• Amanda (7/5): - The location was great. Amazing views. A short drive into Queenstown. Bed comfortable. The spa was very over chlorinated. To the point it hurt our throats to breathe in it and felt like it burnt our skin. A bit disappointed as I booked it especially as it had a spa due to a knee injury I have.
• Elizabeth (10/5): Amazing views, great family accommodation. - The view from this property was amazing. Walking distance to the marina. Beautifully styled and comfortable for a family. It didn’t have a vacuum.
• Sasja (8/5): Comfortable stay with amazing view - A very comfortable apartment with a beautiful view and great communication from the host. Support was immediate when we had a small issue with the spa, which we really appreciated. The apartment is very close to the airport, so you do hear planes flying overhead, although fortunately it wasn’t too frequent during our stay. While the beds and bathroom were clean and comfortable, some areas of the apartment could have been a bit tidier. Overall, a pleasant stay.

• Elizabeth (9/5): A gem in Queenstown, will return for sure! - Bathroom was absolutely beautiful! View was divine and the spa was on and ready for use at all times and gave extra fun! Awesome location for ease to local foods and shops. Very clean and felt super safe and comfy!
• Anni (8/5): - Location great. Cleaning supplies provided but no cloths to wipe anything? Only one t towel for our 4 day stay.Cotton sheets on beds very cold on first getting into bed. No electric blanket to air or warm up bed.

• Hamish (9/5): Lovely, comfortable, surpassed expectations! - Property was newly renovated and of top quality, lovely and warm, beautiful bathroom, the snuggle blanket for the couch in the evenings was a lovely touch. Not much really. Only nitpicks would be that the dishwasher draw was out of order. Also the access driveway is very tight so when people further up the complex park a bit loosely it makes it difficult.

• Eloise (10/5): Wonderful stay at Lakeview - The view and location were great, it was so nice to stay in Frankton, a short drive to Queenstown and a lovely town. The place was perfect for the three of us. The bathroom was newly renovated and Julia was great at communicating. The place had everything we needed.

• Teresa (10/5): Highly recommend the accommodation at Lakeview Haven - The location of Lakeview Haven was ideal in terms of convenience, central to Queenstown city and the airport, shopping facilities less than 10mins drive, quiet neighborhood, immaculately clean and modern apartment, fully equipped with all the comforts of home. Communication from Jackie, who was the main point of contact, was efficient in terms of her response, she always ensured I was well informed and she was extremely helpful. My family and I absolutely loved staying here and I highly recommend Lakeview as a must have accommodation. We will definitely be booking to stay here in the near future. Nothing to dislike from our experience

• Dolly (1/5): Bad - Massive inconvenience of not being able to use the basic facilities like bathroom, shower, and the kitchen as the unit had the drainage issues. Plus, owners' constant messages and pressure about keeping property clean tidy. She sent messages pretty much daily to remind them, which was unnecessary. We couldn't even use the dishwasher. Despite all the hassle, we still did our bit, which is leaving the property as much clean and tidy as possible. Emptied the rubbish bins, too. The host is not welcoming at all when you get instructions constantly as if I am a kid, not an adult. I'm happy to share videos of the hassle we had to deal with during our short stay! It was an absolute disaster to stay with this host
