• Prasad (1/5): Please don’t book this place, personal suggestion to you’ll. - The property promises the entire villa but its not, the property is divided by 2 and whats shown in the pictures weren’t true. The stairs were under construction and he expected us to use that, we had an argument with the caretaker who was very rude. Finally he refunded the money at 11pm and we had to find another stay. It was a very very bad experience.

The house was cozy, clean, and perfectly maintained, with all the amenities we needed. The location was ideal, allowing us to njoy the beautiful breath taking views of tea estates . The hosts were incredibly welcoming and went above and beyond to ensure our comfort,especially the owner Mr Ranjith .We enjoyed delicious home-cooked chicken barbeque..even when it was too late they did all pre cooking things waited for us. We stayed only for two days it ws not sufficient. And worth for money. If you're looking for a peaceful retreat in Ooty, look no further! This house is a hidden gem. Highly recommended!"
• S (10/5): Great Stay for Families & Pets! - Kalanja Greens was a fantastic choice for our family getaway, and they happily welcomed our pet! The property is impressively spacious, featuring three comfortable rooms that gave everyone plenty of space. We also loved the beautiful and compact garden. Everything was very clean, which we really appreciated. The affordable add-ons like fun filled “karaoke”, tasty “BBQ”, and a cozy “campfire” were wonderful extras that truly enhanced our stay. Highly recommended for a spacious, clean, and enjoyable stay!
• Anand (8/5): Very good - Location of the cottage in the middle of forming a valley beside. Nice and calm place. you will get a chance of sunrise view if there is no mist or clouds. Over all Good. The road to reach the cottage is a little bit challenging for a medium van type vehicle.

The villa itself was great and we as family took complete villa with three rooms that are incredibly clean and beautifully furnished. We especially appreciated the reliable hot water supply in each bathroom, which was a real comfort during the cooler evenings. The highlight of our stay was the warm hospitality. The host was incredibly friendly and polite, always available to assist with any of our needs. We thoroughly enjoyed the delicious meals prepared for us, and the evenings were magical with cozy bonfires and soothing music. The serene ambiance of the tea estate provided the perfect backdrop for a relaxing and memorable family vacation. We highly recommend this villa to anyone seeking a peaceful and comfortable stay in Ooty. We had a special request for a birthday decoration on the balcony. The decorations were really good with a minimal amount. There is nothing that we did not like.
