• MuzaMUSIC (10/5): Nice apartments for a family holiday - We really enjoyed our stay in the apartment. It was especially convenient with children and a small child because they provided a babybed. We also liked that there was a washing machine and dishwasher. The house was quiet and cozy. There's a playground nearby. It's a great place to relax and take short holidays for visit friends and relatives. The big bed was broken, in the night we're trying to make it, there was no hanger in the hallway for outerwear. The bathrooms had old doors with locks that didn't close well and were noisy.

Alles ist liebevoll eingerichtet und bestens ausgestattet. Die Gastgeber sind super freundlich und hilfsbereit – man fühlt sich sofort willkommen. Perfekt für einen entspannten Aufenthalt in Karlsruhe. Absolut empfehlenswert!
• Michaela (5/5): - Location Neighbors, Broken Door Locks couldn't close the doors had to put items in front of doors to kind of close Bathroom, Front door Lock was also rough. Top vacationers over flooded bathroom were the water ran into our apartment, we had to clean up and were promised by the owner that someone would come to look at the problem. Unfortunately we wasted a whole day because no one showed up. After we called again the owner promised to show once we left the apartment on our departure on a Tuesday. One week later I received a WhatsApp message that the cleaning lady did not find a envelope with tax money of Euro 127.50 on the kitchen table as agreed on our first verbal phone conversation with the owner due to the water damage. However, I was questioned about the tax money and ask if I forwarded the tax money on the owners bank account. Since we came from the USA we couldn't forwarded money from a bank account, another option was PayPal. We couldn't use PayPal since we didn't take the PayPal information with on the trip. The only way for us to pay the tax money was in cash which we left on the kitchen table in an envelope. I wrote a message back on WhatsApp letting the owner know that we left the money on the kitchen table and for the owner to contact us back in regards to 5he tax money. Unfortunately we never received an answer back to what happend to the tax money. We took this event, the accusation of non payment of the tax money very personal. For that reason I would not rent a vacation apartment from this owner again.
