Guest (9/5): Muy buena, volvería sin duda - Para una o dos personas muy cómodo! La cama y almohadas súper comodas, la ducha bien caliente y con buena presión de agua. Cerca del centro histórico, barrio seguro. Equipado con todo lo necesario, limpio. Detalle de mantenimiento que no son importantes

Stephen (8/5): A centrally located apartment. - I felt the flat as a whole was in need of real deep–clean, windows, cabinets, mirrors, fridge, shelving. The sofa was stained. The bed headboard was worn down. Bed mattress should have mattress protective cover. Sheets were slippery and would not stay in place so that I woke up half on the bare mattress with the sheets all over the place. Great hot water and powerful shower. There were a couple of automatic (chemical) air scent devices, one of which emitted a spray regularly which I found overwhelming. The position of the flat in the vast residential block is shaded from the direct glare of the scorching sun which was a real relief. The flat was comfortably cool therefore during the day, still with plenty of light flooding the flat. That was very nice. Kitchenette old and worn. I didn’t feel inspired to cook in any case since my stay was very short. To be honest it felt as if the long term occupier/s had vacated her/ his/their flat for the duration of my stay (two nights) and had quickly wiped things down and changed the sheets. I would rate the stay 7.9. Please see above
Haley (9/5): Excellent location, very clean, each - I had limited email and no cell, but I told the owner about when I would arrive and they met me in the lobby. I had to wait maybe 15', but considering I had no way to communicate since I left my previous place in Valparaiso, it worked out very well.
Rodrigomsch (9/5): Superb - - shower holder was not working correctly and it is dangerous (almost fell on my head when I turned off the water) - Pillows could be better
