They left me out in the street.Be careful with this department, they spend their time robbing peopleAnd the worst part is that Booking.com allowed us to be robbed because they never gave me any explanations, and now what they've done is as if I were accepted into the apartment but they never let me in. Because I have proof that they didn't let me in and they stole my money.

• Shefqet (1/5): Sono stato TRUFFATO? - Ho provato a fare check in per tre giorni di fila, poi ho capito che si sono presi i soldi senza dare il servizio. Ho provato a chiamarli, mi dice che il numero non esiste. Gli ho scritto sull'applicazione e tramite email, mai risposto. Sono andato sul sito dove dovrebbe esserci la casa con il nome e rose apartment non esiste. Ho fatto delle foto per documentare la zona. Ti è piaciuto pagare quasi 700 euro 💶 per non ricevere nemmeno una stanza ed essere costretto ad soggiornare in un'altra struttura? No. Questa era la mia prima volta che ho utilizzato Booking.com, lo utilizzerò in futuro? No. Ho contattato Booking.com ma non hanno fatto nulla. Mi sono fidato, mai più. Comunque visto che mi chiedono la recensione darò il minimo, spero che non ci saranno mai più vittime in futuro. Questa è stata la mia esperienza. • Salvatore (1/5): Sono atrivatp a Malta per poi scappare via. Un incubo - Nessuna colazione, nessuna struttura, nessun numero di telefono funzionante, ho dormito in panchina nel parco. Questo indorizzo non esiste, è tutto una truffa.

• Tirso (2/5): Overpriced and mid/poor hygenic conditions - Localization No towels for the shower, killed 3 roaches on the wall, bathroom sink and mirror was dirty with old toothpaste and other stains (it looked like it had never been cleaned), room was dirty from last guests and had to be cleaned quickly before our arrival. We booked last minute so that leaves less time to clean but the room should have been priced accordingly...
• Liam (8/5): Very happy with our stay here. Thanks. - This property was great value for money if looking for a cheaper, less luxurious stay in Malta. Had everything needed, bed, bathroom, washing machine, air con, kitchen including fridge/freezer. ~10 minute walk from a few bus stops which meant travel to the main cities was easy. Sliema and Valetta are only about 10-15 minutes away by bus. Also a 10 minute walk to a nice swimming spot in Ta’ Xbiex overlooking Valetta. Directly next to a convenience store and a bar as well. Our host was extremely kind responsive and helpful as well, especially when we couldn’t find the apartment on the day of check in. Would definitely recommend for travellers on a budget and only using the apartment for sleeping and planning on exploring the country of Malta. My only criticisms would be a bathmat to keep the floor of the bathroom dry after showering and some soap/shampoo in the shower would have been a nice touch. Also I believe the listed address is wrong, as when using google maps to navigate to the apartment it sent us to the wrong end of the street. The apartment is located directly next to the Locarno Bar in Msida.
• Van (8/5): Very good - Close to the market, and restaurant. A bit far from downtown. The room is ok. The owner is nice. Good value.
