Guest Reviews
- Sandra (10/5): - Everything Nothing8
- Ashleigh (10/5): A lovely little stay. - Lots of little details catered for, very comfortable and beautifully decorated. I'd certainly come back. It's great that there's also a pub next door which serves food.
I didn't realise so I'm yet to try said pub, however I'm sure it's lovely just like the little village. I would've loved some honey, however I didn't ask and I'm quite positive it would've been catered for if I had asked.
Maybe a blind in the bathroom if you wanted to sleep in - I also could've quite easily bought an eye mask too.
- Kerry (10/5): Great little getaway - Tracey and Paul couldn't do enough for us, so accommodating and friendly.
The Annex its self was immaculate and stocked everything we needed with a great selection of teas, coffees and breakfast items. The bed was comfortable and the shower was great too.
When Tracey found out it was our anniversary she delivered us a bottle of bubbles.
The pub next door serve great food with huge portions and even put the footy on for us.
We will definitely be going back. I have nothing to add here
- Angela (10/5): -
- Susan (10/5): Comfortable, welcoming, quiet and relaxing. Well situated to explore the Suffolk/Norfolk border. - This is my second visit. Location is quiet and relaxing in beautiful countryside. The big sitting room had a breakfast bar stocked with plenty of tea, coffee and continental breakfast food. Microwave and plenty of cutlery and plates enabled you to eat in if required. Bed comfortable and shower/ bathroom small but well appointed. This apartment is excellent and the owners kind and attentive without intruding. Nothing.
- Ben (10/5): Fantastic Stay - This place had everything we needed. It was so comfortable and the breakfast selection was fantastic.
We felt so at home here and Paul & Tracey made us feel so welcome. We had some lovely conversations with them. We would definitely come back here. There is nothing we didn't like
- Hugh (10/5): It was a very comfortable, quiet and well thought out apartment. Staff very helpful and pleasant. - Breakfast was all I needed. Good variety of teas and cereals. Very pretty area of the country. Maybe somewhere to drain crockery would be useful
- kallin (10/5): Great little appartment. - Great communication and every little detail though of. Super stay. Thank you
- Keren (10/5): Would definitely recommend and would stay again - Very clean, high standard, very comfortable, great facilities, generously stocked - even with a couple of Easter bunnies! Tracey & Paul were exceptionally friendly and even gave us a lift to and from our local party that we were attending. Couldn’t fault the place at all. Nothing!

- James (10/5): Welcoming host, comfortable annex, lovely location, would love to come back - Paul and Tracey were absolutely lovely, very friendly and hospitable! We were in the area for a wedding nearby, and they very kindly offered a lift back at the end of the night. Lovely decor, the welcome breakfast basket was a thoughtful touch, we immediately felt at home and would love to come again!

Thoughtful little touches eg toiletries, torches, Very little.
- Roy (10/5): Very enjoyable, would recommend it for a quiet, relaxing break - The property had everything we needed for our stay. It was warm and cosy and very comfortable sofa and the bed was the same. The welcome pack was very comprehensive and easily enough for our 3 night stay. Paul and Tracey were on call for any problems and asked every day if we needed anything. Very friendly, lovely couple. There was nothing to dislike at all.
- Janet (10/5): -
- Angie Bulman (10/5): The hosts were the best - Everything we needed thank you 😊
- Stephanie (9/5): A lovely place to be able to explore the area. - A wonderful warm welcome awaited us. Paul and Tracey were very friendly and ensured we had everything they needed. The apartment is very cosy and furniture, decoration is to a very high spec and was spotlessly clean.
The welcome pack of coffees, teas, bread, milk, butter and breakfast supplies were very generous and very welcome. Saved us having to go shopping after a long drive. The village is quiet and set in a beautiful picturesque valley and was an ideal place to explore the area. If you love walking it’s the perfect spot too. Didn’t like the p glass sliding bathroom door but understand fully about letting the light in. We are used to a bigger bed. But it was comfortable and we understand about space constraints.
- Helen (10/5): - The apartment was beautiful. Clean and cosy. Great shower. Nice breakfast snacks. Great coffee. Just book you will not be disapointed Nothing
- Paul (10/5): wonderful hosts and a lovely place to stay which exceeded my expectations. I would highly recommend for anyone looking - Everything was perfect.
- Phillip (8/5): Okay for short stay - Parking, Shower, Quiet Location, Cleane and tidy, good hosts, welcome pack. Lighting around Kitchenette, not very private glass bathroom door, needs an extra drop down table side of double bed..
- Julie (10/5): A wonderful weekend at Munnings Lodge - Tracey and Paul really were the perfect hosts. Nothing was too much trouble, and they went out of their way to make us feel welcome. Munnings Lodge itself is extremely well appointed, spotlessly clean, and the bed is super comfy. The kitchenette more than catered for our needs, and the fridge, hot drinks, and breakfast baskets were generously filled and exceeded our expectations. We had a wonderful stay, thank you. Nothing.

Very modern and up to date rooms, hot water and great shower. The location, whilst close to the main A 143 was very quiet, the sounds around were those of birds. It was very restful and yet close to various places to go. Nothing
- Tom (10/5): Exceptional - Lovely apartment, great little village and perfect hosts Nothing
- Ruth (10/5): Exceptional - Beautifully decorated, spotlessly clean, and exceptionally well equipped. The hosts go above and beyond to make guests feel welcome, generously stocking the room with thoughtful extras like bread, milk, spreads, yogurt, and cookies. Communication was easy, and the personless check-in and check-out process was smooth and convenient. The location is perfect for exploring the Waveney Valley. Overall, highly recommended!
- Maria (9/5): High quality space in a gorgeous location provided by warm and generous hosts! - Wonderful hosts!! Beautiful and tasteful decor. Superb location in a gorgeous village, especially convenient if walking The Angles Way. Thoughtful and generous extras provided. Bed a little too firm for our taste, but after walking 11 miles we still slept!
