• Axel (9/5): - Besonders gut hat uns die Begleitung bis zum Urlaub gefallen. Wir würden ständig auf dem laufenden gehalten und Beschreibungen waren immer sehr gut nachzuvollziehen. Das Apartment ist toll ausgestattet, es hat an nichts gefehlt. Die Küche komplett ausgestattet, zwei Bäder, große bequeme Schlafzimmer/Betten und eine Terrasse rundete das Angebot ab. Leider hatte ein Bad ab dem zweiten Tag kein warmes Wasser in der Dusche. Aber das wird sicherlich ein Problem sein, dass schnell abzustellen ist.
• Jacqueline (9/5): Very enjoyable thank you. - Location is perfect and as always very clean Felt it lacked a little warmth in the living area, a couple of pictures on the walls and table lamps would help. Also the bed in ensuite room is too firm, however these are just personal opinions and it wouldn’t stop me returning.

• Chiz (10/5): A superb 3 day stay. - We are just home after a 3 day stay at the Braan apartment. This is definitely going to be our go-to staycation apartment. The apartment is immaculately presented with everything available. We would highly recommend these apartments as they are close to all the local restaurants and tourist sites. It is a great space to relax in after a day out & about.

Very friendly and helpful as we were allowed to put cases in early, and use parking earlier too. Lovely location by the park, and beautiful apartment. Narrow in 2nd bedroom between bed and tv on wall. But still a lovely room however.

It is located next to the Inch, the views of the sun rise are lovely in the morning. Excellent walks both North and South down the Tay along the Inch. Clean well thought through decor and interior. Host’s response to questions was quick. We would recommend and definitely stay again, thankyou. It would be great to have a big serving spoon and a large bowl for salad.

Parking instructions - we arrived on a wet and dark evening and couldn’t immediately see where our allocated parking space was located. TV instructions - we had great difficulty in viewing normal TV channels. After a great deal of time and experimentation, we were successful.

I figured out the Npresso after making a cup of mostly hot water but the dryer was difficult to master. Washing was fine but drying was another story. Having never used a washer/dryer combo the instructions provided were of no help whatsoever Operation of washer/dryer

• Fiona (9/5): Smart and cosy apartment near city centre. - This apartment is in an excellent location and finished to a high standard with superior bedding and appliances. It's warm and has an excellent shower. We liked the discreet lighting, comfy big sofa and the fire. It's quiet at night and adjacent to huge parks for walks as well as only five-ten minutes' walk from the centre of Perth. Parking space is nearby and was much appreciated. Instructions for entry are clear but I still had to phone for assistance and it was immediately resolved. The bed is not an extra large as described on the site. A bottle opened would be useful and the bedroom door to the outside didn't seem to be very secure.

• Barbara (10/5): A brilliant apartment - perfect location, well equipped and with a superbly helpful manager. - The self-catering apartment is ideally located, overlooking the North Inch Park and the River Tay, close to the city centre and all visitor attractions. Breakfast was not offered, but I prefer to cater for myself anyway. I have no complaints about the apartment, as it is elegant, comfortably furnished and well equipped with all that a visitor might require. Amanda, who is the manager, would try her best to meet any special requirements.

• Julia (10/5): A fantastic apartment and a brilliant stay. - We loved the location. The park opposite was perfect for seeing the Northern Lights. The road was quiet, and yet it was a short walk into town. The apartment had everything we needed for our stay. We cooked meals from scratch with no trouble at all as the kitchen had everything we needed. The bed and bedding were super comfortable, and getting up in the morning was a struggle! Loved the fluffy towels and luxury soap. Parking was a bonus although it was a bit a walk when we had lots to load and unload. We ended up parking in the spaces opposite the front door to save carrying everything around which worked well. Communication was excellent, and we always received prompt replies to our questions. Nothing. We loved it!

The rug in the lounge fit us was a trip hazard. No dishwasher, but there was a washing washing machine. For us we would have preferred this the other way round

Location very good, the two day stay at the Tay Apartment was superb. Very difficult to dislike as the apartment was excellent , great location, car parking fine and no issues with checking in or out.

Apartment clean, and looked lovely. Great, quiet location with a view of park area, yet just a short walk to town and local facilities/bars and restaurants. Parking space a bonus. Nice toiletries and bottle of wine in fridge a lovely touch. Couldn't get live TV channels, but weren't in much anyhow.

It is in a beautiful part of Perth overlooking a park and the river and is very quiet. The manager Amanda happened to be on site when we arrived so we had a warm welcome too. Amanda also was there when we left and drove us to the station! Fabulous all round we will be back and will recommend to family and friends. Nothing
• William (10/5): Very enjoyable and relaxing stay would definitely return. - Location was very central with plenty of shops, pubs and restaurants within walking distance. The duvet on the bed was very warm and heavy. Would have liked a lighter duvet but this is only our personal choice. Overall our stay was fabulous.

• Kenneth (9/5): Apart from the dislikes an enjoyable stay. - The location was ideal for getting to and from the city centre there was an issue with the wifi which was quickly rectified by Amanda who was polite and very pleasant to talk to. My grandaughter found an empty crisp packet under one of the sofas whilst Amanda was there rectifying the wifi and said she would be speaking to the cleaner, the shower tray in the ensuite was slippery when the shower was running also the cover for the plughole was not secure and the taps on the sink could have cleaner.

The soap dish in the shower was almost falling off the wall. I reported it but didn’t get any feedback. Also the TV signal was very temperamental.

• Kaspar (10/5): We all loved it and enyoyed our stay very much. - It's simply a very nice appartement, beautifully and comfortably furbished and very quiet. The heating system seemed to be out a bit. First it didn't kick in at the time it should have according to the handbook and we were cold. Then it got too hot for our taste (27 degrees C). We thought, that the programming was off somehow. Sure something that can be fixed. In the kitchen, we missed a few basic items like a cutting board (we bought one and left it there) and a smaller saucepan. Other things too but I forgot. Obviously, no one really cooks full meals there!
