• Nikolay (10/5): Идеален апартамент за кратък престой в центъра - Апартаментът е като чисто нов отвътре. Местоположението му също е перфектно. Собственикът има и много добро заведение, където имахме отстъпка като гости на настаняването. Беше малко трудно за отопляване, но има климатици и е ок.

Are loc de parcare în curtea interioară și beneficiază de tot ce ai nevoie ca să petreci câteva zile în Belgrad. Proprietarul este foarte amabil și te ajută cu orice ai nevoie. Totul a fost perfect!

• Baroian (9/5): A pleasant stay with great hospitality, though the noise from nearby areas was a downside. - The host was very welcoming and helped us with everything we needed. The apartment was clean and had all the necessary amenities for a pleasant stay. Additionally, they offered us a 20% discount on breakfast at their restaurant, which is something you don’t often get elsewhere. I recommended! The noise was an issue. The location is near a public parking lot and beneath a restaurant, which made it quite loud at times. If you're a light sleeper, this might be a drawback.

• SAVVAS (10/5): - Πλήρως ανακαινισμένο διαμέρισμα, στο κεντρικότερο σημείο της πόλης και με ιδιωτικό παρκινγκ στο χώρο του καταλύματος. Διπλά κλιματιστικά, πλήρως εξοπλισμένη κουζίνα, πολύ ανετο κρεβάτι. Ο εξωτερικός χώρος και εικόνα είναι λίγο άσχημη αλλά αυτό δεν είναι ευθύνη του ιδιοκτήτη. Κάπως δυσκολη και η πρόσβαση στο παρκινγκ.
• Marcin (9/5): Pobyt na jedną noc - Mały, czysty, przyjemny apartament. Gorzej wygląda z zewnątrz, ale nam na jedną noc nie robiło to różnicy. Parking pod samym wejściem do budynku w samym centrum to świetna sprawa. Wejście po schodach.

• Doina (9/5): Good choise for a short stay in Belgrade - The owner of the apartment also owns the Hari's creperie, so he sent the manager from the restaurant to receive us and help with the parking and luggage, which was great, because he made us a great welcome. The apartment is very good size, clean, all good, especially that it is located right in the heart of Belgrade. There's no view from the room, as the windows overlook the nearby multi-storey car parking. The stairs that lead from the little street where the apartment is located to the main street where you can find the restaurants is very dirty, but this is just an observation, as it is not in the owner's responsibility. Other guests who come to the apartments nearby pass by the window and they can even look inside (didn't happen, but still not pleasant).
• MARIA (9/5): Τέλειο διαμέρισμα, στο κέντρο και με θέση πάρκινγκ - Το διαμέρισμα πεντακάθαρο με άνετους χώρους και καλή διαρρύθμιση. Η τοποθεσία τέλεια δίπλα σε κεντρικό πεζόδρομο με εστιατόρια καφετέριες και μαγαζιά, όλα δίπλα μας, δεν χρειάστηκε να μετακινήσουμε το αυτοκίνητο. Με σύντομο περίπατο πήγαμε στην περιοχή του κάστρου και απολαύσαμε το κέντρο του Βελιγραδίου. Ο οικοδεσπότης ευγενέστατος και πρόθυμος να μας βοηθήσει σε όλα. Η είσοδος προς το διαμέρισμα θα μπορούσε ίσως να βελτιωθεί.
• Süleyman (3/5): Rezalet - Merkeze ulaşım İlk olarak giderlerden kokular geliyordu, Üstte restoran mutfağı olduğu için sürekli gürültü geliyordu ve bu gürültü gece bile vardı , Yastıklar incecikti, 4 kişi gittik 2 terlik koymuşlar, Ayrıca evin konumu caddenin arkasına bakıyor köhne bir yerdi, arabayı daracık bir yere zar zor Park ettik, manzara çöp konteynerleriydi, , çok güvenli gelmediği için çocukları evde bırakamadım, kahve bitmiş kavanozlar boştu Üstüne üstlük fazladan 16 Euro para verdim sebepsiz yere ,
• Alina Nicoleta (10/5): Worth it! - Just like they say "don't judge a book by its cover", the same applies for Anna Apartment. The building looks a bit odd, but inside the apartment, everything looks clean and well maintained. . The ACs work perfectly, especially now during summer time. The kitchen is well equipped and so is the bathroom. The host is very friendly and always willing to help. We really enjoyed our stay. A plus is the free parking lot, just under the windows. The location is so perfect, within meters (up the stairs) from the promenade with all the restaurants and terraces. P.S. Oh, I almost forgot to mention. Even if they wouldn't give you a nice discount at Hari's Creperie (which they do), that place is amazing. The best there is. Perfect for breakfast, but also for brunch or just to spoil yourself. The crepes, the waffles, the hot drinks, everything is to die for. If you're on a diet and you do have a "cheat day", that's the place to treat yourself. Don't miss it for the world!

Absolútnym bonusom je možnosť návštevy blízkej reštaurácie Haris s fantastickými jedlami (boli to najchutnejšie jedlá počas našej dovolenky), s príjemnou atmosférou a veľmi milou obsluhou. V reštaurácii vám najviac poskytnú jedlo so zľavou. Pobyt v Anna apartment odporúčame a nezabudnite navštíviť reštauráciu Haris.

We were there for two nights only. He called a few times to make sure everything is ok. Made our stay in Belgrade a wonderful experience.

The location is absolutely perfect — just steps away from Knez Mihailova, Republic Square, and many cozy cafes, restaurants and shops. It’s ideal for anyone who wants to explore the city by foot. The apartment itself was clean, stylish, and very comfortable. It had everything I needed for a short or long stay, including a equipped kitchen, fast Wi-Fi, and air conditioning. The bed was very comfortable, and the windows kept the apartment surprisingly quiet at night, despite being in such a lively area. Communication with the host was smooth and professional. They were always available if we had any questions and very helpful. Overall, I would highly recommend this apartment to anyone visiting Belgrade — whether for business or leisure. I’m already looking forward to coming back!

You are right in the middle of the city center and you have a parking in front of the building that's available only to building residents. That is a huge plus for Belgrade (you don't have to worry about where to park or how much would it cost) so it was a huge advantage of this stay. The apartment is like in the pictures, spotless clean and everything is new. Great internet connection too. The host Marko (and his manager Nemanja) are really helpful and nice people, always available for anything. They also run a great restaurant nearby where we had some amazing breakfast with great service. This also made a difference in the overall experience. We would definitely consider this apartment if we need to come next time.

The free parking was a huge plus! The hosts were really friendly and helpful too. All in all, a great place and definitely worth the money.

Marko ve Nemanja çok yardımsever ve misafirperverdi, onlar gibi iyi insanları arasak bulamazdık, gerçekten çok şanslıyız. Her ihtiyacımız veya sorunumuzda bizimle çok iyi ilgilendiler. • Јелена (10/5): Doći ćemo opet sigurno. - Sve je bilo fenomenalno. Smještaj je u samom centru grada,sto je veoma korisno ako ste sa malom djecom. Parking obezbijedjen, vlasnik besprekorno ljubazan kao i osoblje. Vlasnik ima restoran odmah kod smještaja, hrana je izvrsna. Sve je bilo odlično. Nemam zamjerke.

• Georgi (10/5): Great place for both families and couples! - The location is perfect to explore the city, everything is walking distance. The host Marko is a great person, he met us on arrival, parking is virtually next to the flat, it is private and safe and paid by the host, so it is free for the guests coming by car. The owner has a restaurant, which is 1 min walk from the flat, you get 20% discount and the food is excellent. We also received 2 jars of chocolates as a gift from the owner, as he produces them in a factory. The bed and the sofa in the flat are very comfortable, so everything is new and like in the photos. n/a
• Darko (10/5): Perfect apartment on a perfect location - A renovated apartment in an excellent location, right in the heart of the city center, just a few meters from Knez Mihailova Street. The apartment has everything you need for a worry-free stay: towels, bathrobes, shampoos, a hair dryer, an iron, and even coffee! Marko is truly an amazing host! He welcomed us personally, provided parking, and was always available for advice or assistance—Marko thank you so much for everything! Highly recommended! Tip: Hari’s restaurant serves very good breakfasts and delicious desserts! It’s just a few steps away. We’ll be back!

• Blanka (10/5): Urban, central, clean and comfortable - The location is exceptional, in the heart of the city, close to every significant place in the center. The interior is new, very well organized, convenient and very clean. The beds are super comfortable. The owner is very kind, he welcomed us on arrival and was available at all times for everything we needed. He owns a restaurant right up the stairs, where they serve excellent food, and you could get a discount while staying in the apartment. I would definitely choose this place for my next stay.

The apartment was clean and nicely decorated, the beds - comfortable, and the place very close to the centre. We had an excellent stay. The only problem we faced was lack of local currency since we were just passing through Belgrade. The host let us pay in EUR, but we barely had enough cash to pay for the accommodation. It would be easier if we could pay through Booking.com
