Is someone sneezed in the next room you can hear it. I always got awaken so early because of the noise of other rooms could be heard very clearly in my room. Furthermore the cleaning done in the room was very surface level, the floors were not cleaned properly

A bit far from BTS if you have luggages. 10 minutes walk through small alley behind the hotel to Phraya Thai BST. Not allow late check out unless paying extra, not service oriented hotel.

Das Zimmer war gut ausgestattet, die Betten von guter Qualität. Das Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Badezimmerarmaturen waren undicht und haben ständig Wasser verloren. Die Zimmertüren sind sehr dünn so dass der Lärm vom Gang manchmal gut zu hören war, besonders bei nächtlichen Spätheimkehrern. Aber sonst gab es nichts auszusetzen.

Номера устаревшие, оформление тоже оставляет желать лучшего в сравнении с отелями той же ценовой категории. Само место расположения отеля не очень удачное, узкие улочки, на которых местами неприятный запах. Вид из окна и само окно не очень хорошее.

- Mohammed (4/5): Basic hotel with strict policies - First of all, the hotel is extremely strict about the 2:00 PM check-in time — no flexibility and no room for discussion. Upon arrival, you’re greeted by numerous posters listing fines for various violations. The tone feels immature and somewhat disrespectful, as if guests are assumed to behave improperly. I have never seen such an extensive list of fines displayed so prominently, especially not in a hotel claiming higher standards. Room walls are super thin and not soundproof and you can hear everything happening in corridor and other room. Aside from that, the hotel itself is quite basic, offering standard accommodation and dining facilities. They provide a shuttle service halfway to a nearby mall, which is somewhat convenient. The breakfast is decent and starts early, which is a plus. Overall, it’s an average stay, but the strict policies and the way they are communicated leave a negative impression

- Zun (8/5): I still love to come back. - The room is super clean including bedsheets, pillows. The breakfast is quite basic, not much varieties to choose. We can hear everything what people are talking along the corridor from inside the room. The AC looks quite old and needs some maintenance; it was very noisy.

- P and H (9/5): uitstekend bereikbare plek na aankomst in Bangkok. - Het hotel voldeed ruimschoots onze verwachting ,het was er stil en van de airportlink trein die achter het hotel loopt hebben we in de praktijk niks gemerkt. Er is een uitgebreid gevarieerd ontbijtbuffet dat al om 7.45 klaar staat . Je loopt er vanuit de Phaya Thai Station in vijf minuten naar toe het is wel een beetje hobbelige weggetje dat parallel aan het spoor loopt waarvan je in eerste instantie denkt waar gaat dit naar toe . Je moet na een 150 meter even rechts een poort door om bij de voorkant te komen. . Als je vanuit het hotel in de avond de wijk links inloopt kom je binnen een paar minuten in een zeer levendige buurt met een avondmarkt. weinig te klagen.

The hotel has a service that can drop you off and pick you up near the those locations as well. The staff was very nice and friendly. Breakfast was not bad but limited in what was available daily. The hotel also only has one service so sometimes, you need to wait a while to be picked up.
