- Daniele (10/5): Tutto perfetto - Casa molto spaziosa ed adatta a 4 persone. unica pecca c’è un solo bagno che si trova in camera, perfetto se si è in due (come noi) scomodo se si è in 4. In cucina c’era tutto il necessario per cucinare, sia pentole che padelle ma anche del sale e dell’olio. Casa pulita, in ogni suo punto. Anche se si trova al primo piano non si sentono molto le macchine fuori. Posizione comoda per il nelson mandela forum (circa 20 minuti a piedi) oppure per il centro città (circa 25 minuti a piedi oppure 10 minuti con il bus che passa vicino a casa). Parcheggi gratuiti in zona difficili da trovare (consiglio di cercare alla Piazza Giovanni Rosadi). L’host è molto gentile e premurosa, ci ha dato un sacco di informazioni utilissime per il nostro soggiorno. niente

- Chloe (7/5): Lovely apartment with great facilities. - The apartment was lovely, clean and had everything we needed. The host was lovely and greeted us with the keys and have us all the information we needed about our stay. Great location and easy access to the centre of Florence. The only issue was there was a few occasions of loud noises from other residents, slamming off the gates. Also, a dog in the block of apartments that was barking and banging around which was waking us up during the night.

- Mitchell (10/5): Exceptional - Great location just far enough away from the busy centre of Florence. The closest bus stop was a few minutes walk up the road and once on the bus, you can be in central Florence within 10 minutes. If you want to walk to the centre, it only takes about 25 minutes. There's a couple supermarkets within a 5-10 minute walk from the apartment.
- Jin (10/5): Exceptional - Everything. Excellent and modern furniture/fixtures. It has extra space with pull out couch and tv downstairs which was a plus. It has everything you need. Chiara,the host was welcoming and very friendly. She was well prepared, she even gave us a map and pointed out where to go,where to shop etc and how to get there. We were very grateful to her, she really went over and beyond

- S (10/5): Excellent - Everything about the property was great. Facilities were great. Kitchen had all the necessary utensils. Ample space in the bedroom. Clean modern bathroom. Bus stop and grocery shop nearby. Nothing. Everything was great. It’s a little far from the city but bus stop is nearby

Having access to a washing machine and clothesline was something we hadn’t had for a little while - so that was great! The room also stays exceptionally dark with the shutters down - which was excellent for a decent sleep!
- Karla (10/5): Exceptional - Was a fabulous stay , everything overexiced our spectation, completely clean , everything for cook , we were 3 ,but it is completely perfect for 4 , Chiara was a fabulous host , if I come back Florence I will stay here again.

Air conditioner has also function of heating what was very useful due to weather conditions- it was rainy and a bit cold. The bed was very comfortable. Nothing. The place was really good.
