Very convenient to some restaurants, bars and the sea front. 5 minutes from bus stop at end of Alcalá town on Los Gigantes side. Nothing really.

• Florian (5/5): - Außer dem Geruch hat Lage und Ausstattung gepasst. Das „Fenster“ war in ein überdachtes Innenhof ausgerichtet. In dem Innenhof wurde die Wäsche gewaschen und geraucht. Von frischer Luft konnte man hier gar nicht reden. Alles hat nach abgestandenem Rauch gerochen. Eklig in winem Nicht-Raucher Unterkunft.

• Paulina (3/5): Więcej do tego pensjonatu nie wrócimy. - Bardzo dobra lokalizacja, czystość pościeli i ogólnie czystość po za podłogą. Często odbierane śmieci z kosza. Bardzo mały pokoik, by mieć gdzie położyć cokolwiek trzeba korzystać z małego rozkładanego turystycznego stolika. Okno pokoiku nie jest na zewnątrz budynku tylko do wewnętrznego, bardzo wąskiego patio. Patio jest zadaszone a dół zaadoptowany na pralnie, suszarnie pościeli i magazyn. W efekcie brak wentylacji, a całe patio i pokoiki z oknami do patio, są przesiąknięte bardzo mocnym zapachem chemii. Codziennie o godzinie 7 rano, bardzo długo, dzwoni budzik.

A pesar de tener baño compartido la limpieza de la pensión es muy buena, su personal es muy atento, en especial Rafa, una persona muy amable y acogedora. La pensión se encuentra en un punto de la isla idóneo, su ubicación está cerca del sur de la isla y a un paso de los gigantes. Alcalá es una zona muy tranquila, sin ruido, fuera del bullicio, que cuenta con un amplio sitio para aparcar fuera de la pensión. En resumen es ideal para pasar unos días de relax! Nada

• Anaïs (8/5): Conforme à la description - Très bon emplacement pour découvrir la côte ouest, à proximité immédiate de la mer. Le secteur est agréable, avec de belles plages, des piscines naturelles et une jolie promenade, idéale pour les couchers de soleil. Conforme à la description, la chambre était propre et dispose d’une grande salle de bain. Il est facile de se garer à proximité du logement. Pour un séjour de quelques nuits, le logement convient tout à fait. À noter toutefois : la chambre ne possède pas de fenêtre donnant sur l’extérieur, mais seulement sur un petit patio intérieur servant d’espace étendoir. Les murs sont très mal isolés, on entend vraiment tous les bruits. Des boules Quies peuvent être utiles pour les personnes sensibles au bruit.

The guys working here are phenomenal — they really take great care of every detail. The cleanliness level is outstanding. At the reception, you can get information about rent-a-car options and basically anything you might need. They even helped me with transportation, advising me which bus to take to the airport. Highly recommended — I will definitely come back. Fantastic place.

Hot water in the bathroom and good location were the main things for me and my boyfriend. We didn't have any kind of glass into the room. No tv, no mirror and the window is very small

Locatie vlakbij de zee, vlotte check-in en check-out, goede wifi, fijne eetgelegenheden, en supermarkt in de buurt. Comfortabel bed, handige koelkast in de kamer. Ik had een kamer met balkon en dat was zeker een meerwaarde. Het licht in de kamer vind ik persoonlijk wat te koel/ fel wit, maar het went.

• Anna (2/5): ODRADZAM - fatalna obsługa! - Pokój miał balkon i fajny widok, ale na pewno nie jest to cicha okolica, jakby wynikało z komentarzy - tuż obok jest otwarty do późna bar, a na przeciwko parking, ruch samochodowy był spory, więc trzeba było spać przy zamkniętym balkonie. W całym obiekcie unosi się zapach stęchlizny. Standard pokoju poniżej oczekiwań, np. pościel to klasycznie dwa prześcieradła i stara narzuta. Ręczniki były, ale nie wyglądały na świeżo wyprane, więc nie podzielam opinii o tym, że było super czysto, bo np. kabina prysznicowa wymagała wymycia. Obsługa obiektu jest fatalna, bardzo przykre doświadczenie. Najpierw czekałam 15 minut na zameldowanie, bo właściciel widząc mnie z walizką wyszedł do sąsiedniego baru. Pierwszym zdaniem które powiedział po powrocie było: „what do you want”. Zachowywał się dziwnie, trzęsły mu się ręce, w końcu zabrał leżący na ladzie mój telefon i chciał coś na nim klikać. Bałam się że będzie chciał anulować rezerwację, ale zaczął mówić o kaucji (obiekt pobiera kaucję 40-80 euro przy rozbudowanym regulaminie). Okazało się, że nie można płacić gotówką, a zwrot na kartę będzie w ciągu 14 dni. Na moją prośbę żeby pójść razem do pokoju zobaczyć jego stan, odpowiedział że nigdzie nie będzie chodził. Zaczął mi grozić odwołaniem rezerwacji i zasłaniał się, że jest tylko pracownikiem i o wszystkim decyduje szef. Z każdym słowem coraz bardziej podnosił głos, rozmowa była bardzo nieprzyjemna i atmosfera była taka, że byłam przekonana, że będzie mnie chciał oszukać i gdyby nie fakt, że nie było żadnego dostępnego noclegu w okolicy, to na pewno bym wyszła. Finalnie musiałam nagrywać długie filmiki pokazujące stan pokoju przy wejściu i przy opuszczaniu, bo np. na narzucie były ślady od przepalenia papierosem. Wymeldowanie do godz. 10:00 pod groźba zatrzymania kaucji... Rano był już inny mężczyzna na recepcji, który także powitał mnie słowami: „what do you want” i powiedział że wczoraj rozmawialiśmy z... szefem. Więc każdy się zasłania, że tylko tu pracuje. Na moją uprzejmą prośbę, żeby poszedł ze mną obejrzeć pokój, czy wszystko jest ok i są warunki do zwrotu kaucji, powiedział że teraz jest zajęty i nie może mi pomóc, po czym wrócił do rozmowy z sąsiadką. Serio, spałam w setkach miejsc, ale tak nieprzyjemnie i to bez żadnego powodu mnie jeszcze nie potraktowano. Każdy inny nocleg na Teneryfie był o wiele przyjemniejszy, więc ODRADZAM.

• Gabor David (10/5): A wonderful stay in a beautiful area, with kind people, clean rooms, and the ocean literally just st - From the accommodation you can already see the ocean — and within a straight 1-minute walk you can literally sit on the rocks with your feet hanging in the water. The staff is always kind, smiling and helpful, and everyone really tries to make your stay calm, comfortable and trouble-free. I also liked the shared bathroom. At first I was a bit worried, but it was always spotless, spacious and comfortable. I never had to wait for other guests, especially because there is also a private bathroom in the twin room on the same floor, so not everyone uses the shared one. I stayed here for a longer period and tried several room types. All of them were clean and well-kept, and some of them have a perfect ocean view with nothing blocking it. Restaurants, bars and a local supermarket are all within 5 minutes. There is also a bar/restaurant right in front of the accommodation. The area itself is beautiful — palm trees, cactuses, big playgrounds, plus great spots for running or doing yoga. Honestly, there was nothing I didn’t like. My stay was smooth from the beginning to the end. Everything matched or even exceeded my expectations, and I never experienced anything that would have made me uncomfortable. If I really had to mention something, it would only be small personal preferences, but nothing that would take away from the overall positive experience.
• Irene (8/5): Eine gute Homebase für einen tollen Urlaub. - Die Lage der Pension ist prima, um Ausflüge zu machen. Es ist ruhig und sauber in der Pension. Die Gemeinschaftsbäder werden täglich mehrmals gereinigt. Man findet immer einen Parkplatz. Der Einrichtungsstil ist sehr schlicht. Das sieht man bereits auf den Bildern und dafür ist es auch günstig.
