähne zu putzen oder um zu kochen.

• Lewis (10/5): - Excellent apartments, ideal for those who plan to spend their days at the beach or a public pool. Perfect for nightlife, a short stroll away from the heart of Koutoloufari. Rooms are very modern and have everything you need. The only thing that was missing was a pool - but it's impossible to have one with the location of this property so completely understandable.

• B (8/5): Schöne Zimmer, Preis-Leistung super - - freundliche und stets hilfsbereite Gastgeber - modernes, sauberes Zimmer - ebenerdige Dusche - kleine Küchenzeile mit Kühlschrank - Fliegengitter an den Fenstern - einfacher Check-in/out mit Schlüsselbox - Preis-Leistung super - Handtücher wurden während unseres Aufenthalts einmal ausgetauscht und das Bett frisch bezogen In naher Umgebung befinden sich einige Restaurants, die von morgens an und bis spät in die Nacht Musik spielen. Besonders den Besitzer des gegenüber liegenden Restaurants kann man bei seiner lautstarken Kundenakquise hören. Bei leichtem Schlaf kann es also durchaus sein, dass man von diesem geweckt wird. Auch der Balkon ist durch auf der Straße flanierende Menschen einsehbar, zusätzlich steht bereits erwähnter Besitzer des Restaurants gegenüber oft so, dass er genau auf den Balkon blickt. Ich würde deshalb empfehlen, ein Zimmer in den oberen Stockwerken zu buchen. Im großen und Ganzen ist es allerdings schon aushaltbar. Auch gibt es leider nicht so viele Handtuchhaken oder Möglichkeiten, nasse Kleidung/Handtücher aufzuhängen.

• Laure (9/5): Superbe - Le lieu est très propre et confortable. Rien à dire. Seuls points négatifs : manque un peu d'équipement en cuisine (éponge, torchon pour faire la vaisselle, passoire) Et la rue est bruyante jusque 2-3h du matin presque tous les jours, cela dit l'emplacement est génial donc c'est normal que ce soit bruyant et vivant.

• Brigid (7/5): - The property is in an amazing location, right in the heart of the city with everything close by. The room itself was really nice and comfortable. It was very noisy at night, as the sound from the city and the stairwell echoed a lot. I had to sleep with headphones in to block out the noise.

• Jack (10/5): Excellent apartment, great value for money, thoroughly recommend. - Very clean and modern room, ideal size for 2 people. Perfect location in Koutouloufari and just a short ~20 minute walk to the main Hersonissos strip. Great WiFi, nice balcony. The road outside is reasonably busy for a quiet village, so I was occasionally woken up by traffic noise. However, this was not a major issue and is understandably beyond the property’s control
• Louise (10/5): Nice modern studio in heart of village - Fab if you want to be on the heart of the village , the bed was really comfortable and the shower nice and spacious . It had all the essentials we needed and the internet was brilliant . Lovely restaurants all within walking distance too . Koutouloufari is a gorgeous village .
• Παρασκευη (8/5): Very good - It was a wonderful suite (room), very modern with all the necessary appliances. I loved the double basins behind the bed, that was unique!! It was very clean, in a quiet area of Koutouloufari where we thoroughly enjoyed the peace and quiet. There is no reception area, which was a surprise for me, but in no way an obstacle. Whatever query we had was just a phone call away, and the person on the other end was very friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend staying in this lovely place and I would surely stay there again on our next trip to Hersonissos, Crete!! Ευχαριστούμε πολύ για μια υπέροχη διαμονή στο Achatis Suites!! • Sandra (9/5): Beautiful. - A very .modern apartment, which was right in the middle of the village. So easy to get in touch with the owners who replied by e-mail very promptly. A few things like not enough sockets,no handles in cupboard doors and no clothes airer and toaster otherwise excellent.
• Mariska (9/5): Had a lovely stay and defenitely recommend it when you dont need a pool. - Beautiful studio located right in the city centre of koutouloufari. Very modern with a well equiped kitchen, slippers and bath robe and shower gel/shampoo. The bed is comfortable and enough furniture to sit at. The contact with the owner via WhatsApp works well, when something is missing he will bring it. An isolated door as entrance to all apartments would help to minimize the noise from the streets (5:30 am garbage trucks and during the night you hear the cars/scooters racing the streets). The windows block this noise, but unfortunately the door of your apartment is not isolated and the noise gets worse at the stairwell. Furniture felt pads under the chairs is welcome as well, since the chairs make a lot of noise when moving them on the tiles. Water the plants, so the patio is not having dead plants and it keepsthe nice sphere. Moreover, it would be good to do a check before the customer comes to make sure everything is there.

• Evelina (10/5): Very pleasant and would come back for a weekend getaway! - Location is just what you need if want to be in the old part of the village and be right next to all the nice restaurants, bars and shops (come with the noise but it is ok if you are prepared for this). Very clean, we did not have cleaning but may be because we were there for 3 nights only. Would definitely come back. There was nothing to set our towels and bathing suits to dry out after the beach. The terrace was on the ground floor and was not convenient for this purpose although perfect to relax in the evening and order dinner from the restaurant just in front of it.
• Alexandru (6/5): Overall decent stay, but we won't come back. - Nice, large room, with a view to the sea. Electric stove, useful for making coffee if you wake up very early in the morning. Good air conditioning system. Responsive and helpful customer service. Easy check in at lockbox. Super noisy because it's located between restaurants and you hear the music until 5 AM. Many ants in the bathroom, and we also found a cockroach on the last day. Nothing to hang the towels on in the bathroom. Very far from the beaches (unless you rent a car like we did, you'll need to walk a lot and climb a 1km hill on your way back).

• Ashley (8/5): Modern apartment and great location - - Stylish, modern looking apartment in studio style. - Enough space to move around and place your suitcases. - Small kitchenette with everything you need for a good breakfast but you can also get something in the area. - Located in the centre in the village. Many restaurants, supermarkets and cafes in the area (walking distance). We had a great time! - Flooding in the rooms because of the way the drainage in the shower was situated so we had to put towels on the floor. My mother in law even slipped. - The soap dish in the shower was also broken as well the toilet paper holder. - No hooks to hang up towels in the bathroom. - Cleaning staff accidentally took my pillow case that was a different color than the bedding.

• Joan (8/5): Very nice apartment and excellent value for money - This was a very nice studio apartment in a very nice location. It was very well equipped with all I needed for a short stay. A very comfortable size and beside restaurants and bars but not loud or noisy. It was quirky that the toilet and shower were separate spaces - I would recommend putting a window in the toilet area using frosted glass

Apartment is a bit far from a nice beach, around 20min far, a bit les from a City beach, but its on a hill so geting back from the beach can be hard, but when you get on the hill the kotoloufari village is great
