• Francis (9/5): Peace and quiet - The property is spacious, comfortable and peaceful. The facilities are excellent. The pool and gardens are a bonus. Neither sink (kitchen/bathroom) has a plug, which is wasteful of water, and makes washing up/shaving difficult! Although the hosts were charming, accessible and helpful throughout, unimpressed by the substantial late check-in charge - which was not made clear prior to booking.
• Sarah (10/5): Beautiful, comfortable, well appointed property, perfect to relax in and short walk to beach and restaurants - The property was spacious, spotlessly clean, with everything you need and the pool and grounds are lovely! It is also very secure, in a gated road with private parking. Short walk to beach one way and a dab coffee shop and shops in the other direction, great location. The only issue we found was being hit on the head by the olives, when the birds were in the trees . We loved it here.

Lovely gardens and beautiful pool. 10 minute walk to the beach and 5 minutes to a selection of really nice restaurants. Daniela was a great host and always responded quickly to any messages. We had a wonderful, relaxing holiday. Thank you!

Les espaces sont propres , confortables et bien agencés. Le tout est accompagné d’un écrin de verdure , frais et apaisant . Belle piscine très bien entretenue et magnifique végétation. Mention spéciale à Daniela qui nous accueille avec classe et gentillesse. Elle est à la fois discrète et disponible pour toute information nécessaire. Elle parle d’ailleurs très bien le français . Rien . Juste un axe d’amélioration sur les couverts de cuisines et assiettes (peu être pas assez nombreux si vous souhaitez déjeuner ou dîner souvent à la villa )

Swimming pool and outdoor seating areas are wonderful. Great communication from the host to arrange check in and check out. So accommodating of us having a little one. Providing a great cot and high chair. For the price, would be great to have a few more basics included to cover the length of the stay (few more bin bags, toilet rolls, dishwasher tablets) Likewise, for the price would be good not to have an additional cost for towels and linens.
• Felicity (10/5): Gorgeous property with private pool - I booked this accommodation for my partner and I to stay in for a long weekend, it was amazing and looked exactly like the pictures, if not better!. The property itself is in a very secure private location, the area was quiet but only a 10 minute walk from the beach and a couple of minutes walk to a small parade of shops including a supermarket, deli and restaurants. Daniela the host was fantastic she accommodated every request we had and also gave us many great recommendations about the local area, including restaurants. The property facilities had everything you could want, Daniela has literally thought of everything. We couldn't recommend this property enough!

Daniela is an amazing host— she provided food and wine upon our arrival and was very responsive to any questions we had. The pool was a highlight and Mondello itself is a dream. The highlight was undoubtedly the beautiful pool and as well as the lovely terrace where we would have our morning coffee or relax in the evening with a chilled drink while taking in the serene ambiance. The villa is well-fitted and comfortable with modern appliances and we immediately felt at home. One of the things we appreciated most about Villa Costanza was its secluded location. It provided a peaceful retreat away from the hustle and bustle, while still being within walking distance to some wonderful restaurants. Daniela, who greeted us upon arrival and handed over the keys, also recommended some great dining options. Overall, our stay at Villa Costanza was nothing short of fantastic. The pool, the deck, the lovely kitchen, and helpful recommendations from Daniela made our experience unforgettable. If you're looking for a relaxed and comfortable getaway, we highly recommend Villa Costanza. Tip: be prepared to bring/buy your own basic supplies such as teabags
