On top is Fotis and his family, who are doing everything in order to keep a pleasant stay. We felt like at home. Can’t wait to visit them next year again!! Thank you very much dear family!! - Mariana (9/5): - Стаите са нови и модерни. Почти на плажа, с частен паркинг. Домакините са много любезни, Фотис ни изчака след 18:00 ч., за да ни настани. Предоставят чадър и столове за плажа. Имаше бутилка вино и вода в хладилника, а на тръгване ни изпратиха с малки подаръчета. Винаги бяха на разположение за помощ. The rooms are new and modern. Almost on the beach, with private parking. The hosts are very kind, Fotis waited for us after 6:00 PM to check us in. They provide an umbrella and chairs for the beach. There was a bottle of wine and water in the fridge, and on departure they sent us off with small gifts. They were always available to help. Препоръчвам да се сложат кафемашини в стаите. Наблизо няма отк къде да си купиш сутрин. На разстояние от повече от километър намерихме само едно заведение за хранене, в което ако не си резервирал предния ден, няма места. Плажът не е от най-добрите и лек компромис. I recommend putting coffee makers in the rooms. There is no place nearby to buy coffee in the morning. At a distance of more than a kilometer we found only one restaurant, in which if you have not booked the day before, there are no seats. The beach is not the best and a slight compromise.

- Cristina Mihaela (10/5): Beautiful location at few steps from the beach - Family business great administrated. Location is spotlessly clean, with changing towels daily and cleaning the room. You have all you need for perfect beach vacation. All the ammenities are new. Owners provide also umbrellas and beach chairs to take away on the beach. And the beach is few steps away...just perfect beach vacation spot. May I say that even they spoiled us with welcoming cold water and wine, and a nice gift at leaving. Huge congrats Kleanthis and Fotis!

It is a very clean place , the equipment is new. The rooms are big enough. There is a big balcony with sea view, as well. We would visit again!

Odalar herşeyi ile kusursuz ve son derece temiz. Plaj için katlanır sandalye ve şemsiye veriliyor. Check-out sırasındaki zarif jestleri ise işlerini ne kadar önemsediklerini gosteriyor. Bir sonra ki seyahatimizde yer bulamama endişesi :) Çünkü az oda var ve genelde yoğun oluyor..

Няма отделна врата за терасата на апартамента, а се налага да се излиза през входната врата, която се заключва автоматично и ако си без карта не можеш да влезеш обратно. Няма външен душ в комплекса. Няма озеленяване.

Iraklitsa merkeze 1,5 km. mesafede. İki büyük markete yakın. Park problemi yok. Tesis sahibi alenin oğlu Fotis çok yardımcı. Teşekkürler Fotis. Önümüzdeki yıl muhtemelen yeniden ziyaret edeceğiz. Bir kahve makinesinin olmaması. Çünkü standartı buradan daha düşük tesislerin hemen hepsinde bir kahve makinesi mevcut. Burada doğal olarak "olması gerekir" izlenimini ediniyorsunuz zaten.

Ne-au fost schimbate prosoapele de cateva ori cand se facea curatenie. Centrul localitatii, Iraklitsa, se afla la 20 min. de mers pe jos, iar la jumatatea drumului se afla un magazin Lidl. Plaja este foarte buna cu apa curata si limpede. Gazdele ne-au oferit scaune si umbrela pentru plaja. Domnul Kleanthis si fiul acestuia, Fostis, au fost foarte amabili si receptivi la cerintele noastre. Probabil vom reveni si anul viitor. Multumim! Parcarea nu este suficienta pentru toate masinile celor cazati dar ne-am descurcat.

Temizlik iyiydi, her gün temizlendi odamız ve havlularımız yenilendi. konakladığımız bina yeni ve modern. büyük marketlere yakın. arabanızda sandalye götürmenize gerek yok. tesis taşınabilir sandalye ve şemsiye temin ediyor. Çalışanlar cana yakın ve ilgili. sadece yemek için mikro dalga yerine küçük bir fırın koyulabilirdi. bu bizim için ve çocuklu aileler için iyi olabilir. geri kalan her şey mükemmel.

- Nicolae (10/5): Minunat - Locație excelentă, amplasată ideal la circa 70 de metri de apa.Domnul Fotis cât si tatal lui,adevarate exemple de bunătate si gazde minunate.Conditiile de cazare sunt la superlativ,noi cel puțin am considerat ca pot fi echivalate cu succes, cu un hotel de cinci stele.Adică,am fost in străinătate la hoteluri de cinci stele, care nu aveau comfortul de aici. Vom reveni cu siguranță,dar pentru că distanța este destul de mare,probabil pentru 14 zile,nu 7.Felicitari,nota zece.

Fotis and his family were very nice and accomodating, including letting us use umbrellas and chairs for the beach and lending us a coffee machine, big thank you! Overall highly recommended, we stayed for 6 nights and enjoyed it immensely. Fold-out couch is suitable for children, not adults.

Çalışanlar oldukça güleryüzlü ve ihtiyaç duyarsanız her gün temizlik yapılıyor. Ev sahibi Fotis son derece ilgili. Daha temiz ve düzenli bir yeri kavala’da henüz görmedim. Evlerin mimarisinde kullanılan malzemeler oldukça kaliteli. Her odada klima ve internet bağlantılı TV var, üstelik hepsi çok geniş.

- Mustafa (10/5): Thank you for everything. We truly hope to come back again very soon! - Our stay at Sealux Living exceeded all our expectations. Since it’s a family-run place, there’s already a warm atmosphere, but we truly felt like we were staying at a close friend’s home rather than at a hotel. Thanks to its beachfront location, we were able to enjoy early morning swims and long evening chats by the sea after sunset. Being this close to the beach was an absolute privilege. The 2-bedroom family apartment we stayed in was brand new, spotlessly clean, and beautifully decorated. We especially loved the interior design and came back with plenty of ideas for our new home. During our stay, we faced a small health issue and messaged the hosts for help. Klea quickly suggested the most suitable and effective places to go. But the most touching part was when we returned around 1 a.m., and Klea and his wife were waiting at the door, visibly concerned and genuinely caring. At that moment, we realized this was not just accommodation—it was heartfelt hospitality. Nothing 🤷🏻♂️

From the moment we arrived, the staff were incredibly kind and attentive, going above and beyond to ensure our comfort. Our apartment was brand new and beautifully designed, with every modern convenience. We were also very impressed with the pristine facilities throughout the hotel. The daily room cleaning service was a fantastic touch, ensuring a fresh and comfortable environment every day. We couldn't have asked for a better stay! Nothing.

- Ion Valeriu (10/5): Exceptional, vom reveni cu siguranta - Totul exceptional, vilele in care se ofera cazare sunt noi-noute (construite anul trecut), mobilier de calitate superioara. Totul functioneaza perfect, curatenie extraordinara si liniste desavarsita. Proprietatea are parcare la intrare, acces privat, precum si vedere si iesire la mare, la o plaja evaluata cu steag albastru de foarte multi ani. De asemenea, la foarte mica distanta se afla o taverna la care se gateste extraordinar la preturi decente, la fiecare pranz meniu diferit. Gazdele sunt foarte atente si solutioneaza fara probleme orice solicitare. Se ofera si patuturi si umbrele pentru plaja, gratuit, daca se doreste. Cu siguranta vom reveni. Un singur dezavantaj, dar nu este in niciun fel vina proprietatii, ar fi tantarii, este necesar aparat contra tantarilor. Noi am inchis seara geamurile si nu au fost probleme, se poate sta la plaja sau terasele cazarii pana seara tarziu.
