• Park (10/5): - 정말 깔끔하게 잘 관리되고 있는 집입니다. 거실과 주방이 너무 깔끔하고 주방기구도 모든게 다 갖춰져 있었고 기구들이 모두 엄청 깔끔했으며 커피머신에서 내려먹은 커피가 맛있었어요. 방 침구가 먼지 한톨없이 너무 깨끗했고 방은 3개인데 라지에이터가 방마다 있어 너무 따뜻하게 잘 수 있었습니다. 또 오고 싶은 숙소입니다.

• laura (9/5): - El apartamento estaba completamente nuevo y con todo los utensilios nuevos. Cuenta con 3 habitaciones y camas de matrimonio grandes y cómodas. El apartamento es bastante grande. Tiene plaza de garaje privada. La estancia fue muy cómoda. Quizás un poco lejos del centro de la ciudad.

• Guest (10/5): Ottima struttura per visitare la città di Zara e le sue spiagge. - Appartamento spazioso con arredamento nuovo e funzionale, provvisto di tutto il necessario. Parcheggio comodo e posizione molto tranquilla. Putroppo ci siamo fermati solo una notte, ma la struttura è ottima per soggiornare più a lungo. Comunicazione buona con i proprietari. Informerei sulla modalità di self check in al momento della prenotazione perchè in viaggio, almeno per me, non è sempre agevole la comunicazione via mail.

• Jelena (10/5): - Iznimno udoban, moderno opremljen apartman. Uz perilicu i suđericu apartman posjeduje i Krups aparat za Dolce gusto kapsule za kavu, te kuhalo za vodu. Vlasnica je pripremila za korištenje kapsule za kavu, Nescaffe, čaj, osnovne živežne namirnice, te rashladila prostor, a u hladnjaku hladno pivo. Prostor je bio iznimno čist i mirisan. Iako je zgrada starije gradnje, te bi joj dobrodošla obnova, unutrašnjost apartmana je opovrgnula prvi dojam.

• Matthew (8/5): Spacious apartment for a group - Nicely done up, clean first floor apartment with all necessary facilities, comfortable beds and a spacious kitchen. Good off-road parking space. The owner answered queries promptly. We had an issue with water from the shower pooling on the bathroom floor instead of draining down a plughole. Apparently, previous guests have not mentioned this?
• Bart (10/5): Perfect! - Everything was perfect: contact with owner, checkin, amenities, calm neighborhood and comfort. Nice walking time to the city center, but if you are with a car, there is also a parking space. The water heater needs time to heat up the water, so remember not to switch it off.

It was very nice, modern, clean, big, and comfortable. The host was very nice and provided a lot of good information for us as well. We were a bit disappointed that we didn't have more nights here. There is a nice big parking space provided directly in front of the building. It's a bit far to walk down to the old town. No aircons in the bedrooms, but the place stayed cool for the most part so it wasn't much of an issue.

Toilet and shower are separate rooms. 5 mins drive away from Zadar old city or beach. small super market and bakery are 100 meters away. Restaurants are 5 mins drive away. Amazing host, she gave us all the information (which beaches to go, where to park, restaurants to try etc) everything was excellent, nothing to complain

The apartment is wonderfully decorated with plenty of amenities to make your stay as pleasant as possible. I can easily see myself coming back again next time I'm in Zadar. The communication with the host was impeccable, everything was easy to arrange and set.

• Sarahfh (8/5): Beautiful, well-appointed and comforatble apartment but NO A/C IN BEDROOMS - The apartment is beautifilly appointed, with great attention to many little details. Petra provided some lovely touches/treats and excellent information on the area, history, things to do, places to eat, etc.. There were nice toiletries and comfortable beds. We were only there one night so only used the kitchen minimally, but there was a lovely dining area and we definitely would have cooked had we been there longer. Petra was helpful in providing information (taxis, local shops) and flexible, with overall good communication. This place would be "Excellent" across the board with some fixes (see "didn't like" below. NO AIR CONDITIONING IN BEDROOMS AND NO ADDITIONAL TOILET. These two things were listed misleadingly in the listing. The listing has a check by "air conditioning" without specifying that it is only in the kitchen/dining room and the living room, but not in the rest of the apartment. In the listing it also has a checkmark by "tiolet" and "additional toilet", but there is only one toilet in the apartment (it is separate from the shower, but no second toilet). In this time of crazy hot weather the lack of air conditioning in the bedrooms was a surprising and disappointing surprise, and might have impacted our decision to book had we known. Even the addition of ceiling fans in the bedrooms would have made a difference (and I'm sure would be cheaper to install). In addition, the light in the stairwell stays on at night (or is activated every few secons/minutes by motion) and shines in through the front door. While the frosted glass in the front door provides light in the apartment during the day (nice), at night, when trying to sleep with doors open or in the living room where the a/c is, the light on or going off and on all the time was a disturbance. Finally, for those of us who don't have/like induction cooktops, it would be helpful to have an instruction card to explain how the cooktop works. With a lot of trial and error we figured it out in the end, but it was a pain to use if you don't know how to operate it. If these issues were to be addressed this apartment would be a ten/excellent across the board.

The owner Petra is very understanding, dear, as we arrived quite late due to traffic jams, an accident on the highway. she recommended us several interesting places. We felt really good. Thank you very much indeed once again. I recommend the apartment to everyone who is going on vacation to Zadar and looking for accommodation. Hvala
