- Saskia (6/5): - Das Hotel hat eine super Lage, die Mitarbeiter waren sehr freundlich und das Frühstück war vielseitig. Leider hatten wir ein Zimmer dessen Fenster nur in die Hotellobby ging. Dh. es gab keine Möglichkeit neuen Sauerstoff ins Zimmer zu lassen. Die Ausstattung der Zimmer ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen.

The staff is very friendly and helpful. Value for money. The hotel is good and convenient for guests far from restaurant

Blízko pri hoteli sa nachádza Jodipan, farebná dedinka, ktorá stojí za návštevu. Personál hotela bol veľmi milý a nápomocný. Pobyt v Malangu sa nám veľmi páčil.

Czystość pokoju w porządku. Cena adekwatna do jakości. Brudne talerze pod drzwiami niektórych pokoi stały od wieczora do następnego dnia. Obsługa mogłaby częściej sprawdzać korytarze i je zabierać.

- jessica (6/5): - Sublime hôtel, personnel très agréable, super buffet de petit déjeuner, acceuil avec 1 glace/ boisson/ collation offerte. Belle piscine intérieure à ciel ouvert donc 1 peu fraîche, salle de sport ok! Par contre très déçu d avoir notre chambre situé au sous sol , avec vu sur 1 mur et sur la porte d entrée d 1 autre chambre, très très difficile d avoir de l'eau chaude , salle de bain très usé et mal entretenu pour un hôtel de se standing,Nous devons attendre au moins 10/ 15 min pr avoir 1 peu d eau chaude mais comme le siphon n est pas entretenu l eau risque de débordé dans la chambre.... propreté laisse plus qu à désirer.... encore 1 fois pour un hôtel de ce standing on a dû avoir les pires chambres j imagine ... Mais c est pas la 1 ère fois que les chambres réservés à booking sont les moins bien de l hôtel car tarif tiré au plus bas.... on a déjà vécu cela à plusieurs reprises!

- Fitria (6/5): Doesn't feel like a 4 star hotel - Good Indonesian breakfast, spacious room. The wardrobe had visible mold and smelled moldy in the hallway of our room. There was no fridge in our room, just an empty cupboard where a fridge usually is. No hair dryer either. Overall it was okay, but the hotel doesn't feel like a 4 star.

- Yustiana (3/5): Bad services. - Strategic place. No worry about parking our car. They have big parking space at the basement. And the parking staff will help us. The staff. The services. When I asked the receptionist for saving my ice gel, they just asked us to go to the restaurant through. Usually the receptionist accept our ice gel then they will give us a notes to take the ice gel. But this hotel different. They asked us to go through to the restaurant. Breakfast good but the staff (indomie section especially), I ordered noodle for my daughter but they gave it to other people 3 times then I have to wait more for other people behind me. They said they’re making the noodle for me. But when I asked again they said I need to wait more. I went to that section 4 times and still didn’t get the noodle. Really dissapointed. Room was good just xoxo. But the bathroom was so slippery. I like the AC it was really work. The playground why it does’t have a special room for it. And please give the playground some mattras or playmate. Thank you.
