• ADRIANA (9/5): Buena opción hospedarme en hotel Marbella, su relación costo- beneficio es muy bueno - Ya van 3 veces que voy al mismo hotel, me gusta mucho y su comida es muy buena! En general el hotel me gusta mucho, tiene todo lo que se necesita para disfrutar de un buen descanso. El personal es muy amable. Le falta que limpien la parte de la playa, de pronto te encuentras colillas de cigarro y algunas tapas de botella
• Juan Eduardo (9/5): - Está muy bien sobretodo la ubicación, todo cerca tanto restaurantes como supermercados,,, caminando vas y vienes,, no es necesario mover el carro ,,, el hotel bien muy limpio las albercas con agua templada ,,, en general BIEN ,, cada año voy y seguiré llendo muy tranquilo para pasar unas vacaciones agradables ,, K la playa no es apta para meterse es mar abierto

• Ana Carolina (10/5): Hotel excepcional en manzanillo - Relación precio, calidad excelente hotel a pie de playa con un excelente precio, toda la atencion del personal muy buena, cuartos limpios, restaurant con comida rica, albercas templadas de buen tamaño, nos tocó playa tranquila, tiene camastros en la playa nos encanto el hotel sin duda volvería al hospedarme en el en manzanillo además salías y todo estaba cerca muy céntrico, de plazas, tiendas comida, supermercados. Me hubiera gustado que tuviera la opción de pagar por desayunos incluidos.

• Carlos (8/5): Tranquilo y relajdo - La atencion de personal , tanto recepción, limpieza y la gente de restaurante , SUPER!! Muy rico y variado buffet Creo que podría mejorarse las instalaciones de regadera; coladeras y ver la forma de eliminar olores desagradables en ella

• Rosa Ivette (10/5): EXCELENTE!!! - Está en excelente ubicación en el puerto, solo que la playa no es apta para nadar. Tiene albercas y está a pie de playa. La comida del restaurante El Marinero riquísima. La parte de la terrza aun costado de la alberca tiene poca iluminación; de noche quisimos mi familia y yo jugar juegos de mesa y no se veía bien.

Pero el servicio si es malo. El servicio. Queriamos cambiar de habitacion, aunque hubiera costo extra, y no nos ayudaron que porque solo podia hacerlo el personal matutino.

• Victor (8/5): Good for a quick, inexpensive weekend getaway. - Great location, comfy beds, AC was very good, and in general the hotel is kept clean. The view from the 4th floor was amazing. The pools were clean and warm all the time. Bathroom was large and very usable. Everyone in the staff was really friendly, and I liked the fact that security, and a lifeguard were present walking around the pool and beach areas at all times. The hotel could use a remodel, there are several parts of the buildings that show the hotel's age. The bathroom had a small window which I mistook for a vent but was an access panel for pipes, these made a whistling sound during the night. The restaurant waitress charges us $10 pesos extra to deliver fries to the pool area, not cool, but not a major problem.

Que los vecinos de otras habitaciones, tuvieran música fuerte hasta altas horas de la noche (2:00am) en el area de alberca. El hotel debería prohibir la música después de las 21:00 para que dejen dormir a los demás.
