Three single beds in one room good but first room offered only had a frosted half glass wall between bathroom and bed room ok for families but ask for another room. Staff very helpful. Trams run just outside hotel which results in a low rumble track noise every few minutes day and most of night.

• John (9/5): Very convenient for a 24 hour stay. No negative surprises. - I am always a fan of the big windows at breakfast. Being next to the train station is a big plus.

• Yvonne (7/5): Zu warmes Zimmer und Frühstück nur mässig - Sehr gute Lage direkt am Bahnhof Schönes Eckzimmer Die Klimaanlage hat Ende April (noch??) nicht funktioniert, obwohl es sehr warm war. Deshalb mussten wir in der Nacht die Fenster öffnen und es war sehr laut. Die Reception hat auf unsere Bemerkung wegen der Klimaanlage nicht reagiert. Auch das Frühstück (schön im obersten Stock) war nichts besonderes.

Peu de soin accordé à la décoration / aménagement intérieur. Une rénovation de l’ensemble permettrait peut être d’attirer plus de client.
• frederic (9/5): Je reviendrais - Le personnel souriant, la chambre, le petit déjeuner et l'ouverture du fitness après que l'on ait rendu la chambre pour que l'on puisse prendre une douche après le marathon de genéve. les trains peuvent être un peu bruyant (on est très près de la gare)

• David (6/5): - Early breakfast and location close to station. The television was small and many channels (including all the English ones) did not work properly. They had very bad interference. The door to the bathroom would not shut. We had to put a bag to stop it opening.

• Thomas (1/5): Ruim, barulhento e desconfortável - Localização bem central em Genève Pelo hotel ficar colado na estação de trem , cada vez que passa um trem o quarto todo treme, o que fica impossível de dormir. Era para eu ficar 3 noites, fiquei apenas duas pois não conseguia dormir, pedi o reembolso da última noite que não fiquei lá pois tive que trocar de hotel e não me deram dizendo ser política da booking o não reembolso.

Na recepção, fomos atendidos por uma portuguesa (infelizmente não me recordo o nome) que foi fantástica para nós, nos apoiando até mesmo na reserva de um restaurante fabuloso de fondue! N/A
