• Vivienne (5/5): - Die Größe des Zimmers Es gab ein Gemeinschaftsbad, dort fehlte der Schlüssel um abzuschließen. Es gab generell kein Klopapier und auch keine Mülleimer. Und in der Bettwäsche waren Löcher.

• Anna Maria (3/5): molto poco comfort - camera troppo basic, non una mensola, un comodino, un cestino, solo letto, divano (che non serviva affatto) e rella per appendere qualcosa. un termosifone staccato dal muro e lasciato cadente lì. peggio nel bagno, ok condiviso e non è un problema anche perchè lo sapevo, ma non un gancio per l'unico asciugamano concesso a persona, non una mensola, copriwater rotto e la doccia senza box ma solo una tendina molto poco igienica considerando appunto la condivisione, no tappetino quindi tutta l'acqua a terra con nulla per asciugare. chiavi prese a 2 km dalla struttura....comunque non sporca ma nel complesso lo sembrava....semplice si, ma con un minimo di comfort!!!

• Daniela (1/5): MI PEOR EXPERIENCIA CON BOOKING - La verdad es que tengo que confesarles que ha sido la peor experiencia que he tenido en Booking, creo que no deberían permitir estos hospedajes en su web. Aquí les va una reseña real de lo vivido en este hotel: Para empezar el check in fue en un lugar super extraño y solo a partir de las 16:30 hrs de la tarde era un lugar todo extraño chiquito y como de mala calidad. Después cuando llegó el chico que tampoco era de lo más profesional, nos dio las llaves del departamento y ahí viene lo malísimo. Llegamos al hotel y estaba todo descuidado y sucio. La cama parecía que se iba a romper en cualquier momento. Nos dimos cuenta que solo había una toalla de baño y eso que éramos dos huéspedes y bueno la peor experiencia después de la habitación fue el baño, mega decepcionante, imagínense ni si quiera había papel de baño, la ducha estaba llena de hongo, el piso muy sucio, las paredes, el espejo, el lavabo, la taza del baño estaba rota, bueno de verdad un caos, no teníamos llave del baño (ya que este era compartido aparte de todo) solo se detenía con un palo de escoba. De verdad es muy decepcionante y triste tener que pagar más de 140€ para una experiencia terrible. No se los recomiendo nada!!!! De verdad creo sinceramente que no debería de estar en esta plataforma, da mala calidad al servicio que ustedes ofrecen.

The host showed up nearly 30 minutes late and there was over 40 people waiting, with only one person to handle all the check ins. And the check in location is different from where you will be staying. There is also no way to contact the host as the phone number just plays a message then disconnects.

Para hacer el check out (dejar las llaves encima de la cama), me mandaron varios mensajes amenazando que las llaves no estaban y que tendría que pagar el importe. Horas mas tarde las encontraron. Penoso.

Una lampada già scocciata e un interruttore lampada a piede già rotto pareti da imbiancare è un divano coperto con un tessuto nero Una volta ricevuto questo messaggio mi Reco alla stanza per verificare e li ad aspettarmi uno dei collaboratori non di origini italiane a sfogarsi perché non viene pagato dalla struttura per i suoi servizi mostrandomi un foglio con dei calcoli ; Stranamente dopo questo evento mentre ero in camera (restato per un paio d’ore per sorvegliare ) esco dalla camera vado ad aprire la porta prima del portone e qualcuno l’ha chiusa a chiave mandata : non potevo uscire , ero bloccato x circa un’ora persa del mio soggiorno così . Questa porta , la sera prima (check in )era aperta ed era chiaro che era una porta 🚪 che comunicante alle stanze e non andava chiusa a chiave mandata Conclusione : Non prenotate qui , non fate questo errore che ho fatto per pagare relativamente meno e loro far guadagnare di più. Sanno che la gente comunque viene senza sapere queste cose.

Bagno condiviso sporco, senza carta igienica e box doccia che cadeva letteralmente a pezzi, inaccettabile anche per un bagno condiviso. La camera, una cucina in cui hanno piazzato un letto, si salva solo perché era pulita.

• Guido 1987 (6/5): Un’esperienza sensoriale (e acquatica) indimenticabile - L’allestimento Spa "Total Body": Ho apprezzato molto la scelta visionaria di sostituire il banale sapone con il detergente intimo. È chiaro che la struttura ha a cuore la nostra delicatezza: lavarsi le mani (e tutto il resto) con un pH così bilanciato ci ha fatto sentire come dei neonati pronti per il bagnetto. ​Effetto Seta per Calvi: Non essendoci il bagnoschiuma, ho dovuto usare lo shampoo di mia moglie sulla mia testa orgogliosamente pelata. Risultato? Un cuoio capelluto così lucido e profumato che i passanti sotto i portici mi usavano come specchio. ​Il Prezzo: A questa cifra a Bologna di solito ti danno un abbraccio e un pezzo di pizza fredda. Qui abbiamo avuto addirittura un tetto sopra la testa (anche se la testa era bagnata). L'Idromassaggio Verticale (Involontario): Il soffione della doccia perde dal raccordo, creando una coreografica pioggia zen che cade dal soffitto. Peccato che il doccino fosse in sciopero totale, rendendo l'igiene personale una sfida di coordinazione degna di Giochi senza Frontiere. ​L'Esperienza "Venezia in Bagno": La mancanza del box doccia, combinata con la suddetta cascata, ha trasformato il pavimento in una laguna. È stato un momento di grande aggregazione familiare: io e mia moglie abbiamo passato la serata a fare rafting tra il water e il lavandino. ​La Dieta dell'Asciugamano: Abbiamo ricevuto solo due asciugamani da viso per due persone. È stata una lezione di minimalismo scandinavo: abbiamo dovuto scegliere con cura quali centimetri quadrati di pelle meritassero l'asciugatura e quali dovessero affrontare l'umidità bolognese. ​L'Assenza del Phon: In mancanza dell'asciugacapelli, abbiamo optato per l'asciugatura dinamica, ovvero correre velocemente per la stanza. Per me è stato facile, per mia moglie un po' meno, ma il brivido dell'aria fresca è impagabile.

Ho prenotato una tra le diverse strutture sparse della città ma al check in mi e stata assegnata una soluzione alternativa. Il bagno non proprio pulito e doccia con ingresso molto stretto.

Ho avuto solo un asciugamano per asciugare qualsiasi parte del corpo e non c’era un tappetino per evitare di bagnare tutta la stanza, dato che la doccia era l’intero bagno. Mi hanno fatto trovare la carta igienica già usata e il “bagno” era così sporco che ho dovuto pulirlo io, acquistando i detersivi. Negli armadi c’erano asciugamani usati da altri clienti e gli scaffali avevano polvere nera. Purtroppo non me ne sono potuto andare perché avevo urgenza di rimanere, ma è stata un’esperienza traumatica.

Meme pas de passoire pour essorer des pates !!! aller chercher les clés de l'appartement a plus de 35 min a pied de l'adresse de l'appartement, avec du retard, sachant que je n'avais que de 16h30 a 19h00 pour récupérer les clés apres c'est facturé 20 euros.

Nota di merito per l’assistenza: la prima sera non andava la luce e loro rispondendomi da Booking mi hanno mandato praticamente subito una persona che ha sistemato tutto. Molte persone scrivono che la doccia scarica allagando l’appartamento, in realtà bisogna solo assicurarsi di chiudere bene la porta! Il letto era un po’ molle per me In effetti c’è una sedia rotta, ma l’appartamento credo sia per una persona . Magari si potrebbe rimuovere quella rotta

• gambini (1/5): Appartamento del disagio - Niente, appartamento privo di ogni cosa, per cominciare non era l' appartamento che avevo prenotato, poiché mi è stato detto al momento del check-in che l' appartamento in via belmeloro non era più accessibile, me ne stato fornito un' altro in via sevenella, più lontano da dove avevo chiesto, l' appartamento si presentava sporco, soprattutto nel bagno con delle ragnatele al soffitto, e non c'erano neanche un utensile per poter cucinare. Nel bagno ho trovato perli e capelli e formiche per terra, un vero schifo, anche la cartegenica già iniziata. Poi anche l' illuminazione era penosa, le luci nel corridoio inesistenti, ripeto un vero schifo. Assolutamente nulla

• Renate Nakowitz (3/5): Apartment mit Schwächen ... - Das Apartment ist grundsätzlich gut aufgeteilt und wenn man es bunt und farbenfroh mag, ist es ok. Es ist auch sehr sauber. Allerdings sollte man dazu noch ein paar Dinge wissen .... Ich habe das Apartment ausgewählt weil es sehr gut bewertet war und weil es lt. Beschreibung einen Balkon hat. Leider hat sich herausgestellt, dass der Balkon verglast ist (also eigentlich eher eine Loggia oder ein Wintergarten. Ich nennen es daher in der weiteren Beschreibung Wintergarten) und die Klimaanlage ist genau in diesem verglasten Wintergarten angebracht bzw die Luft aus der Klimaanlage geht in den Wintergarten. Das heißt ich musste mich entscheiden zwischen Klimaanlage oder Wintergarten. Beides kann man nicht gleichzeitig nutzen, da eine laufende Klimaanlage den Wintergarten in einen heißen und lauten Backofen verwandelt. Das war bei der Beschreibung des Apartments nirgends ersichtlich und war für mich wirklich extrem enttäuschend. Da ich es grundsätzlich liebe, wenn ich einen Balkon habe um mich zu unterschiedlichen Tageszeiten auf den Balkon zu setzen. Morgens mit einem Kaffee, tagsüber mit einem kleinen Snack und abends vielleicht mit einem Glas Wein. Das war hier nur möglich, wenn man sich bewusst möglichst lange gegen die Nutzung der Klimaanlage entscheidet, damit das Balkönchen zumindest ein bisschen auskühlen kann. Leider kann man auch nur einen kleinen Teil der Verglasung öffnen, sodass die Nutzung im Sommer wirklich kaum möglich ist. Was schade ist, da das kleinen Balkönchen grundsätzlich sehr nett hergerichtet ist. Die Straße liegt in der Nähe zum Universitätsgelände. Da aktuell keine Uni war, war die gesamte Gegend abends extrem menschenleer, voller Baustellen und die Personen, die sich vor dem Gebäude und in den umliegenden Straßen aufgehalten haben, haben bei mir eher das Gefühl ausgelöst, schnell weg. Ich bin grundsätzlich nicht ängstlich, aber ich bin weder tagsüber noch nachts entspannt aus dem Haus gegangen bzw heimgekommen. 2, 3 Gassen weiter war es wieder anders. Und ich denke, zu zweit hat man auch kein Thema. Aber nachts allein, nein. Das Apartment selbst ist grundsätzlich in Ordnung.

Innanzitutto, la pulizia era quasi del tutto assente, all’interno leggermente meglio rispetta al balcone, dove ho trovato mozziconi di sigaretta e tappi abbandonati in un angolo. La stanza era scarsamente illuminata: solo una lampadina funzionava su cinque (o sei) presenti nel lampadario. Inoltre, la serranda era bloccata e non poteva essere chiusa, costringendomi a svegliarmi con la luce del sole al mattino. La seduta di una delle sedie era mezza rotta. Infine, era presente un sacco con, presumibilmente, asciugamani usati, lasciato all’interno dell’armadio e le lenzuola presentavano delle macchie

Reserved another property with them and the refund process took ages (even if they say free cancellation, they keep your money for a couple of months before refunding). Therefore don’t hesitate to push your request with booking to be refunded by these parasites. Check in not so comfortable, 3km far from the apartment.

• Davide (3/5): Poor - Great position. Great price Bugs around the sink area. When showering the water would leak from under the door into the room. Flush sporadically working.
• Amirhossein (1/5): Bad - I was charged 20 €. It says on Booking that check-in is until 23:00. I checked in at around 20:00. The owner said I don’t agree with what it is written on Booking.I can’t take money back. Even the costumer service is not responding.
• Oumayma (1/5): Big disaster catastrophic I don’t recommend at all. - Nothing … awful it was a disaster First of all not clean : dust on the floor, it was not cleaned for several weeks. there is no shower cabin, the shower is near the lavabo and when I took shower, the water went to the room. I had to dry the floor of the room. No wifi. no soap in the toilet, even toilet paper roll is the one we use in the kitchen and it is not a new one. the metallic curtain of the room is not working , I turn off the light to change my clothes, because neighbors can see me through their windows. it was not painted for years, you can see the traces on the roof. very cold , the warming system is very weak. It was a disaster and it doesn’t worth 88euro for one night. I’m traveling a lot and these is the worst place I have ever been. I have photos of all what I said.

This was not a hotel, just an old apartment room and was not hygienic. Bathroom is so small and not clean. The bed was so old and dirty. I saw some insects on the floor. There was no certain for night. There was no towel and soap...
• Will (7/5): Good - The bed, very comfy! Great location. Walls very thin, can hear other people in the apartments next door… heard their alarms in the morning and everything else…

• Roland (6/5): Correction of small details would make a big difference - The location Small things which wouldn't be so much to add, but would make a difference. The shower curtain was full of mold, there was left only a tiny amount of toilet paper, no garbage bin bag, one bulb was in the 4 bulb chandelier, old dirty sponge for clean the dishes, the panting from the ceiling in the toilet was falling. I was asking for all of those, no response but in the meantime they kept sending the emails about the regulations. They never replied to my questions before at all. The temperature of the room was extremely high. Although it was written in the description that no Aircon, but obviously who doesn't live in Italy, has no idea how it is. I live in Barcelona so I'm used to the heat but it was doubled there. In summary it's an OK for the room due to the perfect location, generally the room is clean, but because of the mentioned details I can't say it was worth for the money. It's a lower price category than they asking for. I would friendly suggest to the owner to pay attention to these details and would bea better experience.

• Hanna (1/5): This is just a terrible, terrible place! - there is nothing positive about this place. everything is very bad, even disgusting! This is just a terrible, terrible place! I want to warn everyone that the landlords are big scammers and the housing is simply a nightmare with cockroaches. The apartment is just crawling with cockroaches! The landlords are real scammers and here’s why: When booking, it was stated that payment would be made on site, and that as a guarantee for the booking they would temporarily freeze the money on the card and return it in a few days, but they just took the money from my card once and for all. The booking cost 112 euros plus 10 euros in tax, but they charged 128 euros! Why 128? I still don’t understand. Furthermore, after I checked out, they tried to charge another 10 euros from my card, claiming it was tax. Fortunately, I had specifically transferred all the money to another card because I had read about their fraudulent practices in reviews earlier. In conclusion: I highly do not recommend this place, believe me, you can find much better accommodation in Bologna for this money. I wanted to save money, but it turned out that I paid an inflated price for a terrible place with cockroaches!
• Thomas (2/5): Shy far away! - - the room has solid doorlock - the position, close to the university and downtown Bologna - I never used the kichenette so I dont know how that was functioning - pick up of keys: It is far away from the room, about 1,6 km in direct line. Strict opening hours from 1630- 1900, and threat of a "fine" for pick-up after 1900. - it is advertised with a bathroom, which in reality is a cabinet, not a "room". The shower (handheld) is on top of the toilet - when you shower, water runs out of the bath "cabinet", across the floor of the main room, and out in the hallway. One of the days the owners complained and stricktly required an explanaition from me (I had taken a shower!) Reviews many months back speak of the same problem. - same towel for four days stay - the toilet is not bolted properly to the floor, risk tipping over - flushing of the toilet requires a 10 sek consistent push before anything is happening - there is mould on the shower curtain. According to previous reviews it has been there for at least 9 months - paint is falling off the walls and ceiling inside the bath "cabinet" - the rooflight has place for five lightbulbs, two lightbulbs were present, of which one were functioning. - it is advertised as soundproofed, in which case it is strange I could clearly hear the neighbour switching off the light and walk across the floor - the blinds were not working - the emails from the vendor. They are in an aggressive and unfriendly tone
• Luc (5/5): bare bones essential--u get what u paid for (NOT) - loation bathroom toilet NOT flushing properly (told mgmt twice, to no avail) Bathroom door not closing properly, resulting in bedroom FLOODING during every shower
• Seyed (4/5): Disappointing - They kept me waited for two hours and half in rain to collect the key and they did not grant me the time they have wasted for the check out And also for no reason the took more 10 euros of my account
