Guest Reviews
- Michael (7/5): UVM Graduation where hotels charge 2x what they normally do. - From the outside it looks like those 60's and 70's roadside motels some of us went to with our parents. The kind that used to have the vibrating beds for a quarter :). Totally redone inside the rooms. Neat as a pin and no bugs, unlike some fancier hotels in Burlington. :) Very close to airport if you are flying out. Lots of VT plates, a few construction guys here on assignment, and families in for graduation the weekend I was there. Close to groceries, drug stores and Al's French fries. The wifi did not work for me and I tried from the parking lot too.
- Ronald (5/5): Did in a pinch - The bed was very comfortable. Not as clean as it could have been. Bathroom floor had some ants from what looked like cookie crumbs & floors were not well swept. I cleaned the bathroom floor with a wash cloth. Shower curtain was discolored or dirty. Very tight fit in bathroom.
- Francis (8/5): -
- Douglas (7/5): Newish finishes with a convenient efficiency kitchen. Overall good value. - Location was fine, a bit further from Burlington than we thought, but close to airport if you need that. Unit was nice and new and the kitchen was handy. Parking lot was a bit trashy. The bed and bath door squeaked. No shampoo or bar soap provided, only liquid hand soap. Lighting was too bright/cold florescent type.
- Connor (10/5): Wonderful little suites - Extremely affordable, and very comfortable and clean!
- Carlton (9/5): -
- Frank (7/5): I enjoyed the stay overall and nice location to everything. - Great location, room was clean. Parking right in front of door. Beds and pillows were not that comfortable. Walls are thin so hear a lot of other noises from surrounding areas.
- Hamilton (5/5): No office: you must register online and send picture of your ID before arriving! - Close to BTV. Clean. Small kitchenette is well appointed. Was very confused on arrival as there is no office/front desk. Unclear from listing is totally touchless check in including upload id, etc. What if I didn’t have a phone? Doing that from the parking lot and having to wait for approval is concerning. The message I got was to do this before 4:00pm and it was very late night when I booked after a cancelled flight.
Also, walls paper thin! Snoring from an adjacent room was like sleeping in the same room as them.

- Ann (10/5): Clean, comfortable, great little kitchenette. Close to the airport. - Nice, clean, comfortable. Three minutes from airport, so great place to stay if you have an early morning flight! Check in was a little too late. 3pm instead of 4pm would be closer to a normal check in. We had to wait around for a couple of hours.
- Talib (10/5): -
- Juliette (8/5): Good basic hotel - Very clean. Good communication from the staff. The kitchenette was well stocked. The bathroom has a weirdly small sink!
- Melanie (9/5): Great as always - The convenience It’s not located on the beach somewhere warm

- Carneiro (8/5): - The cleanliness; the kitchenette The small bathroom sink
- Laura (10/5): - Comfy bed, heater if you want to get warm quickly, kitchen facilities, great host Very very tiny bathroom. Difficult to use sink and nowhere to put hygiene items.
- Melanie (10/5): Great place for a long term travel stay - Clean and a great location. The rooms are small
- Shannon (10/5): -
- Aaron (4/5): Great for an early airport departure but be prepared for an uncomfortable bed. - Super close to the airport. Good communication with host. The walls were thin and our neighbors kept us up. The bed was cheap and very uncomfortable. The bathroom sink was microscopic and hard to wash anything but hands.

- Maryfrances (7/5): - The lighting was too harsh. Softer lights. And a real lamp near bed would be helpful! Also bigger, nicer towels would be an improvement!

- Joan (7/5): Fairly comfortable for one night. - Didn’t have breakfast. Location great near the airport. For the price, I thought the room was just basic. I expected a more comfortable room. The sink in the bathroom is ridiculously small. The bed was very comfortable. No volume control on the tv was very difficult. We both wear hearing aids.

- Christie (9/5): - Perfect cleanliness, had everything I needed, easy checkin and out, great price. Wished the micro sink in the bathroom was bigger!
- Abigail (10/5): Good accomodation with cheaper price - The owner/ managemet is really accomodating. He is also attentive for what we need in the room.

- Michael (10/5): Great place to stay in S. Burlington - The location was great. Very near the airport. The room itself was modern, clean, neat and had everything a person needs for a stay. Bathroom was great, (heated floors a plus). The bed was very comfortable, the kitchenette had more than enough equipment for use.
Very happy with it, and will definitely be staying again on my next visit. nothing.

- tovine (10/5): Great place to stay. - Great staff. Everything was perfect for my needs.
- jeff (9/5): I would definitely stay there again - Nice room, good location good value
- Barb Evans DuChene (10/5): Great stay - Very clean, comfortable room. Well equipped - we had everything we needed, plus some. We had a little trouble getting into our room (our fault), and the caretaker very quickly sorted it out for us. Very well run place. Nothing comes to mind.
- Warnock (9/5): -
- William (9/5): -
- Denise (8/5): Everything provided for one person/couple. - The communication with property owners was very good. Very clean and as advertised. Great for one person/couple.
Close quarters for two people, but had everything necessary for 3 day stay including cooking options.
- Maryann (10/5): It was a very nice place to stay at very very clean. Everything was very accommodating.. - The manager was very accommodating and very nice. Located in great area.. It was very quiet and easy to get to. Sorry, the only thing I didn’t like was the pillows and a duvet cover. It kept coming off.. but in a way it was my fault. I didn’t ask for different pillows.
- Kim (8/5): - Room was clean and comfortable, great value Bathroom was a bit tight but functional
- Kara (7/5): - Very clean and quiet
- David (7/5): -
- Jennifer (4/5): It was adequate for one night because I was desperate and not going to pay., it is the last - Clean Nobody available as I registered and then try to get into the room. It is a completely remote process without involving human beings. What made matters worse was that the password to get into my room was not working. It was generally a really uncomfortable, odd and frankly void of human warmth experience. No charm or character to the room or the reservation process.
- martin (7/5): Convenient and comfortable stay - Convenient location comfortable bed Neighborhood wasn't really comfortable
- MICHELA (5/5): -
- SYAU-LUN (7/5): - A convenient place. Manager on site. It comes with a kitchen space has all the needs. Bathroom is a little bit smaller. The wash sink is too small only for washing hands. Its wifi was not working in the third night we stayed.
- Maria (9/5): -
- Julia (10/5): Clean and comfortable. - Location, style, cleanliness, amenities
- Yang (10/5): - As cost effective as described, very clean and convenient facilities, I am very satisfied with my selection of this cozy motel!
- Deborah (8/5): - This property was a unique experience for me..."contactless". You will get plenty of e-contact about how to register, access the room and an assurance there is someone to call but your entire stay is faceless.
The property is under renovation.
I arrived at midnight looking for my room - the doors with room numbers are poorly lit and there was no parking by the time I got in
The room itself was a nice size, clean and inviting
There is no rug - good for the clean part but chilly on bare feet this time of year
There is a very fancy unit on the wall that is the heat/AC but it does not have instructions for how to use it and was not intuitive and I did try all the buttons
The bed thankfully had a warm quilt and was comfortable
This was a quick sleep stop for me - largely chosen for it's proximity to the airport and price during leaf-peeper season
I can't say I'd go out of my way to stay here again
- David (4/5): - I tripped over an unexpected 1 inch difference between the floor and the bathroom. I had to stand in the corner between toilet and wall to close the door. I had to slam the door shut with great force. Poor and sloppy construction. Get your liability lawyer on speed dial before stepping in the shower since the floor is life-threateningly slick with no handholds. Room was clean. Bed was OK.
- Donna (2/5): - We Left! Could not stay.Trying to get a refund now. The place looked like a cheap hotel. They had no one on duty but gave us a code to get in door. We tried it several times until it locked us out. Called the manager to tell him we could not stay. He was so rude! I trusted Expedia to put on only nice places. Called them to intervene. Still waiting for a response. STILL Waiting. I have pictures.
- tammie (10/5): -
- Lily (10/5): - I was a little nervous about staying here - it offered the only rooms for under $400 on the night I needed to be in Burlington - but this is a gem of a motel. It's been totally redone, and the rooms were basic but spotless. I really appreciated the fact that I received a door code and didn't have to go to check in in person. I'd definitely stay here again if I'm in the area.
- Woodvenshy (10/5): - I love the keycard doors and remote control doors and how cozy the place was best rest i’ve had in a while personally the outside is very deceiving from the inside but it was a 10/10 experience would recommend
- Cheryl (10/5): - Mike was the best! He helped us with anything we needed and was super easy to get in touch with via text. The rooms were well appointed and for very reasonable rates that allowed my travel buddy and I to each have our own rooms. We felt safe and comfortable staying here. It was super convenient to the airport as well as public transportation to both downtown Burlington as well as a closer shopping center and nearby Williston. Having the kitchenette was incredibly convenient for reheating leftovers and a quick breakfast the morning we flew out. For the day we had a rental car, parking was easy and access was convenient and safe. We had good space and everything we needed and loved the small town/local vibe. It was a lovely stay and I'd absolutely come back on future trips!
- David (6/5): - Nicely reworked units. Clean. Seems a bit over priced for what it/town is but maybe thats the local market rate. Thanks for the stay, enjoyed it!
- Jerry (2/5): - The pictures make it look better than it is. The kitchen area is certainly nice, but on a vacation do we really want to live in a kitchen? These are 1 room suites, no larger than a typical hotel room. Our main issue though was that we paid for a room with a queen bed. What we got was a double bed and a lot of denial from the hotel staff that it wasn't a queen! We asked them to come in and measure it - but instead we had to make multiple phone calls, where their message was basically, "You have a queen bed, don't argue!" the staff said they would check with the owner and said they'd call back, sometimes they would call back, other times we had to call. But the answer was always the same, our bed was the right size. They said we had to bring our complaint to Hotels.com, Hotels.com said we needed to deal directly with the hotel. A fundamental problem is the staff was not on site. We literally spent 2-3 hours making phone calls. What finally got their attention was when we measured the bed with a tape measure and sent them the pictures. Within an hour the manager showed up and said "You are right, that's a double bed, I don't know how that got in there, we'll get you a queen" And he did! He also volunteered that we'd get our first night free for our trouble. That was very generous, I felt it was fair, not because we had to sleep on a double, but because of all the time it took for phone calls and lies. however we had to call 2 times for the refund, got 1/2 promised.
- Cindy (5/5): Meh. If you need a room close to the airport, it works. But don't expect much. - There is no staff. There is no breakfast or coffee. The AI-generated email and text communications were confusing and often erroneous (I received repeated emails asking me to check in when I already had; I received "thanks and how do you rate your stay" emails before I even received the room number; and I received numerous emails and texts containing a single letter which were obviously generated in error. This left me anxious as to whether I would actually get the room info -- which I did. The keypad lock on the room door was damaged (the unit was loose on the door) and it took me quite a few minutes to get in the room. The room is very clean (kudos to cleaning staff) but the furniture is all super cheap; the very squeaky bed was not comfortable. The walls are thin and I was awakened repeatedly by the alarm clocks of guests in other rooms and the thunk of their suitcases dragged down the stairs (it's near the airport, I assume people were getting up to catch flights in the wee hours). If I'd paid $90 a night Econolodge-type rates, I might not complain much. At $200 a night I expect at least the security of an onsite staff person, a secure lock on the door, and a comfortable bed.
- Zdenka B (10/5): - The self check-in was very easy, rooms were spotlessly clean and comfortable. The location is nice, we enjoyed our stay here.
- Chris (8/5): - Nice and clean building with a very accommodating manager. Close to airport and everything Burlington has to offer is a short drive away. South Burlington itself is beautiful with many great restaurants and walking areas.
- Kevin (10/5): - This is a self-checkin unit - e everything is done online, but very efficient and the room was remodeled and comfortable
- Jeff (10/5): - Most comfortable bed and pillows!!
- Amy (10/5): -
- Penny (10/5): -
Very clean and easy to get to
- Patricia (8/5): - Communication was easy and we enjoyed our room and our stay. Location was excellent.
- Kim (7/5): Prima voor doorreis - Het bed is prima. 140 x 200 cm. Koffiezetapparaat en koffie aanwezig. Douche prima.
- Kristen (10/5): -
- Christopher (8/5): - Nice place, but the internet connection was VERY rough. My phone an computer had a ton of trouble getting on and both kept getting kicked off.
- Gretchen (10/5): - Clean and convenient
- Lindsay (9/5): Great find. Wish all the places we stayed were as good - Quite good location. We walked to a local bar/rest for dinner. We had deluxe suit. Not a bad size. Recently refurbished. Modern basic and clean. Well designed. Motel like accommodation with self entry. All fine. Great memory foam type bed. Very comfortable. Great black out blinds. Great little kitchen area. Small worktop grill/cooker. Mico, fridge, hob and coffee machine. Utensils and pan. We cooked eggs and toast for breakfast. Great value and one of the best places for a night we stayed on our travels. Could have stayed longer. Only thing was it was close to the main road and we had heavy rain, which made it slightly noisy. Quiet mainly overnight. Also noisy aeroplanes taking off early morning, although we knew the location so not a problem for us. Just so people aware.
- James (8/5): -
- Jennifer (10/5): - It was like staying at an efficiency apartment. Clean, simple, and anything you might need.
- Sandra (10/5): - Nice small efficiency apt basically. Big hot shower. Clean, excellent option for a visit to Burlington that won't break the bank
