• Wey Chun (9/5): Excellent séjour au Barceló Tanger, entre confort, vue mer magnifique et personnel chaleureux, malgré une légère gêne so - Séjour très agréable au Barceló Tanger. L’hôtel est idéalement situé, avec une magnifique vue sur la mer et un accès pratique aux différents points d’intérêt de Tanger. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié la qualité de la chambre Premium : spacieuse, très propre, moderne et équipée. Les équipements sont vraiment au niveau attendu d’un hôtel de cette catégorie. La vue mer apporte un vrai plus au séjour. Le personnel a également été remarquable : discret, professionnel et chaleureux tout au long du séjour, ce qui rend l’expérience encore plus agréable. Seul petit point négatif : l’isolation de la porte-fenêtre pourrait être améliorée, car quelques nuisances sonores extérieures étaient perceptibles la nuit. Sans cela, le séjour aurait été parfait. Nous gardons malgré tout un excellent souvenir de cet hôtel et y reviendrons avec plaisir. Dommage que l’isolation phonique de la porte fenêtre n’est pas top. Trop bruits venant de l’extérieur.

• Nashwa (4/5): لا أثق بعهودهم ولا يمكن اكرر التجربه لأنها سيئه للغايه - شهادة حق الناس القائمه على الاستقبال مبتسمين وزوق في الكلام. الفندق أجملا نظيف أطلاله على بحر رائعه الغرفه الي اخذتها نفس الصوره. الي شوفتها بالظبط ((لاكن لا انصح فيه ))لعدم احترامهم. لحقوقي والقيمه الي دفعتها حدث اني حجزت 4ليال في هذا الفندق كل شئ كان تمام لحد لما تميت اليوم الثالث عندهم عاملة النظافه أخذت كارت الي بيشغل كهربة الغرفه واتصلت بيهم مرتين علشان يجبو كارت تاني لحد هنا أنا كنت راضيه وفسرت ممكن ضغط او اي شىء اليوم الرابع المكيف حربان وصحيت نص اليل واتصلت بيهم وارسلو شخص مسؤل عن الصيانه وبكل سذاجه قعد يظبط لوحة التحكم بالمكيف وقالي تمام المكيف اتصلح كان ردي انه أنا عملت زيك ولا فيه شئ اتغير رد انه لا أنا كنت حاطه المكيف على الحار علما أنا مش جاهله وراجل خرج استنيت كمان ساعه ولا شي اتغير ومكيف حر اتصلت تاااااني !!! واخدو وقت علشان يرد ولما بينت اسيائي بررلي انه كان مشغول مع نزلاء اخرين وبعت نفس موظف الصيانه الي بدوره حكالي انه في عطل في محرك الرئسي وانه اتصلح دخلت على الفجر ونا عندي سفر ولا عارفه انام اتصلت بيهم للمره الثالثه كان الحل انه ينقلني غرفه ثانيه لاكن درجه اقل من غرفتي ونا وافقت وقالي اترك أغراضي في غرفتي الاصليه واروح انام بس الليله دي علشان المكيف كانت وللأسف سكرت باب غرفتي ونسيت كارت الغرفه في الداخل فلما نمت واصحيت كنت عاوزه اروح غرفتي مش عارفه طيب رحت الغرفه التانيه علشان اتصل عليهم التليفون عطلان مما جعلني اظطر انزل بملابس النوم للريسبش بالمنظر ده علشان سوء الصيانه وعدم احترامهم للنزلاء وللعلم الغرفه التانيه لا فيها مناديل ولا شطاف ولا اي أدوات اقدر استخدمها بعكس عرفته الاصليه ولما نزلت واتكلمت معاهم اعتزرو وما طلبت حل منصف ليا فكان ردهم هانرسل ايميل اعتزار و نرجع ثمن الليله دي وحتى المبلغ الي انكتب مش زي تمن المبلغ الي دفعته ومع ذالك كان راضيه إلى الان لم يصلني المبلغ علما انهم قالو هانحتاج 7 ايام عمل لكل يتم استرجاع المبلغ أنا حاليا تركت المغرب لانه رحلتي انتهت وارسلت ايميل بتذكير ماذا حصل بخصوص استرجاع المبلغ. لا احد رد على رسالتي حتى الان كانه لا يوجد مصداقيه لعهودهم وهذا كافي لكل لا افكر في تعامل معهم مره اخرى !!!

• James (6/5): overpriced hotel that does not live up to its 5-star price - the rooftop bar had amazing views, food pretty good (not amazing) - had the swordfish confit and fried shrimp. The staff was overall good. First, I was give the wrong room without the balcony I had paid $200/night for. They fixed that with an upgrade (although the room did not feel that much more luxurious -- felt too narrow), however when I opened the heavy curtains to the balcony on the first morning the entire curtain structure came crashing down on my head, with the screws completely dislodged from the ceiling. Then, the rain shower would not turn off. My room was on floor 1, which smelled like mild sewage covered up with jasmine air freshener. I will find a different hotel next time

• Erdem (1/5): Disappointing Stay — Not Recommended - I had high hopes for this hotel, but unfortunately it fell far short of any acceptable standard. The cleanliness throughout the property was simply unacceptable — rooms and common areas were visibly dirty and clearly not maintained with any regularity. The staff were indifferent and showed little to no interest in guests’ comfort or concerns. What made matters worse was the complete lack of management oversight: smoking was openly permitted inside the hotel, with management doing absolutely nothing to enforce what should be a basic health and comfort standard for all guests. To top it off, breakfast was poor and insufficient — limited in variety and quantity, and nowhere near what one would reasonably expect. I would not return to this hotel and cannot recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable, clean, and professionally managed stay.

• Mariem (9/5): - A very pleasant stay with kind and welcoming staff throughout, especially the waitress Lamiaa during breakfast who was exceptionally attentive and always remembered my preference for almond milk. The reception team was also very friendly and helpful. The hotel offers a beautiful view of the ocean and the main street. Breakfast can sometimes be crowded and a few items may be missing, but everything is quickly brought when asked. Overall, a very positive experience.

The resturant served some amazing food and the service was great. Laundry service and valet service was quick and professional. Views and location were stunning! We visited the resturant on the 8th floor twice, each night we stayed, they served some of the best food I've had in a while! The bed was quite litteraly the comfiest and maybe biggest hotel bed I have ever stayed in. The only negative was the weather - we'd love to come back in the summer and enjoy all the facilities as it was simply too cold to use the pool!

For a 5 star hotel, I expected the room to be in better condition. The bed was uncomfortable, the springs were very noticeable through the mattress. The state of the shower room was not perfect. The floor outside the shower got soaked when having a shower, the shower screen was not long enough to stop the water coming out of the shower.

• Emma (9/5): Great stay although road is very noisy if you have a sea view! - Great location near the beach and convenient for all the sites. Restaurants were very accommodating to gluten free and vegan options. Charging for water at breakfast was disappointing. The cleaner did not clean our room on one of the days. The road is very noisy. With honking horns all night.

Wir waren wegen einer Hochzeit im Barceló,hatten also sechs DZ gebucht. Einige Zi waren bis 15.00 Uhr noch nicht geputzt,täglich wurde etwas vergessen Badetücher oder Handtücher ,WC-Papier,Wasserflasche. Die Bestellung bei der Rezeption ging dann sehr lang,bis das gewünschte angekommen ist…oder es wurde nochmals vergessen. Ärgerlich war auch ihr nicht funktionierendes Schlüssel Karten System,wir kamen oft nicht in unsere Zimmer oder konnten den Lift nicht benutzen,weil man da auch die Zi Karte braucht🫣

• Leeuwhart (10/5): Wonderful hotel with a small issue - I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel in Tangier! The location is excellent, and the view of the ocean from the bar and restaurant is stunning. The breakfast was amazing — I especially loved being able to create my own detox cocktail. However, there was a small issue: I forgot to take my red silk dress from the wardrobe. I emailed the hotel the same day but didn’t get a response. I had to call, and unfortunately, the dress was not found. This slightly affected my overall impression. Other than that, it’s a fantastic hotel — I highly recommend it for the atmosphere, breakfast, and views!

• Najjar (9/5): Mjuy buena ubicación y relación calidad-precio - Muy bien el hotel, habitaciones amplias y bien equipadas! La ubicación es excelente frente a la palaya, muy cerca de la marina y a distancia de 15 minutos andando del centro. Muchas opciones de restauración cercanas! El personal muy amabla y atento. No me gustó que pedimos una toalla para poder ir a playa y no nos la facilitaron.

Jamais je n'ai trouvé ce genre de petit déjeuner ailleurs dans le monde. La dame aux mets locaux est juste une magicienne et elle est adorable. Le bruit de la route.

As a solo traveler, I found the entire staff to be incredibly kind and helpful. My room offered a beautiful view of the sea, which made the stay even more special. Fatima and Hasna assisted me with booking tours, and I especially want to thank Hasna for her kindness and thoughtful recommendations.
