Fully equipped kitchen - coffee machine (with pods) and milk frother was a bonus. 3. Modern bathroom with rain shower and large bathtub - necessary toiletries were provided. 4. Reverse cycle A/C available in every room. 5. Free WiFi. 1. Neighbours' dog was barking most of the time, even at night. 2. Very tight parking spot in the garage.

It's a great place to stay for several days. Probably the best place we've stayed at in the Wollongong area over the past ten years. Had to leave to return to miserable Melbourne.

• rachael (10/5): Easy comfortable clean well decorated stay - Great space and facilities. Walk to the beach 20mins. Very comfortable even had a few games Tight garage to park in, but managed. Nice bug bath but nothing to soak in like bubble bath or salts. Noisey dog outside window and very bright in the morning waking up, couldn’t sleep in if wanting too.

They also added a special touch with some chocolates. Plenty of utensils available for cooking. Beds were really comfy. We enjoyed out stay would recommend to others. Huge bath which unfortunately I didnt get a chance to use but Im sure others will love it. the concrete garden edge wall made it very difficult to get the car in & out of the already narrow carport which meant we had to leave our hire car up on the road. Needs a sensor light on the back corner so it is a bit safer going around the corner to prevent a fall down the 2 steps when entering via the back door after going out at night.

• Graham (10/5): A home away from home - This property is the perfect home away from home. It’s quiet, clean, spacious and well-equipped, with comfortable beds with quality linen, a well-equipped kitchen (with an unscratched non-stick frypan), fast wifi, free access to YouTube on the TV, and a garage for the car. There are plenty of beaches, cafés and supermarkets nearby. We're looking forward to our next stay! Nothing

• Allan (10/5): We had a wonderful time, as we were there for a family wedding. - We loved the fact that we had a whole villa, which had everything you would want. It was clean and comfortable, central heating in living area as well as both bedrooms. Very quiet area, with a garage, side gate and small back garden with an outdoor bath. Which would be wonderful in Summer and much younger that we are!! We had cause to call Niel a couple of times he was very helpful and courteous at all times. It was cheaper to stay here than in a motel which have used on other occasions. We will certainly use it again. We can highly recommend Woonona Stayz. Nothing. It was wonderful all round.

• Michael (8/5): This accommodation turned out to be a hidden gem. - The unit was very clean, modern, spacious, well-appointed, quiet and has two large, very comfortable double beds! The location for us was ideal as we had a lot of visiting to do in nearby suburbs and one trip up to Sutherland. Yes, you really do have to drive to the beach but it's only five minutes and it's well worth it; we went to Woonona Beach every day. But it's an easy walk to the nearby Woolworths. Neil was always contactable and very helpful (I needed help to turn the oven on!). Would definitely like to stay here again on our next visit to Wollongong/Sydney. Unpacking and packing the car in the driveway is challenging. Occasional barking from the dog next door was a little annoying.

• Peter (9/5): Great stay and awesome host. - Neil was an excellent host and was easy to communicate with and assist when required. Great place with Netflix in the rooms and lounge. Nice area with some nice cafes and bakeries etc. The onsite parking is a bit tight to get in and out of for large SUV type vehicles.

Situated with permanent residents so would - Spacious, very clean, full kitchen and bathroom has a very large bathtub inside and a full sized outdoor (!) bathtub in a self-contained private backyard. Well positioned near restaurants and away from the throngs of other tourists & visitors near the beach. There was only one (already used) toilet roll, and we ran out of toilet paper and had to buy more.

The only thing was that the garage is more suited to smaller cars and the driveway is abit tight for bigger cars, but there street parking available.

• Helen (8/5): Very Comfortable Unit - The unit was very well equipped. It was in a quiet location even though it was not far from the main road. It is close to shops and restaurants. The bed was very comfortable. The water pressure was good. There was milk in the fridge and some staples in the cupboard. It was hard to work out the control for the television and there were no instructions available. It took a long time for the television to come on.

• Stephen (10/5): We have stayed here before and think of it like a second home, almost ! - The Villa is cozy, bright, well appointed, and comfortable. It is also situated well for our purpose. Well located with lots of conveniences such as an IGA supermarket and some nice restaurants close by. It is a credit to its owners/operators and we would be pleased to stay here yet again in future. We have stayed with this family's accommodations three times to date and cannot speak any more highly of their operation. The owners are reachable and always happy to communicate. Nothing- really. The Garage was locked and we didn't get access, but that wasn't an issue.

Lots of wonderful beaches and places to visit in the ar - it was in a convenient location with a 15 minute walk to Bulli Beach. Local shops, including a Woolworths, were close by. it was quiet and peaceful. The accommodation was really comfortable and we appreciated the thoughtful supply of some basic provisions and toiletries plus some chocolate!There was everything we needed in the kitchen to cook a meal. We felt very relaxed in our home from home! There was nothing we didn’t like about Hopetoun Villas.

• Chloe (8/5): Great Little Gem - Great location and value for money. Nice little touches for tea/coffee making and toiletries if you need. Peaceful location yet very central to the area. Hosts were easy to get a hold of. Perfect for guests of an event at Panorama House who need a space to stay that's near by much more convenient than staying in Wollongong. Roller door in the garage isn't automatic and it is very dark at night manoeuvring to park. Shower/bath could be a little cleaner.
