• Sofia (9/5): Se trata de un espacio cómodo y tranquilo que te permite acceder a todo el centro de Roma de manera fácil. Roberto es un - La ubicación es fantástica, en una calle muy tranquila pero sólo a unos pocos metros del Panteón. Se puede llegar a esta atracción turística dando un pequeño paseo por las calles aledañas o atravesando la iglesia de Santa Maria sopra Minerva, un atajo mágico. El apartamento tiene todo lo necesario para que tu estancia sea agradable y tengas un espacio en el que descansar durante tu estancia en Roma. El apartamento está en un edificio antiguo sin ascensor (un 4º) pero en nuestro caso no supuso ningún problema más allá del día de llegada para subir las maletas.
• MAURO (8/5): - Centralità, pulizia, superficie calpestabile, confort ed organizzazione funzionale dell’appartamento. Scale a chiocciola molto strette. Stabile senza ascensore o facilitatori di accesso per disabili. Appartamento di difficile accesso/raggiungimento per anziani.
• Ivanov (9/5): Superb - Best location possible. Bad tap water and kettle with some visible particles floating. Need a filter. Also may be some small carpets on a floor. It is cold bare stone.
• Pia (8/5): Nice and central suite - Beautiful and stylish flat with a really central location. Nice and quiet surroundings (exept some occasional bird or choir singing). Clean and nice views. The owner was very helpful and communicative. We had some problems with the keys but things got solved. Due to an extremely steep and narrow staircase (no lift) the suite is not suitable for people travelling with heavy luggage, small kids or reduced mobility.
• Alexandra (8/5): Very pleased with the stay overall. Calm street and building were the highlights! - The property is located on a quiet, residential street in a very central location. Everything is walking distance, and at your fingertips. Bed was comfortable, bathroom and shower were small but well functioning. The owners provided the essentials, and were available when needed by text. We weren’t surprised by anything, as the details were listed in the description and past reviews.
• Dhanasagren (1/5): A Horrible experience. ( We did not stay). - I am not sure. I did get into the building, not the flat. In hotel terms I guess I got into a deserted dark spiral staircase lobby which led to five flights of stairs. My wife and I had 2 large suitcases and 2 smaller bags. After carrying the bags up We tried the door with keys several times and failed. I tried to call and text the owner who did not answer. The owner communicated by text. But did not help me gain entrance into the apartment. I did get into the building! In hotel terms, I guess, I got into a deserted dark spiral staircase lobby which led to five flights of stairs. My wife and I had 2 large suitcases and 2 smaller bags. After carrying the bags up 5 flights, We tried the door at the top floor with both keys several times and failed to get into the apartment. I tried to call and text the owner at this time, but failed to get a hold of him. We then got an Uber and stayed at the Hilton Eur La Lama. All in all more disappointed at Booking.com for having this apartment as part of their web site - it’s misleading. We were just glad we were safe.
• Ryan (10/5): Very nice apartment in the heart of Rome. Would definitely come visit again. - Great location, right by the pantheon but off a side street so not too loud. The property was on the top floor so it had a nice view as well. Everything worked as promised and was a very nice stay. There wasn’t anything I disliked about the property.
• Kohei (1/5): Worst experience ever - Fairly clean In fact, shower doesn’t work at all. After 1min using, wanted pressure and temperature going down and you can’t say it’s “shower” at all. From entrance to the room, stairways are stiff and narrow.
