- Karina (10/5): apartamento com ótimo custo benefício, bem lozalizado, muito confortável - Portaria 24h, fácil acesso, aceita pet, arejado e espaçoso. Tudo muito organizado e limpo. A locatária foi muito gentil e solícita. Os tapetes do banheiro e cozinha estavam com aspecto de sujo, não disponibiliza roupas de cama e/ou toalhas.
