• Laloni (10/5): We loved it and would come back! - They used the "What's App" to communicate with me. the apartment is huge; everything you would ever need. It was excellent to have the underground garage, so that we didn't have to park on the street! The location was good to get to the beach and the old town. I'd tell my friends about it. Some people might not have the app "Whatsapp" and that could be problematic.
• marina (10/5): cet appartement était idéal pour nous reposer après les journées à visiter la ville. - appartement spacieux, 3 chambres très grandes, les lits très confortable, cuisine nickel, salon avec télé connectable à nos téléphones. Parking souterrain. clés très facile d'accès grâce au plan d'accès. place de parking très étroite.
• Agnieszka (9/5): Czysty, dobrze urządzony i w świetnej lokalizacji lokal. - Najlepsza jest lokalizacja, blisko (spacerkiem) do centrum i w okolicy sklep. Poza tym wielkość obiektu i czystość. Garaż bardzo ciasny i ciężko było w nim manewrować, ale i tak fajnie, że był. Gdy jedna osoba korzystała z prysznica w jednej łazience, a druga w drugiej, to woda potrafiła być lodowata. Tak jakby piec nie nadążał.

• Bernadette (10/5): Great stay - Apartment was excellent and much bigger than the images from the photos. Great location, a few minutes stroll to central funchal and the old town. Nothing, the entrance to the garage is a bit steep, but that's understandable in a city like Funchal.

• Viktor (10/5): Everything was amazing overall, location is central and we had everything we needed - Spacious, clean Complicated access to the garage, especially that there is no parking spot nearby, so accessing the garage keys at first is tough. If you are not comfortable driving a manual car, steep road, and floating traffic from both sides exactly at the garage exit - be ready it will be quite a challenge!
• Kerner (8/5): Grosse gut gelegene Wohnung - Grosse Wohnung mit viel Platz für Alle. Dir Altstadt fußläufig erreichbar. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter klappt gut. Die Wohnung könnte sauberer sein. Die Matratzen sind zu hart und die Bettdecken zu warm. Starker Geruch aus dem Abfluss. Die Waschmaschine verschmutzt und daher war für uns nicht brauchbar.
• Mélida (9/5): Amazing stay near Funchal center - Alex apartment is extremely clean, large and very well located near the center of Funchal. It’s also nicely renovated and furnished. Fabio was extremely friendly and responsive to our every query. We found the beds a bit hard. The little balcony is very cute and has great views but the street below can be loud. This is not an issue with the window closed.

• Maria del Carmen (7/5): - El apartamento es grande, tiene de todo, está bastante cerca del centro para ir andando, aunque la vuelta es cuesta arriba. Tiene garaje en el mismo edificio, lo que es bastante interesante en Funchal. Uno de los baños olía muy mal. Debía tener algún problema con el desagüe del lavabo, porque no tenía sifón. Lo comuniqué al propietario, y el mismo día envió a alguien a intentar arreglarlo, pero no se solucionó, porque no puso el sifón, solo selló algo con un poco de silicona pero el olor continuó. En el piso de arriba empezaron a hacer una reforma, y tuvimos dos días de muchísimo ruido. Nos quejamos, pero el propietario dijo que tenían derecho a hacerlo y que eran horas normales para hacer ese ruido. No nos habían avisado previamente y no nos dieron ninguna solución. El apartamento está cerca del centro, pero como Funchal, y en general, Madeira tiene muchas cuestas, para volver andando desde el centro hay que subir varias calles cuesta arriba para llegar al apartamento.

• Joseph (10/5): - An excellent apartment in a great location. Thank you for a wonderful stay. Facilities were generally great. As mentioned, the apartment was excellent but it could perhaps do with slightly more crockery, glasses and mugs in particular.
• Sara (7/5): - Casa limpa com tudo o que é necessário para uma estadia em família. Uma das casas de banho sempre com cheio a fossa. Cozinha com pouca loiça e nada organizada.

• Ojcanada (9/5): Lovely Apartment in the heart of city - The apartment features three bedrooms and two bathrooms, making it ideal for families or groups. The host was very lovely and helpful. They were very easily reachable and always available.The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances, including a dishwasher, oven, and washing machine. Situated within walking distance to Funchal's city center, supermarkets, and the ocean which was a plus. washrooms could be imporved /upgraded.

It was spacious, well equipped for longer stays and just a very short walk from the city centre with cafes, restaurants and a larger supermarket just around the corner. We especially appreciated the great support for an early check-in!

Helpful staff Mix up with keys on arrival but this was rectified quickly. Surprisingly busy road so was quite a lot of traffic noise but OK at night, no trouble sleeping

• Richard (9/5): Very comfortable apartment for a family. - The apartment is large, modern, and clean, and was comfortable for our group of 4 adults and 2 young children. It is also well-appointed with excellent furnishings. The apartment is a few minutes' walk from a downtown shopping area and grocery store. An extra set of keys would be helpful.
• Anastasiia (9/5): Superb - Very large, comfortable, beautiful apartment. There is everything you need even for a long stay, including such little things as tea, coffee, olive oil, salt, dishwasher and washing machine products, etc. You can use everything right away and do not need to buy such little things. Comfortable beds. 2 bathrooms. In general, everything is very convenient. Good location, not far from the center and the embankment of Funchal. Smell from the shower stall. And the presence of small ants.
• Stephanie (9/5): A comfortable stay in a well equipped and spacious apartment within walking distance of most things. - Walking distance to city centre, supermarkets etc. Very quiet at night. Well equipped kitchen, comfortable sofa for the evening. Comfortable beds, very good Wi-Fi, excellent hot water supply. Air conditioning which we used as a heater on a couple of chilly evenings. Host answered questions promptly. A choice of balconies if we wanted to sit outside. Useful washing machine and dishwasher, with tablets supplied. A bit more info, eg a paper map of the city, and directions on foot to the supermarket. Lack of mugs in the kitchen, only small coffee cups, and a couple of giant ones.

• Philip (10/5): Short stay in Funchal - A very comfortable appartement. Good kitchen facilities. Quiet area apart from some traffic noise at certain times of the day but not intrusive. Easy walk into centre although up hill on the way back. Hand over was smooth and on time with good communication with host. Nothing to say.
• Lina (8/5): Very good - It is a big 3 bedroom apartment, so it was a plenty of space for us! It got everything needed for the stay. A huge plus is available parking. Walking distance to the city center. Instructions where to arrive could have been relayed a bit better.
• Thales (10/5): Exceptional - The apartment is spacious and very well located. It's a few minutes walk from the downtown and several places you're probably planning to visit in Funchal. The views from the balconies are also beautiful. There is a good kitchen with stove, microwave and fridge, however, we couldn't find pans. Our stay was great and I do recommend the place.

• Barbara (10/5): Excellent accommodation, would definitely recommend! - Bright, clean, modern apartment with 3 balconies, a very well equipped kitchen and spacious living/dining room. There is a good sized bathroom plus an en-suite. The apartment is on the third floor, but there is a lift (there are a few steps at street level to the door of the building). Lovely view from the kitchen balcony up towards the hills. The underground parking space in the garage was invaluable, as it is difficult to find on-street parking in Funchal's narrow streets. Excellent location - grocery store a few minutes walk away, and the centre of town was just 15 minutes walk downhill. Communication with the host was very good, and a friend of his was there to give us the key on arrival. Just to point out there's a very steep slope down into the garage and it takes a bit of manoeuvring to get in and out of the parking space, that said, this free parking was a real bonus.
