• Ирина (2/5): Проживание было испорчено - Центр Ничего не понравилось. В квартире очень грязно, я сомневаюсь, что постельное белье менялось, кухня и посуда вся в жиру и не мылась месяцами. Балкон выходит на стену соседнего дома. Мебель старая и сломанная. Парковки нет, хотя написано, что есть. Интернета нет. Впервые я видела квартиру в таком ужасном состоянии. Все это я сказала и хозяйке, но она не видит грязи, хотя уже не мы первые об этом пишем. Ей бы прислушаться и исправить, а не сваливать вину на уборщицу, которой видимо нет. С парковкой вообще проблема, она платная и нигде нет мест, каждые 2 часа приходилось ходить и переставлять и доплачивать.

• César (4/5): - La anfitriona (Rosa) es atenta y educada,se implica mucho y aconseja lugares para visitar y comer,visitas y lugares interesantes (no conocía el refugio antiaéreo) Lo céntrico que está,cerca de cualquier sitio del centro (ruidoso por la noche por la cantidad de bares) El apartamento no estaba bien limpio, salpicaduras secas en mampara de ducha,mal olor en cuarto de baño por mala desinfección,incluso alguien anterior dibujó sobre el polvo y la grasa de una estantería de cristal( sobre la cocina americana) la palabra "limpiar". Es imposible acceder con coche ,es un callejón sin salida. Tuve que aparcar en parking público,a escasos metros ,y pagar 68€ por los tres días de estancia.

• Marina (5/5): Сделайте генеральную уборку! - Местоположение В апартаментах было грязно, в холодильнике холодильная камера была полностью забита льдом, поэтому он плохо работал, продукты даже не стали забирать. Очень грязные коврики у кровати, на диване в гостиной невозможно сидеть. Апартаменты требуют генеральной качественной уборки и косметического ремонта.

• Vahida (7/5): Ljubazna Rosa, apartman u centru - Lokacija , apartman se nalazi u samom centru Santandera. Također vlasnica Rosa je bila jako ljubazna i dala nam je mnogo korisnih informacija . Ležaj koji se nalazi u dnevnoj , na kojem spava treća osoba he u raspadnutom stanju. Jako neudoban i za sjedenje a za spavanje je bas los.

• maria jesus (5/5): Santander maravilloso y alrededores más - La ubicación La ropa de cama y almohadas no huelen bien, el sofá cama donde durmió mi hijo se notaban los muelles y no era cómodo y su almohada guardada en un armario.... estaba bastante sucia, utilizamos los cojines que llevamos en el coche.
• Agostino (10/5): Consiglio il soggiorno presso questa struttura. - Posizione strategica per visitare il centro della città, Rosa ci ha accolto in casa per la consegna delle chiavi e ci ha fornito una descrizione dettagliata delle varie zone della città e le attrazioni da visitare. La casa ha tutti i confort necessari per vivere una vacanza perfetta.

• Jill (3/5): Dont go there - The host Constantly called and text me about the time I was gonna arrive. I stated right off the bat that I would let her know when I would be there.I thought around seven. I think she called me or text me at least a dozen times. The apartment Above me was moving furniture and walking around until two in the morning. Loud! It was also close to a bar. Talking and laughter until early morning There was no instruction for what to do with keys when i left and no wifi information Dirty too

• Natalia (10/5): Exceptional - Rosa was super helpful! She took plenty of time to explain to us how to get everywhere and get the most out of the 24 hours we were gonna spend there. The location was also brilliant with lots of food and drink nice offers around the area,and walking distance to the bus station. We were a couple, a toddler and a baby. Nothing, I will definitely go back to this apartment when I go back there!

The apartment was in a great central location and perfect for our visit to Santander. There was some noise from the bar down the road, but it did stop around midnight.
• Stuart (3/5): Poor - Unfriendly host, told us we couldn't check in as the shower was broken, when in fact they flat hadn't been cleaned yet. Dont like lying... uncomfortable beds, the sofa bed in the living room was broken and the host took 1h to pull it out

• Catherine (10/5): Cosy, clean and cute apartment for a comfortable stay in Santander! - A cosy and cute apartment with everything that you need to have a comfortable stay in Santander. Rosa was an amazing host and made us feel so welcome and was always available if we needed anything or had any questions. Great location, lovely and private on a side street yet near bars, cafes and supermarkets. Comfy bed, great shower and the kitchen had everything we needed to cook. The sitting room was lovely and cosy. I also loved having a balcony. A very positive experience and I highly recommend staying there!
• Friedrich (7/5): Good and economical apartment in the heart of Santander. - Apartment is located very central and easy to get to. the apartment is clean and compact. Communication. With the owner was very excellent. Unfortunately for the night we stayed there, we were woken up during the night by loud screaming and drunk shouting of a neighbor.

• Tom (8/5): Small but perfectly formed - First thing to note is that, this apartment comes with Rosa, the owner. A very good host, perfectionist about the quality of your stay and a great advocate and source of knowledge about Santander! She is not obtrusive (lives a distance away) but very supportive. The apartment is good and well equipped. The neighbours are a bit noisy although the location of the flat is in a very quiet cul-de-sac. Can't complain about anything else!
