Beautiful sprawling views across the Adriatic sea and the Sveti Stefan island, mountains at the back and forest on the side, Vertmont villa is an excellent choice. The rooms are really clean and the apartment has got everything you need for a comfortable stay. The owner, Nikola is very kind and accommodating. From helping us with our luggage to arranging a baby chair and taking us to the beach in his golf cart, he ensured that our stay was top notch. Overall, I would really recommend Vertmont villa to everyone. We will surely be back again. -

Der Gastgeber hat uns ein Upgrade für das Zimmer angeboten, was wirklich sehr nett war. Bei Fragen hat er direkt geantwortet und war immer hilfsbereit. Er ist auf jeden unsere Wünsche eingegangen. Sehr netter Gastgeber. Tiefgarage war sehr praktisch.

Они огромные — почти 100 квадратных метров, со своим балконом и потрясающим видом на Свети-Стефан. 2 отдельные спальни, 1 гостиная, кухня. Всё очень чисто, уютно и продумано до мелочей. Отдельное спасибо ребятам Никола и Эндрю — всегда помогали со всеми просьбами, отзывчивые и доброжелательные, говорят на русском, сербском и английском. Прекрасное место для отдыха! Чистейшие пляжи рядом. Очень душевно. One love!

We were travelling with a baby who loved crawling around and we loved how safe the place was for a baby his age. Would definitely recommend staying here. Balcony furniture should be updated and kitchen could use a few more utensils, the rest is absolutely perfect!

- Olga (10/5): From start to finish, everything was flawless - We stayed in Sveti Stefan with our 2-year-old (yes, in the middle of the “terrible twos” phase, so you can imagine 😅). And honestly, this place and especially our host exceeded every possible expectation. Our host was like a fairy godmother – always there to help and save us in the trickiest situations: from finding a lost phone to bringing us a scale when we weren’t sure about our luggage weight. I have never experienced this level of kindness and genuine care while traveling. Getting to the beach and back was super easy – each time we just asked, and a golf cart was ready to take us (our toddler was absolutely thrilled about that ride every single time!). On top of that, the apartment itself was wonderful: breathtaking views, peaceful location a bit away from the crowds, a fully equipped kitchen, comfortable mattresses, a spacious living room… everything we needed to feel at home. We will definitely be back – and I recommend this place with all my heart. Everything was perfect – there wasn’t a single thing we could complain about.

From the start, everything was perfect! The accommodation arranged round-trip airport transfers for us, which turned out to be much cheaper than booking on our own. The place itself was super spacious, with a large balcony and great value for money. Since it’s a newly built property, everything felt clean and fresh, and the kitchen made it easy to cook our own meals. But above all—the staff were simply amazing! So kind and helpful at every moment. Taking the golf cart down to the beach was such a fun highlight, and they even provided parasols and beach towels. We also enjoyed delicious meals at partner restaurants nearby with discounts. On our last day, our flight was in the late evening, and instead of just a late check-out, they kindly offered us a new room to relax in for free. That was such a thoughtful gesture! 🥹 Even though I usually struggle with insomnia, I slept so well here—it honestly felt magical. Thanks to this stay, I truly got the rest I needed. - Taida (10/5): Geweldig! - Wij hebben een fantastisch verblijf gehad in dit appartement! Het was schoon, ruim en comfortabel, met een werkelijk prachtig uitzicht over het water en Sveti Stefan. Het managementteam was ontzettend vriendelijk en altijd beschikbaar om te helpen of vragen te beantwoorden, wat ons verblijf extra aangenaam maakte. Een groot pluspunt is de gratis golfkarservice die je op elk moment naar en van het strand brengt – superhandig en goed geregeld. De locatie is ideaal: slechts een paar minuten verwijderd van de mooiste stranden van Montenegro, waaronder Sveti Stefan, Milocer en Queen’s Beach, met kristalhelder water. Voor wie goed ter been is, is het strand prima te voet bereikbaar, maar het gratis vervoer maakt het ook voor anderen heel gemakkelijk. Ook erg fijn: je kunt gratis parkeren in de garage van het complex, zodat je auto veilig en uit de zon staat. Dat gaf ons veel extra gemak en rust. Alles bij elkaar een toplocatie en een geweldig appartement. Als ik weer naar Montenegro ga, is dit zonder twijfel de plek waar ik terug wil keren! Hvala N, A & I!! Nadam se da cemo se opet videti!

- Denis (10/5): Seelenfrieden in Montenegro 🇲🇪♥️ - Wir sind jedes Jahr in Montenegro und wechseln immer den Urlaubsort. Zum ersten Mal seit langem waren wir so zufrieden. Die Lage ist perfekt man gelangt an die besten Strände in wenigen Minuten mit dem Auto. Selbst wen man mal keine Lust hat auf Auto fährt euch jemand mit einem Golfcar runter an den Strand Sv.Stefan und man wird auch abgeholt. Neidische Blicke inkl. ;) Wir konnten abends sehr gut abschalten bei einem Gläschen Wein ein Buch und die Ruhe drum herum ist einfach klasse. Alle drei Tage wurde saubergemacht( wir waren 10 Tage ) und je Bettwäsche gewechselt es gab nichts auszusetzen. Das Beste und wirklich ich mein das beste war die Terrasse mit Wihrlpool und dem Ausblick aufs Meer und Sveti Stefan. Es ist atemberaubend 😍. Jeden Morgen zu frühstücken und diesen Ausblick zu genießen. Was für mich wichtig war das ich ein Gargenstellplatz hatte wo ich jeder Zeit rausfahren und kommen kann wan ich will und Sauberkeit und alles wurde erfüllt. Auf unser Sonderwünsche ist Personal sofort eingegangen. Ein großes Lob geht an Nikola und sein Personal das immer für einen da ist und die mit Höflichkeit und Respekt entgegen treten was in Montenegro selbst in 5 Sterne Hotels Nicht selbstverständlich ist. Ich kann die Vertmont Unterkunft nur empfehlen und würde es immer wieder buchen. Wir verreisen jährlich zwei bis drei mal weltweit und schreibe immer mein Kommentare und ich glaub das war hier mein Positivster. Vielen Dank Nikola für diesen schönen Urlaub Alles perfekt nichts auszusetzen

We enjoyed the sunset every night from the balcony. But the entire flat was brilliant - spacious and great furnishings/appliances. Free parking in the garage onsite - it’s easy to walk everywhere in a small town like Sveti Stefan but they also offer golf cart transport if you need it. Staff were also very helpful. - Madis (10/5): Comfortable stay with exceptional hospitality in a beautiful location - The location was fantastic — just a short walk from Sveti Stefan Beach. The balcony was a highlight, offering beautiful sunset views and a perfect spot to enjoy breakfast and dinner. We also really appreciated the private basement parking space, which was very convenient. The host was wonderful and easy to reach via WhatsApp, even arranging golf cart transportation to and from the beach which went above and beyond our expectations. We did run out of hot water once, as we didn’t realize the boiler was controlled by a switch on the wall. A short guide to the home’s features might have been helpful, but this wasn’t a problem for us — the host was always quick to respond and happy to answer any questions.

W łazience prysznic (mini mydełka na miejscu). W lodówce czekała na nas woda. Odległość do najbliższego marketu (osiedlowy sklepik, ale dobrze wyposażony) - ok. 100 metrów. W kuchni zmywarka (są tabletki) i ekspres do kawy (Caffissimo). Na zewnątrz można pograć w ping ponga. Jest opcja skorzystania z pralki (pralnia w przyziemiu). Ale jednym z hitów jest możliwość skorzystania z transportu do i z plaży - świetne udogodnienie (szczególnie, że uliczki w Sveti Stefan są naprawdę baaaardzo wąskie i auto warto zostawić w garażu podziemnym na terenie Vertmont Villa).

Underground parking was super convenient for us too. Friendly and helpful staff. Very happy with the location too - after travelling along the coast of Montenegro we realized that Sveti Stefan was the best option for stay - a calm and beautiful place, in close proximity to the most beautiful beaches. Sveti Stefan is our favorite, and this accommodation was very extraordinary. It was spacious, well equipped, two big bedrooms with very very comfortable beds and pillows, with big terrace. We loved it, and not just the accommodation but the golf car we were brought from /to the beach with. It was an amazing service. We loved the lift also that helped to lift our tons of luggages from the garage. We shouldn't fight for parking place on the street, we had a lot in the garage. We are very satisfied so we plan to return soon.

Geniş odalar her odada büyük dolaplar, ekmek kızartma makinesi,bulaşık makinesi, nescafe kapsül makine ve ikram kahveler,su-maden suyu-buz buzdolabımızda hazırdı.Sveti stefan manzaramız harikaydı.Kısacası dairemiz mükemmeldi.Çalışanlar her an yardımcı ve güleryüzlü idi. Sahile otelin shuttle ile gittik.Çevredeki restaurantlara yürüyüş mesafesinde idi. Budva ya da aracımızla günübirlik geçtik. Daha önce de yurtdışı çok otel deneyimimiz oldu ama Vertmont tek kelime ile harikaydı. Kesinlikle tavsiye ederiz. İnternette sıkıntımız oldu ancak hemen çözüm sundular. Çok nazik ve ilgili davrandılar. Beğenmedimiz hiçbir şey olmadı tesiste. Teşekkürler.

The location is perfect, with cafes and restaurants around and the beach shuttle they offer with a golf cart was totally unexpected and something that really stands out. В апартаментах есть все необходимое для приготовления еды, во многих есть стиральная машина, также есть посудомоечная машина на кухне, капсульная кофемашина. Очень отзывчивые и всегда приходящие на помощь сотрудники! Большая благодарность сотрудникам! В первом нашем номере в одной из комнат появилась неисправность кондиционера. Чтобы не причинять нам неудобств, для нашего комфорта нашей семье поменяли номер на более высокую категорию, бесплатно! - Enzo (9/5): Excellent séjour dans un endroit paisible avec une vaste terrasse et une vue magnifique. - Très grand appartement avec une belle grande terrasse et une vue magnifique sur la presqu'île et la baie, jusqu'à Budva, Il y avait deux chambres et deux salles de bain, l'une avec bain et l'autre avec douche. La salle à manger était une pièce séparée du vaste salon avec cuisine américaine. La parking était couvert. Tout est sécurisé et surveillé. Il y a énormément de rangements, un lave-vaisselle (avec pastilles), une machine à laver. Sur la terrasse, il y avait des fauteuils et une table, des chaises longues, un hamac et un auvent rétractable. Nous y avons passé beaucoup de temps et y avons assisté à de magnifiques couchers de soleil. Le personnel, notamment Andrea, était extrêmement serviable et disponible, et nous conduisait à la plage en voiturette de golf. Ils venaient aussi nous rechercher à la demande. La plage de Sveti Stefan est composée d'une partie de galets et d'une partie de gros sables. Elle est très agréable et pas surpeuplée. L'endroit est très calme. Il ne faut pas venir ici pour faire la fête. Dans le village, il y a une dizaine de bons restaurants accessibles à pied et quelques minimarkets. C'est un bon point de départ pour rayonner. Nous y avons passé de très bonnes vacances et y reviendrions avec plaisir. Le bain à remous ne fonctionnait pas. Ce n'était pas un de nos prérequis. Donc, ce n'était pas trop grave. Par contre, l'air conditionné de la deuxième chambre n'a fonctionné qu'un jour, mais ils avaient prévenus qu'il y avait des problèmes d'électricité. Pour le prix payé, il aurait pu y avoir quelques éléments de base comme du sel, du poivre, etc. et un peu plus d'ustensiles de cuisine (bols, etc.), un micro-ondes, des pinces à linge. Cela ne nous a pas empêché de passer un très bon séjour. L'appartement en soi est exceptionnel.

К апартаментам прилагается парковочное место в подземном гараже. На ресепшене ни разу никого не видела, но хозяин всегда был на связи. На момент заезда была грязная плита и душевая кабина.

Nicola was very welcoming and helpful, the room was large, had all the necessary amenities, the view from the terrasse was fantastic and of course we loved the jacuzzi. The location is great, with a small shop nearby and all the cafes within the walking distance. The parking spot in the garage was a great plus! Can't think of anything, we absolutely loved Sveti Stefan!

Nicola, an apartment manager, was very helpful and responded to all our requests. The location is high up on a hill so a car would be a good solution for all needs. Some household items would be good to add.

- Manuela (10/5): Unbeschreiblich schön - Einfach alles hat uns gefallen. Die Wohnung war modern und komfortabel. Uns hat es an nicht gefehlt. Die Terrasse mit dieser sensationellen Aussicht hat uns jeden Tag ein Lächeln ins Gesicht gezaubert. Die kostenlose Tiefgarage hat das ganze abgerundet. Die Vermieter waren sehr zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit. Wir fanden die Lage super weil mit dem Auto alles schnell erreichbar war. Auch im Ort konnte man zu Fuß einkaufen und essen gehen. Der Stand ist tatsächlich nicht der schönste von ganz Montenegro aber die kleine Strandbad war Mega. Tolle Preise mit kostenlosen Strandmöbeln. Insgesamt waren wir von Montenegro sehr angetan und kommen gerne wieder. Danke für den tollen Aufenthalt. Man hat die Mieter über uns sehr gehört aber das uns die Laune nicht verdorben

Full kitchen, lots of closets, two couches. Huge walk-in shower, clean bathroom. Free parking in the building. The room is pretty boring decoration wise, but that's not really an issue.

- Miriam (10/5): Schönes neues Apartment mit wunderschönen Ausblick auf Sveti Stefan. - Der Ausblick vom Balkon aufs Meer und Sveti Stefan ist wunderschön. Das Apartement ist sehr großzügig und schön eingerichtet mit allem was man braucht. Es ist angenehm ruhig durch die Lage am Ortsrand, in 10 Minuten ist man aber auch zum Strand gelaufen. Man kann einen schönen Spaziergang am Meer entlang über mehrere wunderschöne Strände machen und in netten Konobas direkt am Meer Essen gehen. Der Checkin/Checkout war unkompliziert und flexibel, die Parkmöglichkeit in der Garage mit Aufzug zur Wohnetage sehr komfortabel. Klare Empfehlung in Sveti Stefan, ich komme gerne wieder.

Coffee maker at times didn’t work properly, patio door from living room needs to be fixed. For price we would have expected things like proper amount of toilet paper or dishwashing supplies.

- Jennifer (9/5): Great spacious modern apartment with views of svet stefani and an easy walk to local restaurants. - Very spacious modern apartment, nicely decorated, very comfortable bed, air conditioning. Free garage car parking. Good location close to some restaurants and the beach. The hosts offer a golf buggy service to and from beach but we were happy to walk so didn’t avail of this. Could have benefited from a few small welcoming touches, such as a bottle of water in fridge, a replenished tea bag box, some small toiletries such as shampoo, conditioner, shower gel. Reception area is a bit untidy and smells of stale smoke, the apartment is far better than the impression at reception.

- Nikhita (10/5): Amazing views, friendly staff & comfortable stay - We booked two apartments for our trip. It was so clean, well maintained and the staff was very friendly. They were kind enough to drive us around Sveti in their golf cart. They helped arrange for a taxi as well when requested. Views from the apartment were stunning. Would definitely recommend for a comfortable stay.

- Iuliia (10/5): - Really a gorgeous place. A truly welcoming owner answering any questions. The location is a bit up the hill with great view from the balconies, sunsets are all yours. The golf car transfer is absolutely awesome, 5min - and you're by the sea, we loved that so much! Anyway in the morning a 12-15 min walk is also a good option (if you want). The apartment is fully equipped (including kitchen staff required for cooking) with everything you need. We had two bedrooms, a living room, a kitchen, bath and balcony/terrace, cozy rooms with multiple air conditionings. It was really quiet that we appreciated a lot. Pay attention to the room choice while booking. The pictures of the room while choosing completely match the reality (that is obviously a plus). The building has direct and side sea view apartments of different types. Sveti Stefan has become top location in Montenegro, no crowds on the beach even in hot August season, you don't have to look for a place on the beach desperately if you arrived at 10am or later. No noise and loud music, a peaceful place for the total relax. Two small shops, four restaurants, one spot with fruits near the beach, small beach bars - that's all the infrastructure Sveti Stefan proposes. But on the other hand you have three or even four incredible beaches by hand and the walking routes under the pines shadow. In Sveti Stefan itself the sea is fantastic, with no waves, clear water and smooth entrance to the sea with consequent depth growth. Ideal for the kids. The same for the adults who want to swim a lot. Can definitely recommend both the location and the apartment. Balcony/terrace floor cleaning can be improved. Everything else was good (the apartment itself is spotless).
