• Margherita (9/5): Vista mozzafiato - Stupenda posizione, appartamento accogliente e funzionale. Sembrava di essere a casa propria. Vista mozzafiato dal balcone della sala,tra Piazza Dan Carlo e Piazza Castello. Comodissima e confortevole. Ideale per 4 amiche per la pelle come noi oppure per due coppie. Mi piacerebbe tornare
• Nadezhda (10/5): - The best location. The apartment has everything that is needed.The host was not super talkative, but nice and we were able to check in 2 hours early. There is a balcony, elevator, beds were ok. The bathrooms are not the best, they need refreshing, but they are clean and based on the location and the price I would say they are just fine.

Alberto was a lovely, lovely person, ensuring that we were well informed in the functioning of the apartment. The apartment was beautiful and very clean - spotless in fact. Would we stay there again absolutely in a heart beat. Very happy. Absolutely nothing
• Carla (10/5): Visita a Torino - Posizione centralissima vicina a tutte le piazze al Museo Egizio e alla Mole. Casa molto accogliente, grande, pulita, letti comodi. La consiglio vivamente per una visita alla città di Torino che è fantastica.

• Rosa (8/5): Soggiorno top! - La posizione ottima! Nel vero centro di torino,vicino a tutto e soprattutto alle piazze importanti da andare anche a piedi senza stress. A due passi anche dal museo egitto proprio alle spalle. Lo staff. Ma in realtà suppongo che sia solo del signore “anziano” che ci ha accolto per fare il check in. Lo chiamo “anziano” perchè oltre alla sua maggiore età ,che non discuto,non sappiamo davvero il suo nome non si è neanche presentato per via whatsap e ne di persona. Aveva detto che in 10/15 minuti saremmo arrivati al castello suite dall’aereoporto,non essendoci mai stati non sapevamo il reale tempismo di arrivo. Per colpa del tempismo abbiamo dovuto fare ritardo e si era innervosito per questo (capisco il nervosismo del ritardo ma un host fa di tutto per far stare tranquilli dei clienti). Quindi non è stato piacevole l’esperienza di questo host per noi. Forse non è sempre cosi ma a noi purtroppo non sono piaciuti i modi. Divano letto da rivedere.

• MICHELE (4/5): Ottima posizione, ma odori, condizionatore difettoso e poca attenzione da parte della gestione. - Solo la posizione La posizione è centrale e quindi molto comoda per visitare la città, ma purtroppo l’esperienza complessiva non è stata positiva. L’appartamento aveva uno strano odore, in particolare nella stanza con il divano letto, e un cattivo odore negli armadi. Uno dei condizionatori perdeva acqua, mentre una tapparella era difettosa in quanto non si chiudeva completamente. Ciò che abbiamo trovato particolarmente spiacevole è stata la gestione poco disponibile e poco cortese, che non ha mostrato attenzione alle nostre esigenze e ha reso il soggiorno poco confortevole.

• Jiongchen (10/5): - We stayed in this apartment for five days and absolutely loved it. The location couldn’t be better, right in the heart of Turin, surrounded by fantastic restaurants, fascinating museums, and endless shopping options. Every street felt like a little scene from a postcard, and we enjoyed exploring something new each day. The apartment itself was spotless, well-equipped, and very comfortable for the three of us. It had everything we needed for our stay. If we come back to Turin (and we hope we do!), we’ll definitely book this place again.

• Aideen (9/5): A hidden gem at the heart of a lovely city - The location is second to none on the Main via Roma , tucked away among the Luxury shops and beside the main square with all the museums shops restaurants station in walking distance -we were even serenaded by the buskers from our balcony at night ! The apartment is very spacious and comfortable and Alberto answered any queries immediately As previous reviews said the Hob was very temperamental - a microwave might be useful and tea towels (There is a washing machine and dishwasher though we didn’t use them )
• Amma (10/5): Bliss in Turin - My friend and I were met by the lovely host Alberto who made us feel extremely welcomed. The accommodation was large and spacious with a well equipped kitchen and Wi Fi service. The beds were comfortable. Importantly the location was fantastic, central to shops and transport. The guided historical tour was free and worth going on ...it was fantastic! Apart from not being able to turn on the top part of the stove this was minor. There was not anything I didn't like.

No contrast at the edge of the step that make these steps very dangerous as the long curtains obscure this “invisible step”. Only espresso cups were available in the kitchen. No microwave.

• Giuseppe (7/5): Excellent location, big apartment, some fine-tuning needed - The location is unbeatable, very close to piazza Castello and piazza San Carlo. You can walk everywhere from the property. Plenty of space in the apartment . The apartment is very big but would need some better furniture and some additional touches, including for instance a shower curtain to avoid flooding the bathroom every time There's no WiFi at this property. No big deal for us as we were out most of the time but still... it's difficult these days to rent something without WiFi... If you go there by car (like us) please be aware that via Roma is not accessible to vehicles and nearby parkings can quickly become very expensive. The owners should also provide some info on the Limited Traffic Zone (ZTL) to avoid receiving a hefty fine. That was not our case but understanding the rules can be difficult for foreigners.
