- Christa (7/5): - Zimmer grundsätzlich gut, neu und zweckmässig. Sehr schön war die Dachterrasse, welche von allen Gästen genutzt werden konnte. Auch das Frühstück im zugehörigen Restaurant war fein und vielseitig. Der Zugang zu unserm Zimmer war hinter dem Gebäude auf der Gasse - düster und wenig ansprechend, ebenerdig und ohne richtiges Fenster. Die Türe konnte schräg gestellt werden, aber nicht verdunkelt.

- Sophie (9/5): Parfait pour un séjour à Monopoli et pour découvrir la région. - * Hôtel idéalement situé, en plein cœur du centre historique de Monopoli. * À seulement 12 minutes à pied de la gare, très pratique pour ceux qui voyagent en train. * Hôtel plein de charme. * Superbe rooftop avec un jacuzzi sur le toit (même s’il était un peu froid.. il a été chauffé pour nous ❤️). * Ilenia est adorable 😍 , très attentionnée et toujours prête à aider. * Nous sommes restés 5 nuits.. Je recommande de prendre le petit déjeuner ailleurs pour varier .

Ilenia was incredibly helpful at giving advice on places to go or restaurants etc. She could no doubt enough for us and she made our holiday so wonderful. This accommodation is walking distance to everything and it’s been renovated to a high standard. I will stay here again when next in Monopoli No complaints at all

- Irene (8/5): Per fortuna c'è Ilenia! - Camera accogliente e bagno spazioso. Bellissimo il soffitto caratteristico in pietra. Letto molto comodo, i cuscini un po' meno ma c'era la possibilità di cambiarlo. Struttura centralissima in Ztl, abbiamo parcheggiato facilmente su strisce bianche al di fuori. Vasca idromassaggio incastonata in una nicchia, ci siamo rilassati molto! Vino offerto dalla casa molto apprezzato. Ilenia è stata gentilissima e super disponibile. Abbiamo avuto un problema di pulizia con il piumino e il runner del letto, macchiati e stracolmi di peli neri. Ilenia ci ha immediatamente cambiato il letto personalmente e offerto la colazione per scusarsi dell'inconveniente (grazie ancora!). Consiglio di aggiungere delle tende oscuranti, chi riesce a dormire con buio totale potrebbe avere difficoltà al sorgere del sole. Da rivedere anche il rubinetto della vasca, l'acqua esce male per via del calcare.

The staff was amazing and helpful with recommendations for places to go/see. I would highly recommend this property and Monopoli for your next visit! We liked everything! Esp Elaina who was so friendly and made us feel like old friends! She and the housekeepers were wonderful!!

A la mañana, con el fresco, puede ser algo molesto. Quizás la almohada algo dura para mi gusto que tengo dolor cronico de cuello. También me fué algo dificil hacer el check in, pero con una llamada telefónica se resolvió rapido.

- Dorota (8/5): Charming and friendly - Very friendly staff. Good location in the middle of old town with all the cafes and restaurants and just a very short stroll to the harbour. A-16-min walk from the train station. Good breakfast 🥞 🍳 The property is a bit dated and it has an enclosed outside space inside the building (square) with a restaurant in it that is open till midnight so we had to keep our bedroom windows closed until the noise stoped.

Panie które sprzątają mile, uśmiechnięte i dyskretne. Pokój sprzątany codziennie . W pokoju duże, wygodne łóżko. Na górze hotelu znajduje się taras z kilkoma leżakami oraz jacuzzi do dyspozycji gości. Świetna lokalizacja w samym centrum Monopoli blisko wszystkich atrakcji. Właścicielka hotelu Rosita to cudowna, ciepła osoba i Jej pomoc była dla nas nieoceniona🥰 Wyjechaliśmy wypoczęci i zrelaksowani . - Przemek (9/5): - Amazing apartment in the middle of Monopoli old town, with all charms and fantastic jacuzzi inside and on the terrace on top of the building. Various attractions at arm's length+ plethora of restaurants available. Rosita was more than welcoming and provided all necessary information and extras in our apartment, making our stay even more pleasant. We loved the place! There's a coffee maker machine available, but only for a specific type of capsules, which we did not know/have. I suppose it would be much better if there was the typical Italian coffee cooker, the one that is popular everywhere, so the guests can make their own coffee, without looking for specific capsules/pads. It's just a suggestion, not a minus point.

- Harry (10/5): Everything you could ask for - comfort, clean, beauty and value. - Location was good - right in town centre but far enough out that you could sleep peacefully. Rosita couldn't do enough, very helpful with any questions we had. Service was great too, room always kept clean and any dirty towels replaced quickly.

Daily cleanings were much appreciated. The host went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable, including pick-up from the train station! Thank you so much, we had a wonderful time. Nothing :)

- Darran (10/5): No better place to stop in Monopoli - the location can’t be beat, the facilities are Sutton & Rosita was great. - 110% best place to stay in Monopoli. Great location, right in the heart of the old town and only yards from scores of excellent restaurants & bars. This places is really outstanding, the piece de resistance is the open space at the top of the building were you have hot tub, chairs & loungers - just lovely for a rest late afternoon before heading out in the evening. Our room was lovely, stone domed ceilings & cool. You couldn’t ask for a better person than Rosita, get recommendations were great & she sorted us out when there was a National Strike on our last day when we were due to travel. Very petty - a knife & tea spoon would have gone down well.

- Caitlin (10/5): A charming escape in the heart of Monopoli. 100% worth a visit, especially with their lovely host Rosita! - Everything about the property was nice. The jacuzzi on the roof is everything. It’s a cold jacuzzi but trust me when I say you’ll love that with the heat. Accommodation is central and beautiful. The room was cool and also had AC. The shower had nice hot water. Rosita our hostess was ABSOLUTELY amazing and offers free beach towels, umbrellas and sunscreen during your stay. She also picked us up from the train station and answered all questions very quickly. Such a lovely experience. The TV in the room only shows Italian channels (which makes sense as it’s Italy!). It’s a smart TV but wasn’t hooked up to WiFi. Not the biggest issue, however as you’ll spend most of your time outside!

Nestled in the heart of the old town, just a short stroll from the sea and charming local spots, the palazzo blends historic elegance with modern comfort. The room was beautifully designed with vaulted stone ceilings, thoughtful details, and a serene atmosphere that made it feel like a private retreat. One of the absolute highlights was the rooftop jacuzzi—soaking there as the sun set over Monopoli was pure magic. What made the experience even more special was the incredible hospitality from Rosita, the host. From the moment we arrived, she went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. Her warmth and attention to detail truly elevated the experience. Nothing.
- Michael (10/5): Wonderful stay in Monopoli! - Wonderful, kind and welcoming staff. Had recommendations for parking, places to eat, things to see. Wonderful location in an 18th century palazzo. Walking distance to many resturants and not too far away from some beaches. Room was always clean and had a nice jacuzzi style bathtub. 10% discount at the resturant Komera - and it was delicious! Not much to say here - it was a wonderful experience

- Adam (8/5): Perfect location with nice modern clean room - The location was right in the old town center so it’s perfect to enjoy Monopoli. Also the room was clean and had nice modern facilities such as a new bathroom, small kitchen and jacuzzi. We really enjoyed the jacuzzi which was like a little cave under the room. Rosita, the property manager was also very helpful and friendly as she would always be available via WhatsApp for questions. The air conditioning was not very good, we constantly felt hot at night when we slept. Also the front door and window had no sound proofing so we could hear people talking outside like they were in the room. If these things were fixed, I would have given it a higher rating.
- Ryan (10/5): Amazing property, cannot wait to come back to Palazzo Kapece when we’re next in Monopoli, highlight of our trip so far!! - The property is in the prime location in the old town of Monopoli. 5 mins to the beach and 5 mins to the main shopping area, 5 mins to the port and there are 100’s of good food options within 1/2 minutes walk. The property itself was clean and serviced daily, which was an added bonus. The Jacuzzi was fun and a unique bonus! Excellent authentic Italian stay. The host, Rosita is a 100/10 … she went above and beyond with absolutely everything. We were picked up and dropped off from the train station, the bed and room was setup for us specially for our honeymoon (w/ gift) and she showed us around the town on arrival so we could get our bearings with the town! We were also able to eat at her son’s restaurant which was the most authentic Apulian cuisine we had and the food was sensational, it is just do when you stay with Rosita at Palazzo Kapece. We will be back and will bring out family! Very minor but overall insignificant with how amazing everything else was and it should not in any way impact your stay, is that if you’re are a hot person the aircon doesn’t fully cool down the room and can be hot overnight, but it isn’t that noticeable and the beach is around the corner to cool off anyways 😊

- Cali (8/5): Wonderful. - Amazing location. Such a lovely host!!! She even came to meet us at our car and walked us into the old town so we wouldn't get lost. Whatever you do don't miss her son's restaurant, one of the hightlights of our trip. The food was so amazing we went back twice. Our apartment was a little dated and dark, but it had everything you need and the location was unbeatable. The other couples rooms were great.

- Michael (10/5): Great spot right in the heart of Monopoli old town with very comfortable rooms - Our hostess was great, helpful, kind and enthusiatic about life! Nothing not to like - the bathrooms were lovely but if I was being really 'picky', the shower head and shower flow could be a little better, but perfectly adequate. Just be aware you cannot park very close as this is located in the pedestrian area of the old town. So you need to park and walk about 5 minutes or so - bags with wheels, no problem! Our hostess even helped us to park and carry things!

- Emily (10/5): Palazzo Kapece and Rosita the manager made my first stay in Monopoli exceptional and the reason I’ll return - I stayed off site, in their 1 double bed apt and it was incredible. The location was in the middle of the old town and literally 3 mins from the beach . It was spotless and had everything you needed to be self sufficient. It was cleaned daily with fresh coffee and water added . Most importantly was Rosita the owner / manager. She was so helpful and friendly and the communication with her was perfect . Absolutely nothing

- Lynda (8/5): Fabulous place with just a little bit extra more than other places - Love the room with a little spa, surprising a little room spa was very cold, I was expecting it to be warm I couldn’t work out how to empty and refill but this turned out to be a good thing with the weather being so hot the cold spar was lovely. The room is very quiet and they always refill your coffee. It has a fridge so it’s convenient. Of course the spa is great. The bathroom is wonderful and spacious and the bed is huge. Lastly, but certainly not least the lady who looks after this accommodation is absolutely gorgeous, generous and looks after her guests, 100%

Sadly, there was a miscommunication (text message sent which never came through) about our arrival which meant we spent over one hour circling the old town looking for Pallazo Kapece.

Walking distance from the beach as well I really liked the host & her attention to details. Always there via WhatsApp to answer any question & recommend any suggestions. Nothing to be honest.
- Emily (9/5): Superb - Location was perfect, Rosita so helpful, arranged our transfers, boat trip & recommended beaches. Our apartment was neatened up everyday, fresh towels every few days. We stayed in the ground floor apartment (sleeps 3 The sofa bed is fine for a child) with private the entrance, there is a restaurant in the centre courtyard of the building, our room looked out onto it, if you're a light sleepover and book this room maybe consider packing some ear plugs, we put the air con on and it masked the noise, it was not bad, but you’re in the centre of the old town so back ground noise to be expected. Overall highly recommend specifically the apartment we stayed in and the location
- Nikolai (7/5): Perfect location and welcoming host, but cold and noisy night time - Perfect location - 20 meters from a beach. Very welcoming host. The apartment is relatively large, has a kitchen and a fridge. It was cold night time in the bedroom, and there is no heating system there. The apartment is located on a ground floor in a touristic area, so don’t expect it to be quiet. The apartment was fairly clean, but not extremely clean.
