• Tamara (5/5): Good, but could be better ❤️ - Good Location, very clean room, everything is new and beautiful. Calm area, close to everything. First of all, there is huge problem with WiFi. They have it Free for anyone, so it just doesn't work at all.. About room, I expected to have the one with sofa, as I saw at the pictures, but unfortunately our room was just with a bed and small table. Lack of kettle was inappropriate for such price. Especially that they offer tea, but where to get hot water? In Bathroom you have to add curtain because all water goes to floor and toilet. Everything else in bathroom was nice. And the last was Parking. That was the only reason why we booked this place. However they have only 2 spots and if you don't find them free (what happened to us), then you have to go to another parking. However if at near parking they don't have place, you have to search for parking by yourself... So I felt like being deceived about parking situation and had stress all the time.. I dont want to hurt your feelings but maybe you should explain Parking system before people make a reservation. Wish you all the best, we still loved it in your town.

• Rachel (6/5): Good location. Spacious but sparse unit. - Location was convenient and the place was clean. Unclear where to park. Not exactly a "stocked" kitchen -- it was not a workable kitchen. Stove didn't work, and it looked mostly for show with one pan and a pot but no real cutlery or other utensils. Not really possible to cook a meal here.

• T (7/5): Modern apartment in good - The apartment is modern, comfortable and clean and in a convenient location. Arrangements for checking in were smooth with good communication from owners. The kitchen was poorly equipped - one dinner plate, no bowl, no knives- so that it was difficult to prepare a meal. The air conditioners did not work and it was quite hot weather so we had to open windows at night , however the location is noisy from nearby bars until late , so needed to have windows shut.

• Fabrizio (10/5): Great !!!! - Twelve studios is a space full of character and charm. Great decorations, clean environment and hospitality. Very good position. The owner is very kind and makes u feel at home. Cant find anything negative. I ve only good words and memories. We ll be back for sure.

• Georgia (7/5): Good - Spacious room and balcony. Needs at least one large mirror. Bathroom needs at least one foot towel and towel hangers behind the door. Air conditioning was on but it was still stuffy in the room.
• Robin (8/5): The best place to visit and discover Ioannina and afterwards to relax in your apartment. - Very nice appartment in the middle of the centre. You can reach all the highlights of Ioannina by foot. A lot of restaurants and bars in the area and the supermarket is just around the corner. The apartment was spacious and very clean. There was air conditioning in both the living room and the bedroom. There was also a large refrigerator with separate freezer compartment. You can easily park near the apartment, and if that doesn't work, there is a paid parking lot around the corner for 3 euros per 24 hours. What was a bit disappointing was the size of the bathroom, which is very small. There are few cooking utensils in the kitchen, only the most necessary, so if you want to cook it will be difficult. Wasn't a problem for us as we ate out. The last point is the view from the apartment, don't expect a nice view but a number of flats and other buildings. But you can expect that in the center.
