- Viktoria (10/5): Splendid hotel - Everything was perfect: the room was spacious, with a great view, huge windows, very clean, brand new. The staf was professional and kind Strange, but in all 4 stars hotel in Romania you have to pay for the water, there is no complementary water at all. In the whole world it is compulsory for the 4 star hotel to give you al least 1 free water

- Michaela (9/5): Pleasent surprise in Suceava - A new unexpected fantastic hotel in Suceava. I was pleasently surprise with the lobby, the room, the restaurant. Service- like in 5 stars hotel. Restaurant-a beautiful arangement. Menu looks promissing but in reality there is a huge gap between the name of the product you order and that what you get on the plate. Specially the meat was bad and expensive. It is disapointing, the only dish wad corectly prepared was the osobucco. All the rest was aproximately... But in the future, I am ready to give one more try in this hotel/ restaurant. Bteakfast was a totsl disapointment, served in a huge ball room,.a few leftovers from reception the day before . It was almost nothing to eat but we payd 50 lei/pers/day

Всі хто обстукував взуття від снігу перед входом у готель. Здавалося робили це у нас в номері. Спати було неможливо! Крім того чути шум води із сусіднього номеру та ліфт(

- octavian (10/5): - Condiții excelente de cazare. Nota 10. Check in super rapid. Multumesc Alexandru. Capuccino servit in camera in maxim 8 minute din momentul comenzii . Camere calduroase. Curate. Felicitări! Daca staff-ul ar si-ar da putin timp sa transmita doamnelor de la curatenie sa nu vorbeasca in data camerelor minute intregi cu voce tare, turistii ar fi si mai multumiti. Banuiesc ca nimeni nu cunoastea acest lucru. Acest review nu are rolul de a critica ci de a ajuta personalul sa se imbunatateasca in zona de servicii. Asta a fost si motivul pentru care notele mele au fost doar de 10.
