• Devina (10/5): FABULOUS EXPERIENCE - Staff was friendly, rooms were nicely decorated , location was great one min walk to Market , pleasant and homely atmosphere. They have big family room which was the biggest plus point for us as being a family. Owner Mr Raja helped us planning our Tour and the service was Impeccable. Highly Recommended To Visit if you are coming to Delhi. +

No response from the staff when you call reception they will never respond, they mentioned continental breakfast but served a sandwich. Not value for money. It's not a hotel, though.. Floors are dirty. Make sure to check rooms before staying and never pay any advance . They did not provide cot for the infant, too.. and no geaser at the bathroom.

• Richard (5/5): Nothing much to say really, just a cheap hotel, did what it was supposed to do and provided a bed and a decent breakfast - Standard type cheap accommodation for Delhi, only problem was they said card machine not working so has to pay cash, seems to be a common practice all over India during our trip so far.

Near hotel is lots of cafes, shops, markets, bazaar. A calm and safe environment near and inside hotel for lady. A very friendly staff. A very good price. Breakfast was included. Just enjoyed of tasty breakfast and missing it here in Russia)) Thanks for wonderful staying. I recommend!

There was a very bad odour coming from the toilets and it was very uncomfortable to stay in the room. Rooms not clean. I think the hotel need some renovation works

Now whenever I come to Delhi, I have to stay in this hotel only! I have not found better staff than this in any hotel in Delhi till now. Thank you for giving me so much care and security 🙏❤️

• Kalpana (3/5): Nice location but needs improving - The location next to Karol Bagh was good. The staff seemed nice. I did not have a remote control for the TV, so I couldn't use it. For a shower you need to tell the hotel staff 10 minutes before you want to use it so that they can turn the hot water on. I asked but it never got turned on so we only had cold showers, The soap bar and shampoo sachets are super tiny. The bathrooms aren't clean. You can't really open the curtains as you over look a dump area so you end up sitting in the dark. The food wasn't that great. The taxi driver sent to pick me up from the airport didn't know where he'd parked the car at one point.
