- alexis (7/5): - lo mejor es la ubicación, cerca del rio ,tiene cochera y el precio. una de las habitaciones no tiene ventana, en las fotos no se aprecia ni tampoco se informa en la publicación, la cocina es muy chica, y el comedor es chico. Las postigos metalicos de las ventanas cuesta cerrarlos y si no se cierran bien podrian acceder por las ventanas a robar ya que son corredizas. Asi que no dejaba nada de valor cuando nos ibamos del depto.

- Antonio (9/5): Summary this apartment is undoubtfully safe, located in a safe area and worth for renting. - The location of the property is really safe. It is situated in a prestigious part of the city with good and well decorated houses around. There is a good and huge private garage in the ground floor also equipped with additional set of round table and chairs for out door activities. The rest of the rooms are also located on the ground floor but despite if this they all were pretty decorated and well equipped with all necessary furniture. The rooms are not big themselves but function-able. The heating system worked well in the whole apartment. The only thing we did not like that the second bedroom with two separate beds did not have a window.
