• Abdullah (10/5): جميلة - الهدوء و المنظر و الموقع بخصوص دخول السياره للموقع مسموح لك مرتين في الوصول و المغادره و يعطونك ورقة ZTL تعبي فيها بيانات السياره و بياناتك و يدخلوها بالسستم عشان ما تجيك مخالفه و يعطونك كرت للمواقف يبعد عن الفندق مشي 3 دقايق و ب 10 يورو اليوم و الفطور لذيذ و النظافه يومياً عدم وجود سليبر لدورات المياه

Badezimmer etwas unpraktisch aber absolut i.O. Personal freundlich und mehrsprachig. Das Essen / Restaurant inkl. Frühstück war in Ordnung, hätte aber sicherlich Verbesserungspotential in Service, Essensqualität.

Der Ausblick von unserem Zimmer auf den Gardasee war einfach traumhaft – jeden Morgen aufzuwachen und direkt auf den See zu schauen, war etwas ganz Besonderes. Wir waren mit zwei Kindern unterwegs und haben uns von Anfang an unglaublich wohlgefühlt. Kinder sind hier wirklich herzlich willkommen und das gesamte Team war jederzeit aufmerksam, freundlich und hilfsbereit. Man merkt sofort, dass Gastfreundschaft hier großgeschrieben wird. Auch das Frühstück war hervorragend: gute Auswahl, frisch, lecker und für jeden etwas dabei. Insgesamt hat einfach alles gepasst – sauberes Zimmer, tolle Atmosphäre, super Service und eine wunderschöne Lage. Vielen Dank an das gesamte Team für diesen unvergesslichen Aufenthalt. • Tina (8/5): - Die Lage des Hotels ist absolut zentral. Das Frühstück bietet alle basics. Guter Kaffee. In unserem Zimmer haben wir den Toilettengang der Gäste über uns sehr laut miterlebt, da das Abflussrohr ungedämmt hinter einer Holztüre verläuft.

The rooms were spacious, breakfast was fresh and having a great selection, and the staff were always helpful and smiling right from the start. Highly recommended for your next visit to Riva del Garda

Una sola ascensore con portata massima di 2 persone per un hotel di 5 piani è un po’ poco, colazione non all’altezza della struttura, tavoli non apparecchiati, poca attenzione da parte dei camerieri, qualità del cibo rivedibile.

Breakfast was a mob scene. There was a tour group with about 30 people dominating the buffet. Room could have used a kettle/coffee maker. One English channel on the TV.
• Maciej (9/5): Doskonała lokalizacja, piękne widoki z okna :) - Niesamowita lokalizacja, widok z okna pokoju coś wspaniałego, wszędzie można dotrzeć na nogach, dookoła mnóstwo kawiarni, knajpeczek, lodziarni, restauracji. Opcja z parkingiem jest bardzo wygodna - można podjechać pod sam hotel wypakować się a następnie dostaje się kartę na parking (10euro dzień), który znajduje się nieopodal hotelu. Śniadanie raczej skromne i monotonne, ale każdy znajdzie coś dla siebie.

Location: The hotel is perfectly situated right in the heart of the historic center, offering a stunning view of Lake Garda. Its proximity to the ferry terminal is a major advantage, making it incredibly easy to explore other beautiful destinations around the lake, such as Limone sul Garda, which is just one ferry stop away. All main attractions in Riva del Garda are within walking distance, and the nearby funicular adds even more convenience for exploring the area. Room: The room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable, with a beautiful lake view that made the stay even more special. Staff: The hotel staff were exceptionally kind, professional, and helpful. We especially appreciated their flexibility on the day of check-out, allowing us to leave our luggage at reception until our departure by ferry. Breakfast: Breakfast was included and offered a rich and varied buffet, with a great selection of pastries, as well as fresh juices and other options to suit all tastes. Overall Experience: This hotel is truly a top choice for anyone visiting Riva del Garda. The combination of its unbeatable central location, breathtaking lake views, excellent breakfast, and friendly staff makes for a memorable and comfortable stay. I highly recommend it! -

Порадовала возможность подъехать на машине к самой гостинице, выгрузить вещи, получить ключ от парковки, которая находилась в 200 метрах от гостиницы. И аналогично с выездом. Приятный персонал на стойке регистрации.
