• Jorge (10/5): Great place for a short or long stay at a very convenient price - I like how it was located close to all the transportation hubs safe neighborhood and it was walking distance from convenient stores, restaurants, etc. No complaints

• Ginny Marinella (3/5): No lo recomiendo - Cerca a la zona colonial. Pude tener privacidad y trabajar tranquila los días que sí hubo WiFi. Pude calentar comida en la air fryer y guardar cosas en la nevera. El ventilador es de techo. La habitación era muy oscura y sin ventanas que dieran iluminación. Todo el día me tocaba con luz y era muy bajita. Me querían cobrar por el aire acondicionado cuando decía que estaba incluido, al final accedieron pero me lo apagaban todo el día y solo me lo dejaban en la noche. El internet se cayó y por más que pedí ayuda, no lo arreglaron. De 6 días no hicieron aseo ningún día en la habitación ni me dieron más papel higiénico o toalla limpia. Mucha bulla y gritería. No hay una persona que esté pendiente de las necesidades de los huéspedes. No hay un letrero del nombre del lugar, fue difícil encontrarlo y no contestaban el teléfono. A las 2 am parecía que le estaban pegando a un muchacha, se escuchaban los gritos y me levanté asustada.

The entrance could be more inviting as there is no sign hard to know where it is. Also in the front patio looks like a garage with lots of tools, paint, Motorbike, so not very inviting.

• Mika (4/5): Central located to get my first needs set up, ATM, SIMcard etc, but dissapointing overall. - room was spacious enough, had airconditioning and a fan. The bed was comfortable. I didn't feel welcomed at all on arrival, check-in was messy, like I was disturbing the young lad, even though my arrival time was known. I saw only one staff during my stay who didn't speak English, which makes it not helpful at all for a guest tired from a long trip. No effort anywhere to have some info translated into other languages, let alone English. It was hard to tell from the outside where I needed to be. Several buildings next to each other belong to the same business. With luggage and a pet on the curb was uncomfortable. The following days the lad did better probably thanks to other guests who spoke some Spanish. The room was next to the kitchen; a high-placed window in the wall made it not soundproof at all. There is no view outside from the room. The only thing provided was drinking water which was available from a 5-gallon barrel set up with a pump in the kitchen. Glasses or cups were a mess and required an extra rinse to be on the safe side. There was nothing to welcome a late arriving guest. No standard like coffee or tea in the kitchen. Also, the kitchen is not inviting to do any meal preparation there. Be prepared to keep it very simple. There is nothing in the room but a bed and a side table. The bathroom was efficient but it wasn't very clean, finding hairs from previous guests, a dirty mirror and the rubber floor rug turned out to be super filthy. Walking the neighborhood (with my dog) was terrible because the streets and curbs there collect so much trash. A grass park-like area very close by, walking toward the seaside, was covered in broken glass, and metal bottle tops.. Could be a great place, but it's not being kept. I didn't feel uncomfortable walking there by myself, my puppy was enchanting to many and the overall kindness is there. Not a place I will go back to though, the price for this should be lower or they should amp up their game in cleanness and provide some more hospitality and amenities.
