• PEDRO (6/5): normal - La ubicación es perfecta . Esta cerca del centro y hay un parking al lado. Habia una puerta de la cocina que estaba desencajada. La cafetera no tenía asa ,no habia trapos de limpieza apropiados( habia un estropajo y una bayeta que parecia de juguete) tuvimos que comprar papel de cocina que tampoco había. No había un mantel de mesa ni servilletas de papel .Para cuatro días una toalla por persona nos pareció insuficiente. Por la noche se oía todo lo que pasaba por la calle. A las 3:45 de la mañana pasaban barriendo la calle y se oía todo. Tiene unas escaleras de caracol muy estrechas y con pendiente. No apropiadas para gente mayor ni niños.
• Isabel (6/5): Limpio y céntrico pero no volveremos - El apartamento está muy céntrico y muy limpio Las escaleras, lo reservé para mis suegros y mi suegra se ha caído por las escaleras y está bastante fastidiada. No son escaleras cómodas, da igual la edad, no son apropiadas

• Michael (8/5): Wonderful Cordoba - Loved the location, very handy for all attractions , not suitable for seniors because of the spiral staircase from the bottom of accommodation to the roof terrace, the restaurant opposite is family owned & has the best traditional food in Cordoba handy for supermarket too. Location.

• Carolina (8/5): Apartamento con encanto en zona ideal para visitar todo Córdoba. - El apartamento tiene mucho encanto. La zona es espectacular. Cerca de todo lo interesante. Aunque hacía mucho frío en el apartamento con la calefacción se evita ese inconveniente. El acceso a las llaves es muy cómodo. Las escaleras son peligrosas para personas con cierta edad, niños o con dificultad de movimiento. Las almohadas no valen nada. El colchón si está bien. Y el ruido del bar de enfrente y la gente que pasa por la calle molesta algo. La puerta de entrada al apartamento se hincha con el frío y la humedad de la lluvia y costaba mucho abrirla, una persona mayor quizás no hubiera podido. Por lo demás todo estupendo.

• Sofia (7/5): - Appartamento ben equipaggiato per passare qualche giorno a Cordoba. L'host lascia caffè, te, olio in cucina, comodi per fare colazione e cucinare qualcosa. La posizione è molto comoda per esplorare la città a piedi. La strada è molto rumorosa a causa di un bar con tavoli esterni che resta aperto fino alle 2 di notte e l'appartamento non è isolato acusticamente. Anche con i tappi per le orecchie si sentiva rumore il sabato notte. Scale a chiocciola ripide, da indicare meglio in caso di problemi di mobilità o bambini

• nicola (3/5): Broken door, grubby kitchen/bathroom and uncomfortable bed spoiled an otherwise nice house. - The apartment had all the facilities we'd expected and that are listed in the description, although some of them weren't fully usable - see below. It is also has lots of natural light and the rooms are mostly spacious. The biggest problem is that the roof terrace door jams shut in the heat. We learnt this the hard way, first by being locked out of the terrace so we couldn't use it, then by being trapped on the terrace is searing heat and not being able to get back in the house. We contacted the agents about these problems (who said they already knew about the issue) but they did nothing. Firstly, they took 12-24 hours to respond to any message. Secondly, they just said they'd call an engineer but after 6 days, nobody had arrived. We eventually discovered the door swells in the heat and the handle jams, so if you spray it with cold water it releases again. This is how we escaped from the terrace. The kitchen and bathroom had received a cursory clean but were quite grubby and we had to clean things ourselves before we used them. There was an old, opened packet of tortilla wraps in one kitchen cupboard and under the microwave were lots of food crumbs. The cutlery drainer was dirty inside and the cutlery in the drawers were sticky. The shower cubicle has dark mould in the grout and is quite small with no shelves, so you have to put toiletries on the grubby, sloping floor. The shower door doesn't close properly, so water easily floods the bathroom. The bathroom is not completely separated from the bedroom with walls partly made of trellis. There are no doors to any rooms because of the unusual layout. This means the bathroom is not very private and might be uncomfortable for some, especially if sharing with friends. The bed is just a double (not king size). We found it vey uncomfortable, small and hard. The house is on a lively street. The cafe/bar opposite is open 8am-4pm, then 8pm-2am and is very noisy with constant tinny music and two small dogs which bark incessantly. There are dance clubs nearby and the pumping bass from those can be heard Fri/Sat nights till late. If you enjoy a lively nightlife, this is the place to be.

• Константин и Катерина (10/5): - Очень хорошее место. Гулять везде близко. Очень хороший и просторный дом. На втором этаже столовая-гостиная-кухня. На третьем спальня и душевая-туалет. На крыше огромная терраса. Дом оборудован всем необходимым. Есть электрочайник, кофеварка, микроволновка, стиральная машина, небольшая плита для готовки, большой холодильник. Есть средства для уборки. Интернет отличный. Очень жалко, что мы были так мало дней! В таком доме можно жить долго. Немного не хватало расходников. Например, не было стирального порошка.

• Светлана (10/5): - Прекрасное расположение. Находится рядом с местными достопримечательностями. Недалеко от моста Romano. В 100 метрах есть продуктовый магазин, который даже работает в воскресенье. Для проживания есть все удобства. Очень уютно.
• Djamel (7/5): - L''appartement est charmant, avec son escalier en colimaçon et sa terrasse. L'appartement est bien situé près de la zone géographique des lieux touristiques de Courdoue. Le rapport qualité/prix est intéressant. Les nuisances sonores de la taverne en face de l'appartement nous ont fortement gènés pour trouver notre sommeil.

• juan jose (10/5): - Esta en el centro de la ciudad, muy cerca del río, en la esquina justo un supermercado. Tiene todas las comodidades.No eche ningún electrodoméstico en falta, y por la noche la iluminación del apartamento es encantadora

La calle perpendicular esta llena de buenos restaurantes La terraza de la azotea un puntazo Las ventanas apenas aíslan del ruido de la calle, en cuanto la calle "amanece" te despiertas con el jaleo. Y si duermes en el sofa-cama tampoco ayuda la luz que entra por la ventanilla de la cocina.. La limpieza un poco justa, los muebles de la cocina estaban llenos de chorretes y suciedad... de no haber limpiado después de la anterior o la anterior estancia. Nosotros no somos muy "exigentes, pero no nos pareció de recibo. El esto de la casa, muy limpia
• Bourgie (5/5): Nous y sommes restés une nuit pour aller à l'hôtel dès le lendemain pour le reste de notre séjour. - L'appartement est bien mais est un peu défraîchi par rapport au photos. Très bien situé et à proximité d'un stationnement étagé à quelques minutes de marche. Les choses importantes à voir sont à quelques minutes de marches. Épicerie et restos à proximité. Quelques points négatifs qui font que cet appartement ne convient pas à tout le monde : - L'appartement est sur 3 étages reliés entre eux par un escalier en colimaçon très serré et très étroit : * rez-de-chaussée : entrée seulement; * 1er : cuisinette, salon et salle à manger; * 2e : chambre et salle de bain avec douche. Accéder aux étages avec de grosses valises lourdes n'est pas facile! La rue est en pavés et le resto juste en face ferme assez tard, donc c'est bruyant.
• Peter (8/5): Ideal - Amazing location in the centre of old Cordoba - area full of lovely buildings, cafes and resteraunts. Nouse is really an appartment on three floors - very clean and comforatble, everything a traveller could want. My one warning would be the stairs are tight and narrow, if you have mobility issues they may be a awkward, but for the able bodied they fine.

• Naoual (10/5): Perfect location and place to visit Cordoba - It’s very cozy, comfortable and everything you need to feel at home was available. The host was very helpful and accommodating for checking and checkout. On top of all it’s in the middle of the historical part of the city and really minutes away from the mezquita which is ideal! I highly recommend to stay there if you find availability ☺️ It’s a bit noisy at night, but cordoba is a tourist destination so it’s normal, this didn’t impact our stay
• Ivan (9/5): Would stay again! - Very cute, historic house. Lovely street, very close to restaurants and the entire historic center. Also a parking garage right next door, and a free parking ground about 10 minutes walk away. Of the 5 locations we stayed at throughout Andalusia, this was the most homey and warm. Stylish bathroom! There is a small terrace on the 3 rd floor which would be lovely on summer nights I imagine. The house is set up with the living room (sofa bed) and kitchen on the first floor, and the bedroom and bathroom on the second floor. With a narrow winding wooden staircase between the floors! It's cute and characteristic, but useful to know beforehand if going up and down stairs and carrying luggage up and down is a concern. For instance, anyone sleeping on the sofa bed would need to navigate the steps to get to the bathroom at night, which can be dicey in a groggy state! To the hosts, I recommend putting anti-slip strips on the stairs. And a smaller recommendation is to maybe reduce some of the decorative items in the living room. With the sofa bed open there wasn't much space to navigate and I was worried about knocking over and breaking items.

• Richard (10/5): Excellent stay at walking distance from the city centre of Cordoba. - Location was perfect, a short walking distance from all the places to visit in Cordoba. The apartment in a calm street (not too much traffic), but still buzzing with street life. It was fun seeing the locals get their coffee, lunch and dinner at the bar/restaurant on the opposite side of the street. The roof terrace was also very nice. You could have a nice meal or glass of wine, sitting there overlooking the city. The last night we even had the best view of a drone show! Nothing, everything was perfect.
