• Tina (8/5): - Ottima posizione. Camera abbastanza pulita e molto ampia. Ottima comunicazione con la struttura. Letto comodo. Il mobiletto del bagno era sporco, pieno di capelli di altri ospiti. Sarebbe preferibile mettere più saponi in bagno e un kit cortesia con cuffia doccia per es.. Sarebbe utile aggiungere al bagno più ganci per appendere gli asciugamani. Sarebbe preferibile che ci fossero 4 cuscini sul letto e non due. La busta maleodorante di vestiti probabilmente dimenticati da altri ospiti andrebbe rimossa dall'armadio. Il frigo comune nella hall andrebbe pulito.

À 3 mns a pied de l'hosteria de Ganino ( petit restaurant familial excellent). Chambre spacieuse et agréable. Bonne literie ! C'est bruyant, du fait de jeunes gens qui parlent fort le soir au niveau de la rue sous les fenêtres de la chambre. Cependant, les boules quies permettent de ne rien entendre et de dormir paisiblement. Une petite couverture supplémentaire aurait été appréciée le matin ainsi qu'un verre dans la salle de bain. Ces détails n'ont cependant pas été trop gênant .

• Mandy (7/5): Great location, but noisy - Fantastic location, lots of sightseeing close by and restaurants. 20 minutes walk from Railway Station. Easy to access property with a fob/card. Room was very basic, but clean. Room was extremely noisy from the below street. Had to sleep with window closed and earplugs. Unfortunately with the window closed it got quite hot and stuffy, there is air-conditioning but no remote, contacted reception via email (the property is unmanned) they promptly replied, they said the remote is only available in summer. Maybe charge a little more and make the remote for air-conditioning available, to help with the noise issue.

• Daniele (5/5): Firenze non è economica, ma credo che allo stesso prezzo si possa trovare di meglio - La posizione è ottima, dietro Piazza della Signoria, consente di girare serenamente a piedi perchè ogni posto è letteralmente a portata di mano. Camera abbastanza piccola, oltremodo buia e calda (una sola finestra che affaccia su un cavedio minuscolo dove peraltro è presente lo scarico della cappa di un ristorante, che fa rumore incessantemente quindi non è possibile dormire con la finestra aperta). Le lenzuola di plastica sotto a quelle di cotone (quelle per evitare di bagnare i materassi, che si mettono nei letti dei bambini... solo che gli ospiti non sono bambini) rendono fastidioso il riposo. Infine in camera è presente il condizionatore ma inspiegabilmente non ci è stato fornito il telecomando per azionarlo (ce ne siamo resi conto alla sera rientrando, ormai era inutile richiederlo; mi domando solo se sia stata una svista o una "furbata" per risparmiare o addirittura un servizio a pagamento.....)

• Giulia (8/5): Ci tornerei! - Posizione TOP, pulizia e camera molto spaziosa, cosa non scontata nel cuore di un centro città! Ho soggiornato due giorni, purtroppo sia nel pomeriggio del primo giorno, sia in mattinata del secondo, probabilmente causa lavori dell’ultimo minuto, un trapano mi ha tenuta compagnia per un po’ di tempo.

• Giulia (7/5): Ottima posizione a due passi da P.zza della Signoria - Sicuramente la forza è nella posizione, la struttura di trova proprio dietro Piazza della Signoria. Camera pulitissima compreso il bagno dotato di armadietto molto comodo per appoggiare tutto il necessario. Stanza insonorizzata abbastanza bene. In loco non è presente receptionist ma non l'ho trovato un punto a sfavore perché lo staff molto efficiente e cortese risponde quasi immediatamente ad eventuali richieste. Mi sento di consigliare la struttura. Una pecca nella nostra camera l'armadio è stato ricavato in una piccola nicchia nel muro,se si hanno abiti lunghi o cappotti non è possibile appenderli distesi, per pochi giorni ci si può adattare, forse per soggiorni più lunghi sarebbe necessario un vero armadio.

Il self check in molto comodo e pratico per un arrivo senza troppe preoccupazioni. La camera soffre un po' del passare del tempo, seppur molto pulita
• Agathe (10/5): - Super ! Nous avions choisi ce logement pour sa situation dans la ville de Florence et nous n'avons pas été déçu, tout est accessible, il est en plein centre ville ! Le lit est confortable, il n'y a pas beaucoup de bruits. Notre séjour s'est très bien passé. Nous avons accéder assez facilement à la chambre, de manière autonome.

• TOMASZ MATUSIAK (5/5): niestety trudno tam spać, poziom hałasu był zbyt wysoki każdej nocy - główną zaletą apartamentu jest bliska odległość do głównych atrakcji miasta oraz wielkość apartamentu, chociaż nie było lodówki w pokoju można skorzystać z lodówki wspólnej blisko wejścia do pokoju niestety było bardzo głośno przed budynkiem zarówno w dzień, jak i w nocy, poziom hałasu był dużo wyższy niż powinien, byłem we Włoszech kilkanaście razy w różnych miastach i orientuję się, że bywa gwarno, niestety tutaj było znacznie więcej hałasu niż gdziekolwiek indziej byłem, zamknięcie okien nic nie pomogło, kilka metrów od okien jest droga i imprezowe miejsce, w nocy były tam krzyki, klaksony pojazdów, tłuczenie szkła i głośne śpiewanie, niestety nie mogę polecić tego miejsca, chociaż pokój z łazienką są ładne i lokalizacja jest dobra

• Marina (8/5): Ótima localização, no coração de Florença. - A localização com certeza é o ponto forte. Não precisei de transporte para nenhum ponto turístico. Apenas peguei um táxi para a estação de trem devido ao peso das malas. A cama é confortável, o ar condicionado funcionou bem (fui em agosto), o quarto é bastante espaçoso, com lugar suficiente para as malas. Como não é um hotel, o checkin é feito por conta própria, não tem funcionários no local, então foi um pouco confuso no início, mas o funcionário responsável me respondia com muita rapidez e eficiência pelo WhatsApp. Para chegar no quarto precisa subir 2 lances de escada, bastante tranquilo para quem não tem problemas de locomoção. Estava tudo bem limpo e teve serviço de limpeza durante a estadia (passei 4 noites). Os bares/restaurantes da rua fazem muito barulho até tarde da noite, do quarto da pra escutar bastante. Mas o movimento não se estende até tarde da madrugada. Não me atrapalhou a dormir, mas é algo a se considerar. Eu pessoalmente prefiro funcionarios no local, porém quando aluguei já sabia dessa condição e fui bem atendida via telefone. Para quem tem problemas com tecnologia, talvez seja algo a se considerar. Para quem tem problemas de locomoção, deve-se avaliar sobre a ausência de elevador (2 lances de escada, cerca de 15 degraus cada).

• Vanja (7/5): Florence at ease - Location, location, and location! Nicely adapted old house, comfortable, airconditioned. The room was clean and fresh. Shared fridge available. Room access instructions were clear. Bathroom is ready for a more thorough cleaning or exchange of some elements. We didn’t get the full understanding upfront on the restriction of traffic/ system with the garage. It did work out well eventually, but explaining it in more detail would not be redundant.

• Sandra (8/5): Perfect location compensates for minor issues - Located in a side street just behind Piazza Della Signoria, this property could not be more central. Florence centre is compact and you can reach all parts in minutes from these rooms. Reception is unmanned and I never saw another person in 2 days. Access is by keypad into the building and then the property. Normal key retrieved from a keybox in reception for entry into the private rooms, which comprise bedroom, shower room and small hallway in between. Working air conditioning, basic toiletries and even a hairdryer are provided. Shared area lights are on motion sensors. Shower room has light switches both inside and outside the door. It's normal in Italy to pay tourist taxes locally and here it's done by leaving cash in the key box on arrival (unmanned reception remember) so you need to have that ready. Huge room with comfortable furnishings and fabulously painted ceiling. THIS IS NOT A HOTEL! Don't expect hotel services. It's just a comfortable place to sleep and it's right on top of everything you could possibly want in central Florence. I enjoyed my stay. Nothing to complain about in my view but bookers need to be aware of these features beforehand so expectations are managed. 1. Up 2 long flights of stairs - no lift. 2. No safe or fridge in room. 3. A lot of late night noise from the restaurant in street below. Ear plugs fixed it for me.

Checking in and out was easy and the room was large with high ceilings and a comfortable bed. There were two restaurants just below our room that played loud music until midnight and one night a group of drunk people were singing after that. However, this does seem to be common in cities and tourist areas so I still think it was a positive stay.

There was no provision of tea and coffee making facitilities, the TV remote did not work ( batteries?) and it was very noisy until the early hours of the morning and when the trucks come through early morning.

• Anne (7/5): nice, good sized basic room in great location. - the location was very central, everything very walkable. the check in instructions were very well done, even a short video. communication was also very good. the room itself was quite large, and everything comfortable including the bed. The bathroom was fully functional but basic. having a fridge in the common room was nice. in general I would say the room is comfortable with all the basic requirements but not too many extras. below the room is a very popular restaurant, which is nice...but it's a hopping place until about midnight, then there is the clean up time. so it can be loud until after midnight. I would say a few simple extras would be nice, a few cups, perhaps bottle opener etc.

NO ELEVATOR UP TO THE FLOOR Floors were dirty Bed was poorly put together and the feet of the bed were about to collapse. Had to push it back together daily. Bathroom floor was quite dirty

• Caitlin (7/5): Good - The accommodation was very centrally located - just a few minutes walk to the main Florence attractions and many restaurants/bars. The room was large & met our expectations. The shower was quite small. I had to request a second pillow - the host brought it on our second day. The room had little natural light and could have done with some additional lighting in the bathroom.
