• Virginie (10/5): - L’emplacement de l’appartement est idéal (proche de tous les sites a pied et Metros a 2 min de marche!). La taille des chambres est vraiment appréciable : on s’y sent tout de suite à l’aise, avec beaucoup d’espace pour chacun. Les lits sont fabuleux! Les deux salles de bains sont un vrai plus, surtout lorsque l’on voyage à deux couples : c’est à la fois pratique et confortable. Nous avons également été impressionnés par la propreté irréprochable des lieux. Tout était parfaitement entretenu et très soigné. Mais ce qui a rendu notre séjour encore plus agréable, c’est sans aucun doute l’accueil exceptionnel des propriétaires. Ce couple est d’une gentillesse remarquable, très professionnel et véritablement orienté service. Dès la réservation sur Booking jusqu’à notre départ, ils ont été attentifs au moindre détail et toujours disponibles pour s’assurer que tout se passe parfaitement. Une expérience vraiment excellente que nous recommandons sans hésitation ! Quelques petites améliorations pourraient rendre le séjour encore plus agréable. La cuisine est pratique, mais un peu petite pour 6 personnes lorsque l’on prépare les repas ensemble. Nous suggérons aussi d’ajouter un couteau à pain dans les équipements et une multiprise dans la cuisine pour faciliter l’utilisation des appareils. Cela dit, ce sont vraiment des détails mineurs...de plus nous sommes convaincus que, si nous l’avions signalé pendant le séjour, les propriétaires se seraient sans aucun doute déplacés pour nous les apporter tant leur sens du service et leur disponibilité étaient remarquables.

Love the welcoming from Angelo and Arame where so welcoming they received us with a great smile and show us all the installations, they are the best host ever they made us fill at home . We love it thank you so much for great service. The only problem was the elevator.
• An (10/5): Top-notch! - We were pleasantly surprised when we arrived at Karisma Suites: not only by the warm welcome and explanation from Angelo and Arame, but also by the very spacious apartment itself. There were 7 of us, yet we never felt cramped. The bedrooms were very large; the kitchenette and bathrooms were a bit on the smaller side but definitely functional—and in the end, we were mainly there to sleep, as the apartment's location was perfect for exploring Rome (we did everything on foot). Angelo also provided us with plenty of recommendations for dining (and shopping, though we didn't get around to that given all the sights 😉). Top-notch!

You are very close to historical center but also you are in the lively and safe center of city beside historical center. Inside the flat is amazingly big and clean. Everything was amazing.
• Jonathan (10/5): Super séjour en famille 4 adultes + 1 enfant - Accueil très chaleureux des hôtes, beauté des lieux en entrant dans le bâtiment, tout le nécessaire du quotidien : café, thé, bouteilles d'eau, papier toilette, serviettes de bain, draps et couettes supplémentaires, tout y est, même une poussette canne a disposition dans le logement pour les enfants. Toutes commodités au pied du bâtiment, pizzeria, glacier, supérette, métro, arrêt de bus. Seules petites remarques bienveillantes : - manque de rideaux occultant dans les chambres - une table basse pour le salon - attention, il y a quelques marches pour arriver au second étage où il y a le logement - porte coulissante entre 2 chambres qui ne va pas au bout.

• Hao Chih (10/5): Absolutely a six-star experience. - The apartment was in a great location, close to the subway station and with a bus stop nearby. They provided everything we needed for a week's stay. There was a kettle, which was very helpful for my elderly Taiwanese mother who needs hot water. The apartment's introduction and important information were very clear before check-in. They even helped us book a car to the airport early in the morning, which we were very grateful for.

• Ester (10/5): - How helpful the owner was towards us as we were all sick. She helped us with our bags made us tea. However, it was somewhat creepy to have both owners there waiting for cash for taxes. This should have been able to be collected via card or other means. I did not like the showers as in-between the some of the grout in-between tiles were black. Was not use to being restricted to 10 hours only of electricity a day. These were minor.

Even water bottles upon arrival. Airco in one bedroom is noisy. And for a group of five there a too few comfortable seats in the living room.

He went above and beyond to arrange private airport transfers, which made a huge difference travelling with my elderly father and 5-year-old. On arrival, Armre greeted us warmly, helped with luggage, and gave us a thorough tour of the house and its amenities. The home was spotless, full of charm, and truly felt like a home away from home. The location was perfect—close to shops, restaurants, and within walking distance of many attractions. Easy for taxis and Ubers to find too. Highly recommend!

• Bert (10/5): Fantastic palce to saty. - It was a amazing place to stay while visiting Rome. It right in the center of everything me and my family wanted to do. We decided to walk every where we went. The host Angleo and his family were great. Since me and my family are a party of 7. This place had plenty of room and space and bathrooms for us to use. Also lots of shops and great places to eat right next to it... Now if your not wanting to climb up stairs to get to your room sorry to tell you you have to at least climb one or two staircase to get to the elevator. If you have a wheelchair it okay. They have one of those wheelchair side walls carriers. But that would be the only problem i think this place would have. But for us it was fantastic.

• Ray (10/5): Karisma Suites was attractive, clean, comfortable and well-furnished in a very convenient location. - Arame and Angelo were wonderful hosts. They met us at the door outside and ushered us in. They explained all aspects of their beautiful apartment and how to get to various attractions. We were a 10-minute walk from Roma Termini which was not too difficult even with heavy luggage. It was about a 17-minute walk to the Colosseum, a little less to Trevi Fountain and a little more to the Spanish Steps. Convenient to the Metro as well. The apartment had all the appliances of a home and we appreciated the welcome basket of fruit. We only stayed two nights but we would be very comfortable staying there longer. When we arrived, Angelo informed us that the internet service in the area was down and the utility provider was trying to resolve it. So we used our cell phones which had just enough connection service when seated by the windows. (We have both AT&T and Verizon). We also wish that there were fewer stairs to climb but this was really only an inconvenience when bringing luggage up. And this was mitigated by Arame and Angelo helping us with the luggage.
• Patricia (10/5): Beautiful apartment in best location in Rome with very helpful and friendly owners who will make the trip fabulous - It’s a beautiful place with top quality beds and beautiful wood walls that have art pieces and historical books. The hosts are very friendly and welcoming. They are available for information on transportation and tours around Rome. Full kitchen and grocery stores within 2 blocks and fashion stores and restaurants are within walking distance. Best apartment we have stayed in within Europe. Highly recommend booking this apartment! Nothing!
• Warren (10/5): A delightful experience. - The location was perfect for all sites, restaurants and metro. Angelo and his wife met us the moment we arrived at the apartment to give us the keys and assist us old folks with our luggage and gave all four of us on a tour around the Apartment that we said that we could live there year round. Angelo made arrangements for airport rides and a ride to our Cruise boat. We have been big travelers for decades .... I must say that Angelo, his wife and the Karisma Apartment, made this trip to Rome a wonderful experience.

Upon arrival, they waited for us to personally show us around the apartment and nearby grocery stores, which was a wonderful touch. After a long flight from the US, my family of six was greeted with cooled water and a huge bowl of delicious, fresh fruits. Every time I rent apartments, I’m always worried about cleanliness, but here, there was no worry or stress. I could sleep on the pillowcases as they smelled so clean. The apartment itself was immaculate—spotless and clearly well-cared for. The host mentioned she spent four hours cleaning before our arrival, and it truly showed. Every corner of the space was pristine. The apartment was beautifully designed, well-organized, and had a fresh, clean scent. The bathrooms were spotless, and the air conditioning in the rooms was a welcome relief during the hot weather. Despite being located on a busy street, the entire building was incredibly beautiful and remarkably quiet. Communication was a breeze, with the hosts being easy to contact and always replying within minutes. Their promptness and attentiveness made our stay even more enjoyable. If we return to Rome, we will definitely stay at this location again, as we couldn't have asked for a better experience. We highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone looking for a comfortable and welcoming place to stay.

It was a block from the metro and a 10 minute walk to the Roma Termini. Was the perfect location to get anywhere in Rome either by metro or walking. We used the train from the airport to the apt, from Rome to Florence and from Rome to the cruise line. Perfect location.
• Lynda (10/5): A lovely sanctuary in the city. - Karisma Suites is a lovely sanctuary in the city - perfect to co e back to after a hot day looking around Rome. It’s conveniently located to the station in a nice street and very close to good Italian cafes and restaurants. The apartment itself is very stylish and well-appointed. And our hosts were lovely and super helpful. Hauling our suitcases up the first flight of steps was a challenge but this is normal in many older buildings in Europe and then there is a small lift to get to the suite.

What a fabulous experience. Prior to our arrival we were assisted with every request regarding transport, tour guides and the likes. The perfect hosts mean a whole lot more…. Extras such as a bowl of fruit on arrival, spring water and all extra amenities which are not expected. I am truly sure our stay in Rome would not have been so exceptional, but for Karisma Suites. • Emma (10/5): Perfect family city break in a really beautiful apartment in a perfect location. We will be back. - Karisma was perfect for our family of four. Greeted by Angelo and his family was a really lovely personal touch and made sure that we knew everything about the apartment. Everyone had their own room and the living area was great for hanging out together. All the beds were super comfy and the air conditioning came in very handy. Everywhere was so clean and the kitchen was very well equipped. Loved the little touches like shower gel and hand soap available and also hairdryers. Felt like a very upmarket hotel stay without the other guests. The location was perfect. Easy walking to all the main sites and a 20 minute ride on the metro to Vatican City. Lots of lovely restaurants and gelatos close by you don’t need to go far in the evening if you’re tired from the days activities. Angelo gave us a brilliant list of restaurant recommendations and we managed to get to one of them on our last evening. The only one negative which is absolutely no fault of the property is we were woken by the bins being collected on one of the nights. This was a very minor issue just to be aware of if you’re a light sleeper and obviously out of Angelo’s control. Otherwise at other times the apartment was really peaceful.

The building and the apartment itself were fabulous. Apartment is very well laid out and furnished to a very high standard. Even the sofa bed was comfortable and very easy to pull out and set up each night. Angelo and his wife and daughter greeted us and showed us every aspect of the apartment. Exceptional value for money and we hope to return soon.

The location is brilliant, with restaurants and shops on your doorstep and walking distance to all the main sights, and just a short walk to the closest metro stop. Facing away from the main street, it is also very quiet at night, meaning a peaceful sleep in the comfortable king size beds! Angelo and Arame were great hosts, giving us a warm welcome and overview of the apartment and even booking us an airport taxi at short notice. Would definitely recommend :)

The brief walkaround tour of the house was a nice personal touch The recommendations and mini tour of where groceries stores/good gelato were also a nice personal touch The apartment consisted off- 1x room which had a nice comfortable double bed (and the pillows were magical) The other room had another double bed with an additional single-there was a partition which separated the beds allowing private space. Equipped kitchen utensils/cutlery/cookery- it was like you really didnt need anything else aside from what you wanted to cook This place exceeded our expectation The architect and how long this building has been standing- its amazing how well its been maintained It was very close to the Termini train station (if you were wanting to train between cities like we are doing)- roughly, 5-10min walk This is not a criticism or negativity on the owners but only informative information for future travelers. There are a few flight of stairs before you reach a 2 man/woman lift. So for those who will have mobility issues such as my father- walking up and down the stairs could pose a challenge (but if you looked at how Angelo moves up and down those stairs with a walking stick- it may not be that much of a challenge for others) There is no other negativity I could think off- cause the place was perfect
• Keith (10/5): The hosts and the apartment added a fantastic end to our holiday. - Angelo and Arame were truly super hosts. They sent me all relevant information on their guest home, prior to arriving. They met us at the door and assisted in carrying our luggage to the apartment, presented my family and I with chilled water and a large bowl of fruit when we were settled. They briefed us on the apartment and on the local area, given us suggestions for restaurants etc. The apartment was well furnished, spotless and very comfortable. We liked everything about this guest home and could not fault anything. We appreciated Angelo and Arame for their great hosting and would most certainly return to this magnificent property if we were to visit Rome again, and certainly recommend it to anyone travelling to Rome. Thank you both for making our last few days of our holiday even more special. Loved totally everything.

• Dwayne (10/5): A perfect location very safe, very quiet, a huge value. - This is an outstanding location with short walks to numerous cultural sites. Very quiet. High standard of housekeeping. Very comfortable new firm beds. We loved getting together in the evenings in the common living area to share stories of our day.  Our host had the apartment ready with fresh produce and cool, bottled water. Will definitely return to this place. The host couple are delightful and generous people. 
• Anonymous (10/5): Angelo and Arame were a great host, very friendly, accommodating and generous. They let us store our baggage before our - I liked the big space, how clean the apartment was and it was quiet and peaceful inside.
