- 菅野 (6/5): 普通の滞在 - バスタブがあり、高い水圧のお湯がバスタブいっぱいはれる。スエズ運河が目の前にある。ホテルの敷地が広いので、安全にウォーキングができる。フロントデスクのスタッフは良い。弱いが部屋でWIFIが使える。 スタッフにより、清掃にばらつきがある。エアコンに暖房機能が、最初から備わっていない。朝食が何十年も同じで、愛が全く感じられない。普通に食べられるのはオムレツだけ。コーヒーも色がついているだけで、香りも味もない。ダイニングのスタッフは、暇なのに自分から仕事を探さずスマホを見てる。食事、サービス全てにおいて怠慢なレストラン。

- Suk (8/5): This hotel is nice and I will book it again. - We like the sea view of the rooms. The view and the wind breeze were fantastic! The location was very convenient to go anywhere. The staff were good but you had to ring the bell to call the reception staff out. The breakfast was nice and many choices of food. It has a nice garden and the hotel was big. The hotel was old and need some renovation.
- Suk (8/5): This hotel is nice and I will book it again. But I will avoid payment at the reception. - I like the view and the wind breeze of my room, it was fantastic! The location was very convenient to go anywhere. The staff were good. The breakfast was nice and many choices of food. One small incident, when I paid for my stay, it should be in USD. However, the reception staff charged my Debit Card in EGP and voided the transaction immediately without telling me the truth. She just gave me a declined slip of paper and asked me for another card. So I paid correctly in USD by my Credit Card. After a few days, I found my Debit Card was charged with the same amount by in EGP. So I asked the reception staff (another one) why and the reception staff and the accounting staff told me immediately that it was commission without any investigation! The reception area was empty quite often and I had to ring the bell to call the staff out and you could not find the previous staff who dealt with you in my matter. Finally, I got back my money into my Debit Card, but I used a lot of energy to deal with it.

- Munir (2/5): Bad hotel - The only good thing about this hotel is location. Sheets and beds are dirty, I've seen all types of hairs and some other stuff on the bed. Very old furniture. The door lock barely works, you need to try 5 or 6 times for the door to open. Overall bad experience. No way this hotel is 5 stars, more like 3 stars, at best.

- Anton (9/5): Very pleased! - Honestly, I was very pleased with this hotel. A lot of rooms with sea view, very good bed, clean thick carpets, fridge, teapot etc. Staff is very friendly and keen to help. Breakfast is also good with broad choice of meals. If you have time, try the pool -- it is large, deep and clean (+ water doesn't have chemical odor). The hotel is very popular place for wedding parties and we witnessed one for two days. Sometimes music goes on all night but for us it was more like a national show than disturbance since there were many traditional stuff like spceial bands, songs and dances. Bathroom fittings are quite old and may not work properly, but it is my only complain.
- Nermine (10/5): Delightful experience. - A lovely hotel in Port Said with a helpful and friendly staff. The room was big and overlooking the canal. Very clean too. Lovely view of the ships especially at night. The beach is just five minutes away and there's a very nice promenade nearby. The breakfast was excellent as well. A lovely place to relax and take a break. Nothing! It was perfect in everyway. Hope to go again soon.

The staff was amazing though and very helpful. No variety. Room needs deep cleaning. Ants crawl everywhere. When we went to eat dinner it was subpar. What the menu said is not what we got.

Room door isn't sealed and allows corridor noise inside the room and vice versa. 2. Room service wouldnt provide an extra water bottle. 3. Pool was open to outsiders with very loud music. 4. Very poor breakfast choices

There was trash on the floor from the guest before us. Everything in the room smells, and nothing was properly cleaned. There were electric wires out of the wall and the ceiling.
