• Tracy (8/5): Nice weekend in Hereford in convenient location to walk to city centre. - Convenient location. 2 bed and 2 bathroom. Lots of on road parking available. Neighbours parked in both spaces over the weekend. It wasn’t a massive problem as both our cars found spaces on the road but it would be good to have a clearly marked drive space.

Didn’t know which parking space to use but as there were only 2, i suppose it didn’t matter :-)

• Kelly (2/5): AVOID - BEWARE IF STAYING HERE BEWARE! This property has worn and stained carpets and is now trying to claim money from us for damages. They also sent us pictures of a dirty fridge and a sink full of water and said that we had "damaged" the property. We have requested CCTV footage of proof that our staff entered the property with dirty footwear, as it was noted there are cameras inside, which we are still waiting for as the property has not provided..
• Joanne (9/5): Lovely little break in this modern cosy apartment - Lovely modern apartment, very warm and cosy with everything there. Disappointed with the stains on the entrance stair carpet and big stain on bedroom carpet.

• John (6/5): Excellent quiet location and easy to get into Hereford quickly. - The location was excellent and the flat was comfortable although the kitchen equiment was basic. The heating was very effcient and the place warmed up very quickly. The oven was unusable as all of the markings have worn off so it was impossible to know which function was being used or what the temperature was. There were virtually no instructions for anything and we struggled with the heating as we couldn't get the Wifi to connect with the thermostat. We managed to make it work by using the boiler controls and it worked well.

• Lynn (9/5): I enjoyed my stay very much once I got used to things and would come again like a shot! - It was a good size apartment, clean, comfortable and handy for town. I found difficulty working the TV. I was wanting channels 1, 2, 3 ,4 and 5. Eventually I managed to get channels 3 and 5 . I couldn't get the fan to work when cooking so opened all the window (3) in the area. I was worried as to how I was going to get into the property but got a code sent at 8.15 am on the day I was travelling there. I haven't used booking.com before and when the hosts said they were coming to have gas appliances checked I thought I'd reply to say I'd be there so I could ask about the things mentioned above. I didn't get a reply, so eventually went out. They came when I was out. I haven't stayed anywhere where I haven't met the host before but I got used to it!

• Jon Stuart (9/5): Spacious, airy appartment with plenty of space. - Very clean, spacious apartment. Two bathrooms are great when both bedrooms are occupied. Convenient location close to city but quiet, away from traffic. No washing up liquid or dishcloth supplied (scourer stick with liquid in it).
• Pauline (8/5): Great apartment - Lovely apartment close to the city (5 mins drive). Very comfortable and well equipped, very comfy beds and big bathrooms with walk in shower. Nice quiet area near to a lovely green park. Great places to visit (if you love trees) Westonbury Mill Water Gardens and Hergescroft. Please be aware this apartment is upstairs on the 1st floor - we didn't pick that up from the description. The garden was completely unuseable and we were there when it was very hot. Very overgrown and no garden furniture. We have let the owner know so hopefully this will be fixed for the next visitors.
• Marie (9/5): Comfy Hereford Stay - Very good communications with Gerald prior to arrival. Lock box a little high for us to read access code numbers easily - we managed! Apartment spacious & very clean. Nice kitchen utensils. Beds very comfortable. Showers had good pressure & great hot water. Really a lovely place to stay. The "what we didn't like issues" stopped it from being perfect. Need to have a manual or written instructions for washing machine! Tried to google a manual but had no idea what the model number was! Had very wet clothes & nowhere to dry them....Need a clothes airer as there is not a dryer. Bedrooms had fancy & pretty "globe" lights with remote to change colours BUT needed a proper bedside light.

Slightly further out of Hereford centre than I expected, but in a very nice neighbourhood. A tiny thing but I would have liked a reading light/lamp in the bedroom.

• Connor (10/5): Exceptional - The apartment was spotless and spacious, bed was very comfortable, parking was clear and I don't think I've ever seen so many coffee sachets provided in my life - very generous. Instructions for checking into the property were clear, welcoming and abundant and it was a genuinely lovely stay. A gem in Hereford that we will happily return to. Only thing we couldn't figure out was the TV, seemed brand new with some of the protective sticky plastic on etc and possibly hasn't been tuned yet. But otherwise brilliant.
• Claire (8/5): Very good - Clean modern flat. Plenty of hot water. Extra washing up liquid and cleaning clothes would be useful. No external light in the side passage to the entrance. Property cold. Bins make access to the rear of the car difficult unless you park across the pavement. No instructions for TV. The security chain on the door was missing. l had to travel alone due to illness, this made me feel uncomfortable as a lone female.
