• Alexander (7/5): Good - - Breakfast is good! - Gym is well equipped! - Rooms are big! - Room had a desk but no real chair to sit on! - Gym has no free drinking water, which is standard in any other hotel! - There are almost every evening wedding partys on the ground floor, which last until late night. The music is very loud and disturbing if you are trying to sleep! - There is no supermarket or restaurant close to the hotel!
• Imam Cihan (4/5): - No receptionist after midnight and they turn off the lights of lobby which makes me feel unsafe. Hotel staff using same elevator with gueast but they never let you get in elevator when they are using. Very unprofessional. I can not believe How they get 5 star!
• Michael (6/5): - Das war das schlechteste 5 Sterne Hotel, was ich in der Türkei besucht habe. Das Zimmer war im Bad schmutzig. Am Bettkopf lag sehr viel Staub. Der Boden war sehr wellig. Das Personal war freundlich und hilfsbereit. Parkplätze sind genug vorhanden. Zum Restaurant kann ich nichts sagen. Wir hatten eine Jenior Stuite.
• Elizabeth (8/5): - The hotel was nice and the rooms spacious and clean. The bed was relatively comfortable but the pillows stiff. A breakfast buffet was included and had a large assortment of food. The location is convenient with a 10 min taxi to most spots. The staff were all very friendly.

The hotel continues to impress with its top-notch service, large and comfortable rooms, and attention to detail. It truly is the best in town, and I wouldn’t stay anywhere else. Special thanks to Ms. Ireme and Mr. Okkes for their exceptional hospitality, looking forward to my next visit!

Odada ikram olarak sunulan su ile yıkanabilirdiniz, o derece sıcaktı. Personeller güleryüzlü ellerinden geleni yapıyorlar. İçerisinde bulunan kebap evi saat 21.00 de kapanıyor; bilginize. Hotelin lokantasında Ali Nazik yedim porsiyon küçük olmasına rağmen çok lezzetli idi. Alkol olmaması benim için olumlu oldu.

• Verified traveler (8/5): Comfortable but not professional enough - The staff did all what they could to accommodate us. I think the management was not as flexible as them we wanted to get normal receipts for our payment and it took so long and very difficult to make. I even thought we stayed there illegally from how hard to was to get a receipt . Any way they did their best i just assume that their system is need to be reversed

The age and the time elapsed since the last refurbishment is clear, but the intent to keep things intact can be seen. Furniture in the room is quite run-down. The concrete below the floor/carpet is uneven so in the room ans on the corridor.

Otele erken gitmemize rağmen lobi görevlileri hızla girişimizi yapıp odaya yerleşmemize yardım etti. Son dere güleryüzlü ve profesyonellerdi. Hep açık hem kapalı otoparkı mevcuttu. Araba konusunda sorun yaşamadık. Kahvaltısı son derece çeşitli ve lezzetliydi. Biz çok memnun kaldık, yolumuz tekrar Antepe düşerse kesinlikle bu oteli tercih ederiz.

Gayet doğal, çıkıp gezelim dedik. 1:30 da geldik, bir arkadaş odaların hala hazır olmadığını söyledi. 2:30 da geldik, başka bir arkadaş odalarınız 11 den beri hazır dedi. Bir kargaşa olduğu belli. Odada ki ahize duş başlığı arizaliydi. Herşeye rağmen yine de rahatlık bakımından iyi.

• Anonymous (9/5): lovely place to stay with very helpful staff. - we had some very helpful staff and one in particular (Dogan) was very helpful, he did alot to make our stay comfortable and even assisted in helping us find some places to go eat and exchange money and even helped to get me set up with a Turkish phone line. the breakfast was also very good and lots of variety and pretty good quality. the rooms were also nice and spacious and clean. There was also ample parking available on site but if full there is a valet service available aswell. Nothing stood out and I found my overall experience there pretty great.

• Esra-Songül (8/5): - Die Unterkunft war an sich ok außer das die Badetücher befleckt waren mit Lippenstift und das das beistellet direkt neben der Wand wo man jeden toilettenabzug sowie das ganze Wasser beim duschen hören kann somit eher weniger schlafen kann. Das Personal war sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Ich muss nur bemängeln das der eine Ältere Mitarbeiter beim Frühstück und raus geschickt hat obwohl meine gros Eltern noch nicht fertig waren mit dem Frühstück. Die Räumlichkeit an sich war jedoch sehr schön und neu. Das Café was genau in der mitte der Hotel Anlage ist war auch sehr gros und vielfältig. Auch da war das Personal sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Ich würde hier nochmal hin kommen wenn ich in Gaziantep bin und würde es auch empfehlen.

• Mandy (8/5): - Lovely clean hotel, had a suite room which was great if you have a child as they sleep in the lounge area. Bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was basic, fresh fruit juice was an extra cost and there is no bar or lounge area with no proper a la carte restaurant onsite. Also to note that this hotel does not serve alcohol. Enjoyed our stay but wish there was a good restaurant and bar onsite for relaxing in the evenings.

• Sinem (10/5): - 12 saat süren yolculuk sonundaki Kaldığımız Oda süit odaydı. Tv odası çok rahattı bebekleri yatak odasında uyutup bir süre dinlenme şansımız oldu. Tabi oda standart oda olmadığı için biraz fiyatlıydı ancak konaklama yaptığımız sırada otellerin çoğu dolu olduğu için bu şekilde bir oda tercih etmek durumunda kaldık. Kahvaltı temiz bir salonda yeteri kadar çeşitli ve ürünlerin taze olduğu bir şekilde sunulmuştu. Spa vs. Vardı ancak kullanma şansımız olmadı. Çalışanlar çok ilgiliydi yine konaklama durumunda tercih edeceğim
