Guest Reviews
- Lewis (1/5): DO NOT STAY - ISNT MEANT TO BE AVAILABLE TO BOOK - N/A This property isn’t meant to be on Booking.com, we arrived and found that there were three people living in the property and have been for a year. The property owner told us he’s tried to take it off the site but it’s still available to book.
- Kosta (10/5): Exceptional -
- Rowe (3/5): Very disappointing with area and house and checked out early - The location was not a good area did not feel safe to walk around without my husband Lounge had a leg missing, upstairs bed was on lean wifi hardly worked no nexfix had to buy your own toilet paper. Front door was at the back of a shop where lots of rubbish was did not feel a safe place to stay to walk around without my husband.
- Rodda (7/5): Does what it says on the tin - Does what it says on the tin. Booked this for me and some friends to relive our university days and this property was perfect. A few things wrong, such as a bedroom door not shutting and a bedroom window having no curtains or blinds, but for the price over a weekend it was brilliant value for money
- Aidan (8/5): Very good -
- Elliott (7/5): Good - Decent
- Peter (7/5): We didn’t need 3 bedrooms which made it pricey but that's not the host’s fault. Just needs some TLC - The location was excellent for us 75 yards from our niece’s front door! Bed was comfortable and there was plenty of room. Parking on Windermere Road each day was easy Lots of switches didn’t seem to do anything 🤷♂️ which is a little disconcerting.
- Elisabeth (3/5): Flat in need of some attention - Not much Kitchen missing cupboard doors and drawers. No soap in kitchen - tea towels looked dirty, stuff in the freezer. Shower not clean. No WiFi. Above a corner shop and we could hear the staff there loudly long into the night and early in the morning( before 6). Several lights and/or switches not working.
- Kairat (8/5): Overall, not bad - Very comfortable beds Too noisy street during a day and at nights. It seems that the house is a little bit cold.
- Darren (8/5): Good but room for improvement - Spacious double floor flat near amitys and Clean.
Owner is a very good host and nothing seemed a problem to him
Was accessible on phone
I would stay again short term Directions on site aren't the best
Needs to be advised you pick up the key for the flat in the convenience store below the flat.
Mattress in beds could do with changing as very lumpy and uneven to sleep in.
Parking car is issue as no spaces in the road and surrounding roads also.
Could do with a few extra touches like free bottled water/tea/coffee on arrivals
No TVs in rooms
These comments aren't so much criticisms more for owners understanding what could take them up a level that puts them on a par or above there competitors.
The price for 1 night it is quite expensive at £120
At this price it needs to do more
