• Borislav (10/5): - Great, clean and spacious apartment. All the necessary facilities are available for a pleasent stay, the ski slopes are near. The apartment was very warm!

• Vanya (9/5): Lovely place to feel the winter and nature. - The appartment was well equipped with anything we need for our stay. It was nice to find board games and children's books at the property. It has a washing machine and drier. Two bathrooms was nice to have and the appartment was very clean and big . The only down side was the road approaching the hotel as was lots of pod hols and lots of water and ice. More like government issue rather then the hotel.

• Pavel (9/5): - Апартаментът е добре обзаведен и разполага с всичко необходимо за комфортен престой. Има модерна кухня, пералня, съдомиялна и кафе машина, което създава добри първоначални впечатления. Като цяло мястото има потенциал, но е добре гостите да бъдат предварително информирани какво не се включва в престоя, за да могат да се подготвят съответно. Все пак искам да споделя и някои забележки. Отсядаме за втора поредна година и има видимо влошаване на предлаганото в апартамента. Детската стая не беше на очакваното ниво – леглата са много неудобни, а вратата не се затваря, което създава неудобство. Макар апартаментът да е добре оборудван с електроуреди, използването им е ограничено, ако не сте си донесли собствени консумативи. Например: няма препарат за пране, нито таблетки за съдомиялната. Кафе машината работи с капсули от конкретна марка, но такива не се предоставят. Тоалетната хартия, душ-гел и шампоан също трябва да си носите. При запитване към хазяйката за тоалетна хартия, ми беше напомнено, че това не е хотел, а апартамент за гости. Все пак след два дни ни бяха предоставени 4 ролки тоалетна хартия за 5 души за 6 нощувки, както и някои други консумативи, но това стана едва на 3–4 ден от престоя, след като вече си бяхме закупили необходимото от Смолян.
• T (10/5): - A brand new,spacious,nice and clean apartment equipped with everything you would need to cook and have a good time. Instructions on check in and check out were clear and easy. They are still putting the final touches on the common places of the building,but we are very happy with our stay,and recommend the flat.
• Evgeni (10/5): Exceptional - Very comfortable apartment, with two bedrooms with own bathrooms, huge living room, kitchen, close to ski slope, with good heating in all building, every room have own central heater.Hot water 24hours. Fully equiped kitchen with all the necessary machines for one family with child. Good coffe machine with capsule.Dish washer and washing machine with dryer. We was very happy to stay. Thanks to owners wich was very frendly and helphul peoples Apartment is equiped with fireplace, which made our stay very romantic. We strongly reccomend this apartment for family people🙂

The cozy atmosphere and beautiful mountain views made our trip even more special. The location was perfect—close to the ski slopes and local attractions, yet peaceful and relaxing. The hosts were very friendly and accommodating, ensuring we had everything we needed. Our kids especially loved the warm and inviting space after a fun day in the snow. Highly recommend for families looking for a great getaway!
