• Carolina (10/5): Perfect location, cute and comfortable apartment! - We loved the location! There’s a bus stop just a 1-minute walk away and a Tesco nearby. We also loved the delicious dinner at Luca! We will definitely come back and recommend Casa Allerton to our friends and colleagues.
• Kenneth (8/5): Great room - Plenty of space and quite during night as bedroom is at back property. Pillows a bit lumpy. Matress could be a little more accepting.

Didn’t meet owner - Location convenient for course was attending Nice shower / bathroom Decent sized flat Comfy sofa, good TV with working channels Milk in fridge nice touch Dirty cup, bowl, cutlery and inside of fridge. Strong smell of air freshener throughout. Door lock to property didn’t feel secure. Be easy to break open. Need another lock / internal lock. Noisy until gone 11pm with loud music - glad I had earplugs

• Karin (8/5): All in all it was a great little flat and I slept well, milk on the fridge was a nice touch - thank you! - Clean and comfortable Surprisingly quiet for the location The flat was a bit dark itself Coming back from a party late the location was a little bit scary; I would have liked a double lock on the door.

• Fuller (8/5): - It was a nice comfortable apartment Could have had a washing machine, microwave and a plug for the kitchen sink. The dishwasher had a terrible smell. Could not understand the parking on the road out front.
• Philip (8/5): A comfortable flat in an excellent location. - The apartment is in a great location close to amenities such as restaurants, cafes, grocery stores and transport. The kitchenette has basic equipment for preparing easy meals. Good place for a short stay of a couple of days. Unfortunately when we arrived to check in the apartment had not been serviced after the previous guests. We were able to visit family while the host sorted the issue. We appreciated the bottle of Prosecco, slice of tiramisu, piece of focaccia, and apology card that the host left for us. Upwards facing spotlights shine through at night. Block out curtains over the front windows would be a definite improvement.

• Susan (9/5): Good standard. - Nicely appointed. Good decor, as shown in their photos. There are side lights which I appreciate! Bed not massive, but comfy and we both slept very well in it. It is on a busy street, so you do get a bit of noise, but it went quiet overnight.

Имахме уговорка за супер ранно настаняване за което бях много благодарна, но в деня на настаняване все още нямах код. Извадихме късмет с любезен персонал в ресторанта който ни съдейства.

• Sarah (8/5): - The property is close to the shops and the restaurant downstairs which the host owns as well, was absolutely delicious and we really enjoyed our meal. The convenience to the airport really suited us. The only thing that needs attention, are the blinds in the living room. They are a bit damaged, but we could close them. There is a very bright light outside to highlight the restaurant and it shines into the property. So maybe some alternative window covers could work. We used both rooms to sleep in, and had eye masks, so it didnt trouble us. Didn't effect our stay.

• Abigail (7/5): Lovely apartment - Lovely property, very clean and felt like a home from home. Loud music started at 9pm until around 11:30pm. Struggled to sleep due to this. Also black out blinds would be very beneficial as the blinds in the living room were broken and the bedroom blinds did not keep the room dark enough once the music started.

• Anthony (8/5): Perfect option for a short stay. - If you are looking to stay in this part of town, then this is a perfect location. The apartment is located in the main street with everything you need nearby. A large Tesco is 5 minutes walk away, a Sainsbury's Local across the road, cafes, restaurants and pubs close by. The bus stop into town is across the road. Yes it is on the main street, but the traffic noise is minimal with the windows closed and the bedroom is at the back, away from the road. The apartment was nicely furnished and very clean. The photos on the listing show the apartment perfectly. This may not be the best option for any stay longer than a night or two. I was here for a 10 night stay and was impressed by the listed facilities. I had already been travelling for 7 days and knew I would need laundry facilities as listed (now deleted) but there were none available. An apology was given but I still had the cost and wasted time at a local laundromat. For a 10 day stay I was planning on cooking some meals. The equipment was minimal but adequate if you are not gourmet cooking. There was one "sharp" knife which would not cut butter. The host offered to provide some however these never turned up. I was able to borrow a knife from the restaurant below - from the look the chef gave me; he was not happy with that arrangement. Some instructions on how to use the cooktop would be helpful.

• Susan (9/5): Superb - Very good apartment. Bed comfy, place well thought out. Well equipped and great value for money. Would definitely book again. Small thing really. A shelf of some sort in the bathroom would be good. A fan would also be good.

The owner was very helpful — I requested a late check-out until 12, and she kindly agreed. The apartment was quite warm inside, which wasn’t comfortable, I couldn’t open the bedroom window because there’s a restaurant chimney directly beside the window , and the food smell was very strong. The bed was a queen size, but unfortunately, it wasn’t spacious enough for two adults and an infant.

Quality apartment, well planned and furnished.Plenty of bars, restaurants, Sainsbury’s Express, a few minutes walk away. Bus stop into city across road. The owners have their own restaurant “Luca” below apartment. Really nice food/wines with helpful, friendly staff. Open for dinner and breakfast with a discount for guests. Thank you.

After we checked out we had Breakfast at the Luca restaurant downstairs and that was really yummy too. We would definitely use Luca Apartment again in future trips to Liverpool!
