• SYAM (1/5): Extremely bad place to stay for family having aged parents - Cleanliness 3rd floor no lift, difficult for aged people, no blankets, only 1 each towel, thin bed sheet, soap per room, no tooth paste. The hotel is unknown to common man including auto rickshaw personnel, access very difficult.

• Zina (6/5): Average - The room was quite comfy and clean There is only cold showers and not hot water. + we checked in at 5am and was informed afterwards (the day of the checkout) that the checkout (who was after 1 day) was at the same time of the check in (at 5am) or we should pay a checkout late fee. Which is nonsense!

Except for soap no other items were available. There was no hot water tap in the toilet. No hot water for tea or coffee and no tea bags or coffee.

• Anonymous (8/5): We had a wonderful stay and very happy. - Location is good. However no good restaurant in the near vicinity. Room is clean and good. Well maintained There is no hot water facility in the bathroom. This was conveyed to Mr Saikiran, property owner. However they have arranged for hot water on our demand. So service is good. However hot water facility to be provided in the bathroom without further delay.
• Rigin (10/5): Exceptional - . I had a wonderful experience at the Hotel . The premium amenities and facilities offered us an excellent experience. Very clean hotel. Well behaving staff. All town facilities and payyambalam beach are nearby areas. Easily access to the railway station and bus stand.
• Hegde (1/5): Bad - Too small room, no water heater, we have to wait for the staff to get the bucket of water when we want, no lift and they haven’t mentioned about that. The photo of the hotel shown is actually the parking space and not the hotel, hotel is on 2nd floor with no lift facilities.

• Arun (2/5): Required lot of improvement in service and facilities are poor. Rooms are in 2 nd floor and no lift. - Near to railway station Bed linen not fresh looks like its already used one. Only one towel was provided that too not clean I used my own towel. For a room with two persons checked in at least they should provide two towels forget about hand towels and shaving towels, No hot water facilities in bathroom , have to request the same to the front desk that too 10 mins before bcz he has to boil it in gas and bring. No drinking water provided have to purchase bottles, normally most hotels one bottle is provided as complementary additional is chargeable. These are all improvement areas, My room no was 103 AC too was not performing good it was warm always even at 16. Rooms and reception are in 2nd floor and the booking site doesn't mention the same. If any old persons are there how they can mange to reach room no idea bcs there is no lifts or escalators, Pricing also different I booked AC room for 850 but after reaching there care taker informed its not right its non ac room rate I argued him that I had booked for AC and shown my booking details sitll no use he charged me around 1680.

• Ashim (10/5): Comfortable and enjoyable staying in Town Residency, Kannur, Kerala. - The property is newly developed with all modern amenities, centrally located very near to railway station and market. The owner Sai Kiran is very friendly and always ready for helping. He has suggested for the important and historical destinations near to Kannur. He even arranged for a vehicle very early in the morning to go to Shree Rajarajeshwar Temple. Our stay was very comfortable for two' nights which we enjoyed and hope to come again with family. Nothing as such to mention.

• Chrissy (7/5): Convenient, Clean, and Cozy Stopover Near the Train Station - Clean, cosy rooms in a modern building, perfect for a stopover night after a long train ride before we continued to the hills of Wayanad. The hotel is a short walk from the train station in a quiet street. Staff is helpful and friendly, check-in was easy. There are numerous places to eat close by and a market area. The KSRTC bus station is a 10 min rikshaw ride away and in that area you'll also find an ATM and an abundance of great veggy / non-veggy restaurant options. There is no lounge area to hang out, and a drinking water dispenser would be nice to refill bottles.

The room was comfortable and really clean, fresh towels, soap and shampoo were provided. Great location, about 8 minutes walk from the train station

• Vt (3/5): Poor - The staff was courteous. The room was not properly ventilated.Since the rooms are on the top floor it was very humid.The room was full of mosquitoes and could not sleep the whole night.It was horrible to spend the night.
